本发明涉及陶瓷领域,具体地说,涉及一种基于五球连磨***的瓷质砖的制备工艺,所述的工艺包括:步骤1:球磨,将原料注入串联的五个球磨罐中进行球磨;步骤2:压坯,将球磨后的原料压坯成为预设规格;步骤3:干燥,将压坯后的砖体通过干燥窑干燥;所述的干燥工艺参数为160‑200℃下干燥40‑60min。步骤4:施釉,在干燥后的坯体表面布施釉层和印花;步骤5:烧制;烧制工艺为1190‑1220℃,烧制时间60‑70min。其中,所述的原料由以下组分组成:SiO2 65‑68%;Al2O3 18‑21%;Fe2O3≤1.0;CaO+MgO 1‑2%;K2O+Na2O 5.5‑7%;烧失量4‑7%;本发明的目的是提供一种基于五球连磨***的瓷质砖的制备工艺,通过该工艺制备得到的瓷质砖吸水率能够控制在0.02%以下。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及陶瓷领域,具体地说,涉及一种基于五球连磨***的瓷质砖的制备工艺。
背景技术
瓷质砖具有天然石材的质感,而且更具有高光性、高硬度、高耐磨、高抗污性、吸水率低,色差少以及规格多样化和色彩丰富的优点,是室内、厨房、卫浴间常用的墙面和地面材料。
现有的瓷质砖国标要求吸水率要控制在0.5%以下,但是,针对于瓷质砖的吸水率,客户的要求更为严苛,如果能够控制在0.02%以下,则产品竞争力更大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种基于五球连磨***的瓷质砖的制备工艺,通过该工艺制备得到的瓷质砖吸水率能够控制在0.02%以下。
本发明提供的技术方案为:一种基于五球连磨***的瓷质砖的制备工艺,所述的工艺包括:
步骤1:球磨,将原料注入串联的五个球磨罐中进行球磨;
步骤2:压坯,将球磨后的原料压坯成为预设规格;
步骤3:干燥,将压坯后的砖体通过干燥窑干燥;
步骤4:施釉,在干燥后的坯体表面布施釉层和印花;
步骤5:烧制;
其中,所述的原料由以下组分组成:
SiO2 65-68%;Al2O3 18-21%;Fe2O3≤1.0;CaO+MgO 1-2%;K2O+Na2O 5.5-7%;烧失量4-7%。
在上述的基于五球连磨***的瓷质砖的制备工艺中,所述的原料在五个球磨罐的球磨时间为1.4-1.8h。
在上述的基于五球连磨***的瓷质砖的制备工艺中,所述的原料在五个球磨罐的球磨时间为1.5h
在上述的基于五球连磨***的瓷质砖的制备工艺中,所述的干燥温度为160-200℃。
在上述的基于五球连磨***的瓷质砖的制备工艺中,所述的烧制工艺为1190-1220℃,烧制时间60-70min。
有益效果:
本发明采用五球连磨技术,辅以原材料的进一步优选,使烧制出来的瓷质砖吸水率达到0.02%以下。
本发明实现了原料的标准化,通过五球连磨技术,使物料充分混合,标准化程度高。
并且为产能的提高提供了保障,并且保证了产品质量的恒定,降低了占地面积。

下面结合具体实施方式,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的详细说明,但不构成对本发明的任何限制。
实施例一
一种基于五球连磨***的瓷质砖的制备工艺,所述的工艺包括:
步骤1:球磨,将原料注入串联的五个球磨罐中进行球磨;
步骤2:压坯,将球磨后的原料压坯成为预设规格;
步骤3:干燥,将压坯后的砖体通过干燥窑干燥;所述的干燥工艺参数为160-200℃下干燥40-60min。
步骤4:施釉,在干燥后的坯体表面布施釉层和印花;
步骤5:烧制;烧制工艺为1190-1220℃,烧制时间70min。
其中,所述的原料由以下组分组成:
SiO2 67.5%;Al2O3 19%;Fe2O3≤1.0;CaO+MgO 1.5%;K2O+Na2O 6%;烧失量5%。
所述的原料在五个球磨罐的球磨时间为1.5h。
实施例二
一种基于五球连磨***的瓷质砖的制备工艺,所述的工艺包括:
步骤1:球磨,将原料注入串联的五个球磨罐中进行球磨;
步骤2:压坯,将球磨后的原料压坯成为预设规格;
步骤3:干燥,将压坯后的砖体通过干燥窑干燥;所述的干燥工艺参数为160-200℃下干燥40-60min。
步骤4:施釉,在干燥后的坯体表面布施釉层和印花;
步骤5:烧制;烧制工艺为1190-1220℃,烧制时间60min。
其中,所述的原料由以下组分组成:
SiO2 65%;Al2O3 21%;Fe2O3≤1.0;CaO+MgO 2%;K2O+Na2O 7%;烧失量4%。
所述的原料在五个球磨罐的球磨时间为1.6h。
实施例三
一种基于五球连磨***的瓷质砖的制备工艺,所述的工艺包括:
步骤1:球磨,将原料注入串联的五个球磨罐中进行球磨;
步骤2:压坯,将球磨后的原料压坯成为预设规格;
步骤3:干燥,将压坯后的砖体通过干燥窑干燥;所述的干燥工艺参数为160-200℃下干燥40-60min。
步骤4:施釉,在干燥后的坯体表面布施釉层和印花;
步骤5:烧制;烧制工艺为1190-1220℃,烧制时间64min。
其中,所述的原料由以下组分组成:
SiO2 68%;Al2O3 19%;Fe2O3≤1.0;CaO+MgO 1%;K2O+Na2O 5.5%;烧失量6.5%。
所述的原料在五个球磨罐的球磨时间为1.4h。
测试结果
实施例1-3的吸水率均低于0.01%。并且,上述实施例1-3采用五球连磨技术,也达到了原料的标准化、生产的稳定化、占地面积的优化的目的。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其它的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种基于五球连磨***的瓷质砖的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述的工艺包括:
步骤1:球磨,将原料注入串联的五个球磨罐中进行球磨;
步骤2:压坯,将球磨后的原料压坯成为预设规格;
步骤3:干燥,将压坯后的砖体通过干燥窑干燥;
步骤4:施釉,在干燥后的坯体表面布施釉层和印花;
步骤5:烧制;
其中,所述的原料由以下组分组成:
SiO2 65-68%;Al2O3 18-21%;Fe2O3≤1.0;CaO+MgO 1-2%;K2O+Na2O 5.5-7%;烧失量4-7%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于五球连磨***的瓷质砖的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述的原料在五个球磨罐的球磨时间为1.4-1.8h。
3.根据权利要求1所述的基于五球连磨***的瓷质砖的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述的原料在五个球磨罐的球磨时间为1.5h。
4.根据权利要求1所述的基于五球连磨***的瓷质砖的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述的干燥温度为160-200℃。
