Abstract

环保型光亮膜及其制备方法,包括底层聚氯乙烯膜、面层聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜,面层与底层的粘结面上均布有若干条沟槽,沟槽的深度为0.2mm,沟槽的宽度为0.15mm,所述底层和面层之间设置有粘结剂层,包括以下步骤:采用聚氯乙烯树脂粉和苯二甲酸二辛酯作为主要原料,添加EVA接枝共聚物、菜籽油、稳定剂作为功能性助剂,经升温搅拌、密炼、过滤、四辊压延、镜面一次轧花、镜面不粘贴合工艺、冷却、卷取制作而成装饰膜;所述镜面一次轧花的工艺中采用了液体硅胶管作为轧花辊对产品进行轧花;所述镜面不粘贴合工艺是指将两张装饰膜的正面贴合,剥离负荷控制在40~100cN/5cm。

环保型光亮膜及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于光亮膜功能材料领域,可用于建筑、家电等行业。背景技术
作为装饰使用的薄膜是我国开发最早、涉及面最宽、参加研究单位最多、在批量生产中经济效益最显著的膜层之一。目前随着建筑、交通、家电等行业的迅速发展,和人们审美要求的逐步提高,起装饰保护作用的装饰膜得到越来越广泛的使用,尤其是PVC装饰膜。由于PVC装饰膜具有其独特的优越性,因此得到广泛的研究和使用,它可以使被装饰物表面获得较高的硬度,防止表面人为地划伤、擦伤或磕碰,从而更好的保护被装饰物,增加其使用寿命;另外,它还可以使被装饰物具有耐高温的特性,防止表面烫伤。
与此同时,随着人们对装饰材料要求的提高,仅可起到美观装饰作用的PVC膜已经远远不能满足人们的要求,为此具有各种附加功能的PVC装饰膜,即各种功能性装饰膜应用而生。如用于保护光亮表面物的高光亮膜,该装饰膜的特点是亮度高,透明性好,能够更好地衬托出需要保护的表面,使其表面亮度提高。
由于传统的油漆或喷涂技术使用的寿命不长,容易发生剥落,影响产品的外观,给制造、生产厂家和消费者都带来许多不便,因此,起装饰、保护、美观和具有光亮特性装饰的膜在钢板工业和生活中目前得到比较广泛的应用,也得到了越来越广泛的研究。
现有的光亮膜在燃烧时会产生大量致癌物质,并且强度不佳,使用寿命较短,有待进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供一种环保性能好,光泽度好,强度高,使用寿命长的环保型光亮膜及其制备方法。
为实现本发明目的,提供了以下技术方案:环保型光亮膜,包括底层聚氯乙烯膜、面层聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜,其特征在于面层与底层的粘结面上均布有若干条沟槽,沟槽的深度为0.2mm,沟槽的宽度为0.15mm,所述底层和面层之间设置有粘结剂层。
作为优选,所述聚氯乙烯膜的厚度为0.5~0.7mm。
作为优选,苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜的厚度为0.6~0.8mm。
为实现本发明另一目的,提供了以下技术方案:一种环保型光亮膜的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:采用聚氯乙烯树脂粉和苯二甲酸二辛酯作为主要原料,添加EVA接枝共聚物、菜籽油、稳定剂作为功能性助剂,经升温搅拌、密炼、过滤、四辊压延、镜面一次轧花、镜面不粘贴合工艺、冷却、卷取制作而成装饰膜;所述镜面一次轧花的工艺中采用了液体硅胶管作为轧花辊对产品进行轧花;所述镜面不粘贴合工艺是指将两张装饰膜的正面贴合,剥离负荷控制在40~100cN/5cm;其中,以聚氯乙烯树脂粉100重量份计,增塑剂、EVA接枝共聚物、大豆油、稳定剂的用量分别为50~70份、15~16份、10~14份、10~20份,聚氯乙烯树脂粉的聚合度为1600,增塑剂为苯二甲酸二辛酯,稳定剂为液体钡锌复合稳定剂;
液体钡锌复合稳定剂按重量百分比计由以下的组份构成:钡重量百分比含量为20-50%的液体过碱羧酸酚盐20%~50%、锌重量百分比含量为10-20%的液体羧酸盐5%~15%、亚磷酸酯10%~30%、β-二酮化合物3%~16%、多元醇酯5%~10%、溶剂10%~20%。
作为优选,搅拌温度为90℃,密炼温度为160℃,过滤温度为160℃,四辊压延温度为200℃,控制速度为45m/min。
作为优选,采用镜面不粘贴合工艺时,控制温度为120℃,压力为50Kg,速度为15m/min。
作为优选,粘结剂层按质量百分比计包括粒径为50-200nm纳米碳酸钙30~50%,胶粘剂8~15%,竹醋酸1-5%,水余量。
作为优选,胶粘剂选自聚氨酯、间苯二酚树脂、尿素树脂、聚酯树脂、聚乙烯醇树脂、聚丙烯酸酯树脂、硅树脂中的一种或几种的混合。
本发明有益效果:本发明大大提高了光亮膜的环保性能,并且制作工艺简单,制作成本较低,强度较佳,使用寿命较长。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细地说明,但本发明的保护范围并不限于此。实施例1:环保型光亮膜,包括底层1聚氯乙烯膜、面层2聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜,面层2与底层1的粘结面上均布有若干条沟槽(2.1、1.1),沟槽(2.1、1.1)的深度为0.2mm,沟槽的宽度为0.15mm,所述底层1和面层2之间设置有粘结剂层3。所述聚氯乙烯膜的厚度为0.5~0.7mm。苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜的厚度为0.6~0.8mm。
实施例2:一种环保型光亮膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:采用聚氯乙烯树脂粉和苯二甲酸二辛酯作为主要原料,添加EVA 接枝共聚物、菜籽油、稳定剂作为功能性助剂,经升温搅拌、密炼、过滤、四辊压延、镜面一次轧花、镜面不粘贴合工艺、冷却、卷取制作而成装饰膜;所述镜面一次轧花的工艺中采用了液体硅胶管作为轧花辊对产品进行轧花;所述镜面不粘贴合工艺是指将两张装饰膜的正面贴合,剥离负荷控制在40~100cN/5cm;其中,以聚氯乙烯树脂粉100重量份计,增塑剂、EVA 接枝共聚物、大豆油、稳定剂的用量分别为50~70份、15~16份、10~14份、10~20份,聚氯乙烯树脂粉的聚合度为1600,增塑剂为苯二甲酸二辛酯,稳定剂为液体钡锌复合稳定剂;
液体钡锌复合稳定剂按重量百分比计由以下的组份构成:钡重量百分比含量为20-50%的液体过碱羧酸酚盐20%~50%、锌重量百分比含量为10-20%的液体羧酸盐5%~15%、亚磷酸酯10%~30%、β-二酮化合物3%~16%、多元醇酯5%~10%、溶剂10%~20%。
搅拌温度为90℃,密炼温度为160℃,过滤温度为160℃,四辊压延温度为200℃,控制速度为45m/min。
采用镜面不粘贴合工艺时,控制温度为120℃,压力为50Kg,速度为15m/min。
粘结剂层按质量百分比计包括粒径为50-200nm纳米碳酸钙30~50%, 胶粘剂8~15%,竹醋酸1-5%,水余量。
胶粘剂选自聚氨酯、间苯二酚树脂、尿素树脂、聚酯树脂、聚乙烯醇树脂、聚丙烯酸酯树脂、硅树脂中的一种或几种的混合。

Claims (8)

1.环保型光亮膜,包括底层聚氯乙烯膜、面层聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜,其特征在于面层与底层的粘结面上均布有若干条沟槽,沟槽的深度为0.2mm,沟槽的宽度为0.15mm,所述底层和面层之间设置有粘结剂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型光亮膜,其特征在于所述聚氯乙烯膜的厚度为0.5~0.7mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保型光亮膜,其特征在于苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜的厚度为0.6~0.8mm。
4.一种如权利要求1~3之一的环保型光亮膜的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:采用聚氯乙烯树脂粉和苯二甲酸二辛酯作为主要原料,添加EVA 接枝共聚物、菜籽油、稳定剂作为功能性助剂,经升温搅拌、密炼、过滤、四辊压延、镜面一次轧花、镜面不粘贴合工艺、冷却、卷取制作而成装饰膜; 所述镜面一次轧花的工艺中采用了液体硅胶管作为轧花辊对产品进行轧花; 所述镜面不粘贴合工艺是指将两张装饰膜的正面贴合,剥离负荷控制在40~100cN/5cm; 其中,以聚氯乙烯树脂粉100重量份计,增塑剂、EVA 接枝共聚物、大豆油、稳定剂的用量分别为50~70份、15~16份、10~14份、10~20份,聚氯乙烯树脂粉的聚合度为1600,增塑剂为苯二甲酸二辛酯,稳定剂为液体钡锌复合稳定剂;
液体钡锌复合稳定剂按重量百分比计由以下的组份构成:钡重量百分比含量为20-50%的液体过碱羧酸酚盐20%~50%、锌重量百分比含量为10-20%的液体羧酸盐5%~15%、亚磷酸酯10%~30%、β-二酮化合物3%~16%、多元醇酯5%~10%、溶剂10%~20%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环保型光亮膜的制备方法,其特征在于搅拌温度为90℃,密炼温度为160℃,过滤温度为160℃,四辊压延温度为200℃,控制速度为45m/min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的环保型光亮膜的制备方法,其特征在于采用镜面不粘 贴合工艺时,控制温度为120℃,压力为50Kg,速度为15m/min。
7.根据权利要求1所述的环保型光亮膜的制备方法,其特征在于粘结剂层按质量百分比计包括粒径为50-200nm纳米碳酸钙30~50%, 胶粘剂8~15%, 竹醋酸1-5%,水余量。
8.根据权利要求1所述的环保型光亮膜的制备方法,其特征在于胶粘剂选自聚氨酯、间苯二酚树脂、尿素树脂、聚酯树脂、聚乙烯醇树脂、聚丙烯酸酯树脂、硅树脂中的一种或几种的混合。
