本发明提供了洗洁精,包括如下重量份的组分:二甲苯磺酸钠2‑4份,十二烷基二甲基氧化铵1‑2份,十二烷基苯磺酸10‑20份,乙氧基化直链伯醇2‑4份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚9‑15份,月桂醇硫酸钠10‑15份,乙二醇单硬脂酸酯0.5‑1.5份,月桂酰单乙醇胺1‑3份,甘油5‑7份,维生素E 5‑7份,水50‑60份。本发明配方科学合理,各组分均为无毒的温和物质,对人体无任何毒副作用,此洗洁精具有良好的抗菌抑菌功能,去污能力强,不污染环境,使用安全。而且因为融入了甘油和维生素E的配方,具有护肤的效果,不伤害皮肤。

本发明涉及卫生制品领域,具体涉及一种洗洁精。
背景技术
洗洁精广泛用于餐饮洗涤中,目前市面上的洗洁***类多种多样,制造这些洗洁精的配方就各有不同。有植物配方的,高去污能力配方的,无残留配方的等等。这些洗洁精普遍的通用特点是具有消毒杀菌作用,但是无论是哪一种配方的洗洁精,人们在使用完后均会感到皮肤紧绷、干燥,长期使用,使皮肤产生起泡、脱皮现象,危害人体手部皮肤健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于公开洗洁精,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了洗洁精,包括如下重量份的组分:二甲苯磺酸钠2-4份,十二烷基二甲基氧化铵1-2份,十二烷基苯磺酸10-20份,乙氧基化直链伯醇2-4份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚9-15份,月桂醇硫酸钠10-15份,乙二醇单硬脂酸酯0.5-1.5份,月桂酰单乙醇胺1-3份,甘油5-7份,维生素E 5-7份,水50-60份。
有益效果:本发明提供的洗洁精,配方科学合理,各组分均为无毒的温和物质,对人体无任何毒副作用,此洗洁精具有良好的抗菌抑菌功能,去污能力强,不污染环境,使用安全。而且因为融入了甘油和维生素E的配方,具有护肤的效果,不伤害皮肤。

实施例1
洗洁精,包括如下重量份的组分:二甲苯磺酸钠2份,十二烷基二甲基氧化铵1份,十二烷基苯磺酸10份,乙氧基化直链伯醇2份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚9份,月桂醇硫酸钠10份,乙二醇单硬脂酸酯0.5份,月桂酰单乙醇胺1份,甘油5份,维生素E 5份,水50份。
在40℃时加入除甘油和维生素E的其它上述组分,搅拌充分混合30分钟后,加入甘油和维生素E,搅拌均匀,冷却即可。
实施例2
洗洁精,包括如下重量份的组分:二甲苯磺酸钠3份,十二烷基二甲基氧化铵1.5份,十二烷基苯磺酸15份,乙氧基化直链伯醇3份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚12份,月桂醇硫酸钠12份,乙二醇单硬脂酸酯1份,月桂酰单乙醇胺2份,甘油6份,维生素E 6份,水55份。
在40℃时加入除甘油和维生素E的其它上述组分,搅拌充分混合30分钟后,加入甘油和维生素E,搅拌均匀,冷却即可。
实施例3
洗洁精,包括如下重量份的组分:二甲苯磺酸钠4份,十二烷基二甲基氧化铵2份,十二烷基苯磺酸20份,乙氧基化直链伯醇4份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚15份,月桂醇硫酸钠15份,乙二醇单硬脂酸酯1.5份,月桂酰单乙醇胺3份,甘油7份,维生素E 7份,水60份。
在40℃时加入除甘油和维生素E的其它上述组分,搅拌充分混合30分钟后,加入甘油和维生素E,搅拌均匀,冷却即可。
