本发明公开了一种抗菌去油污洗洁精,包括A组分、B组分和去离子水,按照质量组份计,其配方如下:A组分包括二甲苯磺酸钠2‑4份,天然乳胶9‑15份,月桂醇硫酸钠10‑15份,乙二醇单硬脂酸酯0.5‑1.5份,月桂酰单乙醇胺1.0‑2.5份,甘油5‑7份,维生素E 5‑7份,阴离子表面活性剂12‑18份,壳聚糖两性高分子表面活性剂0.5‑4.5份;B组分包括生物脂肪溶解酶3‑5份、蛋白溶解酶3‑6份、AEO‑6 2‑3份、AEO‑3 5‑7份、异丙苯磺酸钠3‑15份;去离子水50‑60份。本发明去油污力强、无毒、无腐蚀性,不伤害皮肤;化学性质稳定,对焦油及油垢的祛除和消毒有特效,应用广泛,适合各种场所、各种物体的去油污。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于洗洁精技术领域,更具体地说,尤其涉及一种抗菌去油污洗洁精。同时,本发明还涉及一种抗菌去油污洗洁精的制备方法。
背景技术
洗洁精为日常清洁用品,特生产环保安全产品,洁净温和,泡沫柔细,迅速分解油腻,快速去污、除菌,有效彻底清洁不残留,洗时散发淡雅果香味,洗后洁白光亮如新。时常使用以确保居家卫生,避免病菌传染。
目前,洗洁精的主要成份有:直链烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、烯烃磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、烷基醇酰胺、烷基糖苷、烷基甜菜碱等。其中,烷基磺酸钠和脂肪醇醚硫酸钠都是阴离子表面活性剂,是石化产品,用以去污油渍。
但是,现有的洗洁精应用范围较小,只能清洁餐具,餐具冲洗不干净容易给健康带来威胁,且现有洗洁精的去污效果差,尤其对一些顽固油污的清洁。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种抗菌去油污洗洁精及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案: 一种抗菌去油污洗洁精,包括A组分、B组分和去离子水,按照质量组份计,其配方如下:A组分包括二甲苯磺酸钠2-4份,天然乳胶9-15份,月桂醇硫酸钠10-15份,乙二醇单硬脂酸酯0.5-1.5份,月桂酰单乙醇胺1.0-2.5份,甘油5-7份,维生素E 5-7份,阴离子表面活性剂12-18份,壳聚糖两性高分子表面活性剂0.5-4.5份;B组分包括生物脂肪溶解酶3-5份、蛋白溶解酶3-6份、AEO-6 2-3份、 AEO-35-7份、异丙苯磺酸钠3-15份;去离子水50-60份。
优选的,所述阴离子表面活性剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、α烯基磺酸钠和十二烷基脂肪醇醚硫酸钠中的至少一种。
一种抗菌去油污洗洁精的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、向变速混合器中缓缓加入生物脂肪溶解酶和蛋白溶解酶,搅拌速度为100-200r/min,搅拌时间为20-30min,然后将AEO-6、AEO-3和异丙苯磺酸钠先后加入混合液中,混合器速度稍慢,避免出现大量气泡,得到混合物C;
S2、取三分之一的去离子水加温至30-45摄氏度,将甘油、维生素E、阴离子表面活性剂和壳聚糖两性高分子表面活性剂投入至去离子水中,混合搅拌均匀,保温静置10-15min,然后边搅拌边依次加入二甲苯磺酸钠、天然乳胶、月桂醇硫酸钠、乙二醇单硬脂酸酯和月桂酰单乙醇胺,搅拌均匀后得到混合物D;
S3、将剩下的去离子水加温至30-35摄氏度后,边搅拌边依次加入混合物C和混合物D,搅拌均匀后,按需加入香精和染料,冷却至常温后进行分装,检验,合格后入库。
生物脂肪溶解酶和蛋白溶解酶,能在油水界面上催化酯水解或醇解,分解衣物油污成甘油二脂、甘油单脂及脂肪酸等较易溶于水的物质,从而显著提高洗洁精的清洁效果,将较大分子的不容性酯分解为较小分子的可溶性酯或脂肪酸盐,月桂醇硫酸钠对脂肪类物质有较强的润湿、乳化和皂化作用,具有较强的去油污性能;AEO具有良好的乳化、去污、净洗等性能;二甲苯磺酸钠是一种高效的低毒性增溶调理剂具有低残留、手感好、刺激性低的高纯度物质。
本发明的技术效果和优点:本发明提供的一种抗菌去油污洗洁精及其制备方法,与技术相比,本发明去油污力强、无毒、无腐蚀性,不伤害皮肤;化学性质稳定,对焦油及油垢的祛除和消毒有特效,应用广泛,适合各种场所、各种物体的去油污。

一种抗菌去油污洗洁精,包括A组分、B组分和去离子水,按照质量组份计,其配方如下:A组分包括二甲苯磺酸钠2份,天然乳胶9份,月桂醇硫酸钠15份,乙二醇单硬脂酸酯0.5份,月桂酰单乙醇胺1份,甘油7份,维生素E 7份,阴离子表面活性剂18份,壳聚糖两性高分子表面活性剂0.5份;B组分包括生物脂肪溶解酶3份、蛋白溶解酶3份、AEO-6 2份、 AEO-3 5份、异丙苯磺酸钠15份;去离子水60份。
所述阴离子表面活性剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、α烯基磺酸钠和十二烷基脂肪醇醚硫酸钠中的混合物。
一种抗菌去油污洗洁精的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、向变速混合器中缓缓加入生物脂肪溶解酶和蛋白溶解酶,搅拌速度为100r/min,搅拌时间为30min,然后将AEO-6、AEO-3和异丙苯磺酸钠先后加入混合液中,混合器速度稍慢,避免出现大量气泡,得到混合物C;
S2、取三分之一的去离子水加温至45摄氏度,将甘油、维生素E、阴离子表面活性剂和壳聚糖两性高分子表面活性剂投入至去离子水中,混合搅拌均匀,保温静置10min,然后边搅拌边依次加入二甲苯磺酸钠、天然乳胶、月桂醇硫酸钠、乙二醇单硬脂酸酯和月桂酰单乙醇胺,搅拌均匀后得到混合物D;
S3、将剩下的去离子水加温至35摄氏度后,边搅拌边依次加入混合物C和混合物D,搅拌均匀后,按需加入香精和染料,冷却至常温后进行分装,检验,合格后入库。
实施例2
一种抗菌去油污洗洁精,包括A组分、B组分和去离子水,按照质量组份计,其配方如下:A组分包括二甲苯磺酸钠4份,天然乳胶15份,月桂醇硫酸钠15份,乙二醇单硬脂酸酯1.5份,月桂酰单乙醇胺1.0-2.5份,甘油5份,维生素E 5份,阴离子表面活性剂12份,壳聚糖两性高分子表面活性剂4.5份;B组分包括生物脂肪溶解酶5份、蛋白溶解酶6份、AEO-6 3份、 AEO-37份、异丙苯磺酸钠15份;去离子水60份。
所述阴离子表面活性剂为十二烷基硫酸钠。
一种抗菌去油污洗洁精的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、向变速混合器中缓缓加入生物脂肪溶解酶和蛋白溶解酶,搅拌速度为200r/min,搅拌时间为30min,然后将AEO-6、AEO-3和异丙苯磺酸钠先后加入混合液中,混合器速度稍慢,避免出现大量气泡,得到混合物C;
S2、取三分之一的去离子水加温至45摄氏度,将甘油、维生素E、阴离子表面活性剂和壳聚糖两性高分子表面活性剂投入至去离子水中,混合搅拌均匀,保温静置10min,然后边搅拌边依次加入二甲苯磺酸钠、天然乳胶、月桂醇硫酸钠、乙二醇单硬脂酸酯和月桂酰单乙醇胺,搅拌均匀后得到混合物D;
S3、将剩下的去离子水加温至35摄氏度后,边搅拌边依次加入混合物C和混合物D,搅拌均匀后,按需加入香精和染料,冷却至常温后进行分装,检验,合格后入库。
综上所述:本发明去油污力强、无毒、无腐蚀性,不伤害皮肤;化学性质稳定,对焦油及油垢的祛除和消毒有特效,应用广泛,适合各种场所、各种物体的去油污。

1.一种抗菌去油污洗洁精,包括A组分、B组分和去离子水,其特征在于:按照质量组份计,其配方如下:A组分包括二甲苯磺酸钠2-4份,天然乳胶9-15份,月桂醇硫酸钠10-15份,乙二醇单硬脂酸酯0.5-1.5份,月桂酰单乙醇胺1.0-2.5份,甘油5-7份,维生素E 5-7份,阴离子表面活性剂12-18份,壳聚糖两性高分子表面活性剂0.5-4.5份;B组分包括生物脂肪溶解酶3-5份、蛋白溶解酶3-6份、AEO-6 2-3份、 AEO-3 5-7份、异丙苯磺酸钠3-15份;去离子水50-60份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌去油污洗洁精,其特征在于:所述阴离子表面活性剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、α烯基磺酸钠和十二烷基脂肪醇醚硫酸钠中的至少一种。
3.一种权利要求1所述的抗菌去油污洗洁精的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1、向变速混合器中缓缓加入生物脂肪溶解酶和蛋白溶解酶,搅拌速度为100-200r/min,搅拌时间为20-30min,然后将AEO-6、AEO-3和异丙苯磺酸钠先后加入混合液中,混合器速度稍慢,避免出现大量气泡,得到混合物C;
