一种猪皮美容蛋白粉,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
猪皮10-17、柠檬酸2-3、党参5-7、谷氨酰胺0.1-0.2、马齿苋4-6、山梨坦单硬脂酸酯1-2、柑橘汁10-16、梨树叶4-6、β-胡萝卜素0.1-0.2、酵母粉1-2、大豆蛋白粉30-40、5-鸟苷酸二钠1-2、黄原胶3-4、龙牙草6-8。
一种猪皮美容蛋白粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取猪皮,加热煮熟,加入到其重量50-64倍的0.4-1mol/l的氢氧化钠中,过滤,得猪皮提取液;
(2)取梨树叶、龙牙草、党参混合,加入到混合料重量10-15倍的无水乙醇中,在65-70℃下保温搅拌1-2小时,过滤,得醇提取液;
(3)取马齿苋,加入到其重量13-20倍的去离子水中,加入柠檬酸,在70-80℃下保温搅拌30-40分钟,过滤,得酸提取液;
(4)取上述猪皮提取液、醇提取液混合,搅拌均匀,加入大豆蛋白粉,加热至70-75℃,保温搅拌4-7分钟,加入柑橘汁,搅拌至常温,加入酵母粉,在30-35℃下保温3-5小时,蒸馏除去乙醇,得猪皮发酵液;
(5)取上述酸提取液、猪皮发酵液混合,搅拌均匀,加入谷氨酰胺、山梨坦单硬脂酸酯,超声3-5分钟,在60-65℃下烘干,与剩余各原料混合,搅拌均匀,过筛,即得所述猪皮美容蛋白粉。
本发明的优点:
本发明将猪皮采用碱提取,然后与大豆蛋白粉共混,再通过酵母粉发酵,得到富含胶原蛋白的粉剂,本发明的粉剂不含有毒有害的物质,食用安全性高,具有很好的美容效果。
