Abstract
本发明涉及清洗液领域,尤其涉及一种无磷清洗液,包括以下按重量百分比计算的组分:非离子表面活性剂0~5%、抗菌剂0~0.5%、助剂0~5%、酸碱调节剂0~2%、余量为水,无磷清洗液的制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)常温常压下,取1%曲拉通X‑100和0.03%Proclin 300,混合搅拌均匀,得到基础溶液;(2)向基础溶液中加入1%乙醇,混合搅拌,得到混合溶剂;(3)向混合溶剂中加入0.03%NaOH,混合搅拌并调节PH值大于7,过滤膜。本发明的无磷清洗液的制备方法可以制备一种无毒、低污染,且具有很好去污效果的无磷清洗液。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及清洗液领域,尤其是一种无磷清洗液及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们环保意识的增强和洗涤剂生产技术的进步,洗涤剂趋向无磷化已在世界范围内形成共识。近几年来,世界无磷洗涤剂发展迅速,1980年,日本就正式将沸石作为替代三聚磷酸钠的助剂,并推出无磷洗涤剂,目前日本洗涤剂的无磷化率几乎为100%。在美国,无磷洗涤剂开发和应用的进程正在加快,无磷洗涤剂受到广泛欢迎,在各州中,已有一半以上的州禁止在家庭用洗衣洗涤剂中使用磷酸盐,其它州也在考虑制定法规限磷或禁磷。在欧洲,瑞典和德国,已在家庭用洗涤剂中实行限磷。在瑞士和意大利,已全面禁止在洗涤剂中使用磷酸盐。其它欧洲国家对洗涤剂限磷或者禁磷,也采取了一些措施。世界上一些大的洗涤剂公司,均已完成了用纯碱、硅酸盐替代三聚磷酸钠作洗涤剂助剂的过程。
有鉴于上述的利弊,本设计人,积极加以研究创新,以期创设一种安全无害,而且对环境非常友好的无磷清洗液及其制备方法,使其更具有产业上的利用价值。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种无毒、低污染,具有很好去污效果的抗菌无磷清洗液及其制备方法。
本发明提供一种无磷清洗液,所述无磷清洗液包括以下按重量百分比计算的组分:非离子表面活性剂0~5%、抗菌剂0~0.5%、助剂0~5%、酸碱调节剂0~2%、余量为水。
优选地,所述无磷清洗液包括以下按重量百分比计算的组分:非离子表面活性剂0.1%~3%、抗菌剂0~0.1%、助剂0.1%~3%、酸碱调节剂0~0.5%、余量为水。
优选地,所述非离子表面活性剂为曲拉通X-100。
优选地,所述抗菌剂为Proclin 300。
优选地,所述助剂为乙醇。
优选地,所述酸碱调节剂为NaOH。
本发明提供一种无磷清洗液的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
(1)常温常压下,取1%曲拉通X-100和0.03%Proclin 300,混合搅拌均匀,得到基础溶液;
(2)向基础溶液中加入1%乙醇,混合搅拌,得到混合溶剂;
(3)向混合溶剂中加入0.03%NaOH,混合搅拌并调节PH值大于7,过滤膜。
优选地,所述PH值为13。
优选地,所述滤膜为0.22μm微孔滤膜。
优选地,所述微孔滤膜为特氟龙滤膜。
借由上述方案,本发明至少具有以下优点:制备简便,而且本发明中用Proclin300替代了常用的抗菌剂叠氮钠,低毒、使用安全,避免了对试剂生产人员和环境的损害,而且采用本发明的抗菌无磷清洗液可以达到与原厂抗菌无磷清洗液相当的测试效果,但是成本得到了更好的控制。
在本发明中,非离子表面活性剂是指在水溶液中不电离,其亲水基主要是由具有一定数量的含氧基团(一般为醚基和羟基)构成,正是这一点决定了非离子表面活性剂在某些方面比离子表面活性剂更优越;因为在溶液中不是离子状态,所以稳定性高,不易受强电解质无机盐类存在的影响,也不易受PH值的影响,与其他类型表面活性剂相容性好。
在本发明中,抗菌剂是指能够在一定时间内,使某些微生物(细菌、真菌、酵母菌、藻类及病毒等)的生长或繁殖保持在必要水平以下的化学物质。

具体实施方式
下面的实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例
(1)常温常压下,取1%曲拉通X-100和0.03%Proclin 300,混合搅拌均匀,得到基础溶液;
(2)向基础溶液中加入1%乙醇,混合搅拌,得到混合溶剂;
(3)向混合溶剂中加入0.03%NaOH,混合搅拌并调节PH值等于13,过滤膜。
综上,为了使本发明提供的配方得到无毒、低污染以及很好去污效果的抗菌无磷清洗液,在本发明中,无磷清洗液的制备过程简便,而且本发明中用Proclin 300替代了常用的抗菌剂叠氮钠,低毒、使用安全,避免了对试剂生产人员和环境的损害,而且采用本发明的抗菌无磷清洗液可以达到与原厂抗菌无磷清洗液相当的测试效果,但是成本得到了更好的控制。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,并不用于限制本发明,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变型,这些改进和变型也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种无磷清洗液,其特征在于,所述无磷清洗液包括以下按重量百分比计算的组分:非离子表面活性剂0~5%、抗菌剂0~0.5%、助剂0~5%、酸碱调节剂0~2%、余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述单组分室温无磷清洗液,其特征在于,所述无磷清洗液包括以下按重量百分比计算的组分:非离子表面活性剂0.1%~3%、抗菌剂0~0.1%、助剂0.1%~3%、酸碱调节剂0~0.5%、余量为水。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述无磷清洗液,其特征在于:所述非离子表面活性剂为曲拉通X-100。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述无磷清洗液,其特征在于:所述抗菌剂为Proclin300。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述无磷清洗液,其特征在于:所述助剂为乙醇。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述无磷清洗液,其特征在于:所述酸碱调节剂为NaOH。
7.一种无磷清洗液的制备方法,其特征在于包含以下步骤:
(1)常温常压下,取1%曲拉通X-100和0.03%Proclin 300,混合搅拌均匀,得到基础溶液;
(2)向基础溶液中加入1%乙醇,混合搅拌,得到混合溶剂;
(3)向混合溶剂中加入0.03%NaOH,混合搅拌并调节PH值大于7,过滤膜。
8.根据权利要求7所述无磷清洗液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述PH值为13。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述无磷清洗液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述滤膜为0.22μm微孔滤膜。
10.根据权利要求9所述无磷清洗液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述微孔滤膜为特氟龙滤膜。
