技术领域
本发明涉及一种化工设备专用清洁剂。
背景技术
化工设备是机械设备的一大重要分支,在化工生产中占据着不可忽视的作用。但是,化工设备也想其他的物品一样随着使用时间的变长不可避免的会有所污染。化工设备在化工生产过程中不可避免的会接触到许多油污或化学腐蚀性产品,这些油污杂质长期不清理干净,会严重的影响设备的正常运行,造成重要的经济损失。因此,我们需要对这些设备进行清洁处理。
目前常用的清理手段通常是用强酸强碱进行浸泡清洗,这样虽然可以清洗干净,但是,在清洗过程中不可避免的会对设备造成损伤,同时,这种清洗方式,对环境的污染和人体的危害都比较大。随着经济的发展,人们对环境的保护和人体自身的安全意识越发强烈。
因此,为了社会的经济发展和环境的保护,有必要开发出一种环保型的化工设备专用清洁剂。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的就是提供一种化工设备专用清洁剂。
技术方案:为实现上述目的,本发明采取了如下的技术方案:
一种化工设备专用清洁剂,其特征在于:包括以下重量组份:
十二烷基硫酸钠:13-15份;十二烷基硫酸钠是一种阴离子表面活性剂,该类表面活性剂在水中具有良好的润湿、渗透、乳化、分散和去污能力,耐碱性较高,生物降解性能好,不含致癌芳胺与重金属离子,对人体健康无害;
烷基多糖苷:6-8份;该类表面活性剂兼具非离子和阴离子两种表面活性剂的特性,无浊点,水稀释后无凝胶现象,并且该类表面活性剂在自然界中能够完全生物降解,从而可以避免对环境造成污染,是一种绿色环保的表面活性剂;
蔗糖脂肪酸酯:6-8份;蔗糖脂肪酸酯SE是一种非离子表面活性剂,除了具有优良的乳化、分散、润湿、增溶、去污等能力外,其最大的特点就是无毒、无臭,生物降解后会形成脂肪酸和蔗糖,是一种安全的表面活性剂,通常还可以添加到食品中;
纯碱:2-3份;一般而言,碱性清洁剂的清洗能力较高,所以为保持清洁剂的碱性,通常会加入一些碱性物质,如氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾等,但是,氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾等碱性太强,对皮肤具有强烈的刺激性,而相较于氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾等,纯碱的碱性较为温和,对皮肤的刺激性小,并且将其含量控制在较低的程度下,可以在保障清洁剂的碱性的同时,又避免了其刺激性;
柠檬酸钠:0.8份;柠檬酸钠是一种呈弱碱性的钠盐,安全无毒,具有生物降解性,对环境无污染,并且柠檬酸钠具有优良的稳定性、防腐性及pH调节性、易溶于水,是一种很好地助剂;
亚硫酸钠:3-5份;
1,2-二乙氧基硅酯基乙烷:1.5-2.5份;偶联剂,同时还具有防锈剂的作用;
螯合剂:0.8-1.2份;
增稠剂:1.5-2.5份;
助洗剂:0.5份;
植物精油:0.1份;
乙醇:18份;
去离子水:15-20份。
所述螯合剂为相对分子质量为50000-60000的聚丙烯酸钠。相对分子质量为50000-60000的聚丙烯酸钠是一种很好的螯合剂,其螯合能力是常用的三聚磷酸钠的五倍左右,但是三聚磷酸钠由于其中含有磷会对环境造成危害,而聚丙烯酸钠在其优良的螯合能力的同时,还易生物降解,无毒,不会对环境造成污染。
所述增稠剂为食盐。食盐具有很好的增稠性能,同时安全、廉价、易得、无污染。
所述助洗剂为聚天冬氨酸钠。可以增强洗涤能力。
所述植物精油为柠檬精油。植物精油是从天然植物中提取出的,安全性较好,同时使得清洁剂具有芳香的味道,同时植物精油还有一定的杀菌能力。
所述的化工设备专用清洁剂的制备方法为:按所述配方进行配料,先将乙醇和去离子水均匀混合,然后室温下将纯碱、柠檬酸钠和亚硫酸钠加入所述乙醇和去离子水的混合液中,搅拌直至纯碱、柠檬酸钠和亚硫酸钠完全溶解,然后在搅拌状态下依次加入十二烷基硫酸钠、烷基多糖苷、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、1,2-二乙氧基硅酯基乙烷、螯合剂、助洗剂,搅拌混合均匀后再加入剩余的增稠剂及植物精油,搅拌混合均匀后即得到所述的清洁剂。
有益效果:采用上述技术方案的本发明具有以下优点:
本发明的化工设备专用清洁剂无论其占据主体地位的表面活性剂采用的是一些绿色、环保、无害的物质,并且该清洁剂中的其他的一些添加助剂也是温和、无害的物质,这样,本发明的清洁剂在保障了其优良的去污能力的同时,对环境无污染,对人体无害,是一种很好的化工设备专用清洁剂。

按所述配方进行配料,先将乙醇和去离子水均匀混合,然后室温下将纯碱、柠檬酸钠和亚硫酸钠加入所述乙醇和去离子水的混合液中,搅拌直至纯碱、柠檬酸钠和亚硫酸钠完全溶解,然后在搅拌状态下依次加入十二烷基硫酸钠、烷基多糖苷、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、1,2-二乙氧基硅酯基乙烷、聚丙烯酸钠、聚天冬氨酸钠,搅拌混合均匀后再加入剩余的食盐及柠檬精油,搅拌混合均匀后即得到所述的清洁剂。

该化工设备专用清洁剂的制备方法如下:
按所述配方进行配料,先将乙醇和去离子水均匀混合,然后室温下将纯碱、柠檬酸钠和亚硫酸钠加入所述乙醇和去离子水的混合液中,搅拌直至纯碱、柠檬酸钠和亚硫酸钠完全溶解,然后在搅拌状态下依次加入十二烷基硫酸钠、烷基多糖苷、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、1,2-二乙氧基硅酯基乙烷、聚丙烯酸钠、聚天冬氨酸钠,搅拌混合均匀后再加入剩余的食盐及柠檬精油,搅拌混合均匀后即得到所述的清洁剂。
本发明的化工设备专用清洁剂在使用时需用水稀释10倍左右后使用。本发明不仅仅用于化工设备的清洁也可以用于其它的金属机械产品的清洗。
本发明的化工设备专用清洁剂其构成组分中的表面活性剂及其它的一些助剂基本上都是绿色、环保、无害的物质,本发明的清洁剂在保障了其优良的去污能力的同时,对环境无污染,对人体无害,是一种很好的化工设备专用清洁剂。

1.一种化工设备专用清洁剂,其特征在于:包括以下重量组份:
十二烷基硫酸钠:13-15份;
烷基多糖苷:6-8份;
蔗糖脂肪酸酯:6-8份;
纯碱:2-3份;
柠檬酸钠:0.8份;
亚硫酸钠:3-5份;
1,2-二乙氧基硅酯基乙烷:1.5-2.5份;
螯合剂:0.8-1.2份;
增稠剂:1.5-2.5份;
助洗剂:0.5份;
植物精油:0.1份;
乙醇:18份;
去离子水:15-20份。

6.一种如权利要求1所述的化工设备专用清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于该制备方法为:按所述配方进行配料,先将乙醇和去离子水均匀混合,然后室温下将纯碱、柠檬酸钠和亚硫酸钠加入所述乙醇和去离子水的混合液中,搅拌直至纯碱、柠檬酸钠和亚硫酸钠完全溶解,然后在搅拌状态下依次加入十二烷基硫酸钠、烷基多糖苷、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、1,2-二乙氧基硅酯基乙烷、螯合剂、助洗剂,搅拌混合均匀后再加入剩余的增稠剂及植物精油,搅拌混合均匀后即得到所述的清洁剂。
