本发明提供一种可用于内衣灭菌的洗衣片,各组分按照重量份配比为:尼泊金甲酯杀菌剂0.2‑0.5份、尼泊金丙酯0.2‑0.5份、磺酸6‑8份、聚乙烯醇7‑10份、氢氧化钠0.8‑1.0份、硫酸钠2‑4份、K12乳化剂9‑10份、AEO‑9乳化剂3‑5份、AEO‑3 2‑4份、甘油3‑5份、二氧化硅4‑5份、丙烯酸乳液1‑2份、淀粉11‑12份、烷醇酰胺6501 1‑2份、香精0.1‑0.3份、碳酸氢钠2‑4份,水50‑60份,将上述原料按重量份混合均匀分散真空乳化后,经电加热烘干筒烘干成膜处理后成为卷纸洗衣剂,再通过剪切、包装复膜制成。本发明从物理形状上实现了超浓缩效果,便于携带,且去污灭菌二合一。

技术领域
本发明涉及洗涤用品,具体是一种可用于内衣灭菌的洗衣片。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对生活质量的要求也不断提高。对洗衣剂的选择也越来越理性化。目前,常用的洗衣剂主要有洗衣皂、洗衣粉、洗衣液三种。
(1)洗衣粉通常是烧碱制成的强碱性粉剂产品,这种粉剂主要成份是烧碱,属高碱PH值10%以上,手伤皮肤。而且不易分解,洗衣的残留粘附在衣服上使衣物变色变白腐烂。由于偏碱,含磷.荧光剂较高,洗后的污水污染江河湖泊,造成鱼塘污染。
(2)洗衣液通常为液体,80%是水,增加了运输成本。保存期不长,久存易变质变臭。而且需大量壶造成极大浪费,塑胶不易分解,久而久之造成塑胶遍地严重污染环境。
(3)洗衣皂完全靠手工搓洗,人们把大部份时间用於冼衣服上,浪费人力。而且在洗用的过程中会残留水分,在放入皂盒后,水分的长期留存会软化皂块,造成不必要的浪费。
此外,上述三种常用洗衣剂还存在不易携带的问题,在出外旅行时随身携带上述三种洗衣剂不仅麻烦,而且对于男女內衣的洗涤不具有消毒杀菌之功效,而內衣又是每天必须清洗更换,其除了需要清洗的效果,还需要消毒杀菌,而目前的三种洗衣剂均不能达到此效果。
发明内容
本发明提供一种可用于内衣灭菌的洗衣片,从物理形状上实现了超浓缩效果,洗涤效果高于洗衣粉、洗衣液和洗衣皂,具有低泡和100%水溶的特点,且去污灭菌二合一。
一种可用于内衣灭菌的洗衣片,各组分按照重量份配比为:尼泊金甲酯杀菌剂0.2-0.5份、尼泊金丙酯0.2-0.5份、磺酸6-8份、聚乙烯醇7-10份、氢氧化钠0.8-1.0份、硫酸钠2-4份、K12乳化剂9-10份、AEO-9乳化剂3-5份、AEO-3 2-4份、甘油3-5份、二氧化硅4-5份、丙烯酸乳液1-2份、淀粉11-12份、烷醇酰胺6501 1-2份、香精0.1-0.3份、碳酸氢钠2-4份,水50-60份,将上述原料按重量份混合均匀分散真空乳化后,经电加热烘干筒烘干成膜处理后成为卷纸洗衣剂,再通过剪切、包装复膜制成,电加热烘干筒的温度为95-97℃、转速为5-8分钟/转。
其中,所述淀粉为食用土豆淀粉或超细玉米淀粉。
本发明相比于现有技术具有以下效果:
1、本发明为超浓缩制剂,使于存放携带;
2、本发明可将洗衣片剪为为同一规格的片状,洗衣时只需加入一片或多片洗衣片,避免了洗衣粉、洗衣液的不定量浪费问题;
3、本发明提供的洗衣片小巧、精致、干净卫生,避免了传统洗衣液开封后容易散落和变质的通病;
4、本发明提供的洗衣片经高温烘干,结构紧密,能够100%溶解于热水或者冷水中,并且不含磷,不含荧光剂,不伤手和皮肤,保持衣物鲜艳不退色,对人体、环境无污染;
5、相比之下,本发明提供的片剂更加节省运输成本和包装物;
6、本发明提供的洗衣片的活性物高于洗衣粉,洗衣液,去污能力更强,且去污灭菌二合一,通过本发明的有效配比保证内衣的卫生和消费者的健康,使内衣干净、卫生、舒适柔软。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例,对本发明中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
实施例1
一种可用于内衣灭菌的洗衣片,各组分按照重量份配比为:尼泊金甲酯杀菌剂0.2份、尼泊金丙酯0.2份、磺酸6份、聚乙烯醇7份、氢氧化钠0.8份、硫酸钠2份、K12乳化剂9份、AEO-9乳化剂3份、AEO-3 2份、甘油3份、二氧化硅4份、丙烯酸乳液1份、淀粉11份、烷醇酰胺6501 1份、香精0.1份、碳酸氢钠2份,水50份,将上述原料按重量份混合均匀分散真空乳化后后,经电加热烘干筒烘干成膜处理后成为卷纸洗衣剂,再通过剪切、包装复膜制成,电加热烘干筒的温度为95℃、转速为6分钟/转。
实施例2
一种可用于内衣灭菌的洗衣片,各组分按照重量份配比为:尼泊金甲酯杀菌剂0.4份、尼泊金丙酯0.4份、磺酸7份、聚乙烯醇8份、氢氧化钠0.9份、硫酸钠4份、K12乳化剂10份、AEO-9乳化剂4份、AEO-3 3份、甘油4份、二氧化硅5份、丙烯酸乳液2份、淀粉12份、烷醇酰胺6501 2份、香精0.2份、碳酸氢钠3份,水55份,将上述原料按重量份混合均匀分散真空乳化后后,经电加热烘干筒烘干成膜处理后成为卷纸洗衣剂,再通过剪切、包装复膜制成,电加热烘干筒的温度为97℃、转速为8分钟/转。
上述实施例中,尼泊金甲酯杀菌剂即为羟基苯甲酸甲酯,由于它具有酚羟基结构,所以抗细菌性能比苯甲酸、山梨酸都强,其作用机制是:破坏微生物的细胞膜,使细胞内的蛋白质变性,并可抑制微生物细胞的呼吸酶系与电子传递酶系的活性,配合碳酸氢钠(小苏打)可有效起到灭菌消毒的作用。
聚乙烯醇为台湾长春集团出产,型号为BP-17,其为白色片状、絮状或粉末状固体,无味;AEO-3(MOA3)可作油包水乳化剂,是高效洗涤剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)的主要原料,其为无色、白色或浅黄色粘稠液体,气味为典型皂味的碱性阴离子表面活性剂,由广州润权化工有限公司生产;K12乳化剂为椰油醇(或月桂醇)硫酸钠、或十二烷基硫酸钠十二烷基硫酸钠,属阴离子表面活性剂,由苏州源泰润化工有限公司生产;甘油(丙三醇)为无色味甜澄明黏稠液体,无臭,有暖甜味,由济南德毅化工有限公司出品。
将本发明制备的洗衣片与市售洗涤液进行杀菌对比实验,经检测发现:市售洗涤剂有一定的杀菌抑菌效果,但杀菌效果差别较大,本发明洗衣片对内衣、内裤、袜子中携带的细菌、真菌起到杀菌作用,杀菌效果明显,杀菌彻底,本发明洗衣片通过2min对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的平均杀菌率分别为100.00%、100.00%、100.00%。
将本发明的洗衣片与宝洁旗下的汰渍洗衣液进行了对比实验,分别对比较有代表性的糖类/淀粉污渍、食物综合污渍、蛋白类混合污渍和深度顽固污渍四大类进行清洁效果的测试:
测试前准备:在测试前用污渍对衣物进行预处理,选用的是常见的纯白色T恤衫作为清洗对象。用巧克力、番茄酱、牛奶和墨汁分别代表糖类污渍、食物综合污渍、蛋白类混合污渍、深度顽固污渍。污渍采用大量涂抹方式,在进行大面积涂抹后将衣物进行挂晒以达到完全风干的效果,让污渍完全停留在被测试衣物上。
试验条件:没经过浸泡和预处理的一件沾满污渍的白色T恤衫,常温20℃-27℃,50升水,标准模式机洗45分钟,洗涤用品用量:汰渍洗衣液30g,本发明的洗衣片一片4g。试验结果见下表:
由以上试验结果得出本发明的洗衣片对各种顽固污渍的洗涤效果都略强于汰渍洗衣液,比市场上现有的洗涤产品去污效果更佳。

1.一种可用于内衣灭菌的洗衣片,其特征在于各组分按照重量份配比为:尼泊金甲酯杀菌剂0.2-0.5份、尼泊金丙酯0.2-0.5份、磺酸6-8份、聚乙烯醇7-10份、氢氧化钠0.8-1.0份、硫酸钠2-4份、K12乳化剂9-10份、AEO-9乳化剂3-5份、AEO-3 2-4份、甘油3-5份、二氧化硅4-5份、丙烯酸乳液1-2份、淀粉11-12份、烷醇酰胺65011-2份、香精0.1-0.3份、碳酸氢钠2-4份,水50-60份,将上述原料按重量份混合均匀分散真空乳化后,经电加热烘干筒烘干成膜处理后成为卷纸洗衣剂,再通过剪切、包装复膜制成,电加热烘干筒的温度为95-97℃、转速为5-8分钟/转。
