本发明公开了一种陶瓷绝缘双屏蔽双护套柔性防水电力电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由多根陶瓷绝缘线芯和陶瓷绝缘线芯数目相同的钢芯绞合而成,在缆芯空隙处设有阻水纱,在缆芯外绕包阻水带,在阻水带外挤包铝一聚乙烯粘结阻水内护套,在铝一聚乙烯粘结阻水内护套外挤包第二陶瓷绝缘层,在陶瓷绝缘层外粘接聚异丁烯防水薄膜,在聚异丁烯防水薄膜外先编织钢带屏蔽层,再编织铝带屏蔽层,在钢带屏蔽层与铝带屏蔽层外设有隔离层,在铝带屏蔽层外挤包阻水外护套;该电缆内外结合设计多层防水层,使得电缆的防水性能是现有技术中防水电缆的几百倍,具有超强的防水性能,目前市场上几乎都达不到本电缆的防水性。

技术领域
本发明涉及电线电缆领域,具体涉及一种陶瓷绝缘双屏蔽双护套柔性防水电力电缆。
背景技术
我国海上有丰富的风能资源和广阔平坦的区域,而且距离电力负荷中心很近,使得近海风力发电技术成为近来研究和应用的热点。由于海底自然环境恶劣及其不可预见性,海上风电用海底电缆是设计技术、制造技术难度较大的电缆品种。浅海电缆不仅要求防水、耐腐蚀、抗机械牵拉及外力碰撞等特殊性能,还要求较高的电气绝缘性能和很高的安全可靠性,特别是大长度海缆更是对目前电缆行业的制造能力和技术水平提出了极大挑战。浅海用电缆广泛应用于大陆与岛屿、岛屿与岛屿之间以及穿越江河湖底的电力传输。随着自动化及我国海洋事业的快速发展,未来的数十年内,无论是海上风力发电,还是其他近海作业***,都将对浅海电缆呈现出巨大的需求。由于浅海海底应用的特殊环境,需要电缆具有不同的导电截面、不同的机械强度、防海水渗漏与腐蚀等结构特性,并采用适应潮间带、潮下带等不同的施工方法,以满足风电产业的特殊需求。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种具有抗拉强度高,弹性和延伸率大,粘结性、抗水性和耐气候性好的陶瓷绝缘双屏蔽双护套柔性防水电力电缆。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种陶瓷绝缘双屏蔽双护套柔性防水电力电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由多根陶瓷绝缘线芯和与陶瓷绝缘线芯数目相同的钢芯绞合而成,在缆芯空隙处设有阻水纱,在缆芯外绕包阻水带,在阻水带外挤包铝一聚乙烯粘结阻水内护套,在铝一聚乙烯粘结阻水内护套外挤包第二陶瓷绝缘层,在陶瓷绝缘层外粘接聚异丁烯防水薄膜,在聚异丁烯防水薄膜外先编织钢带屏蔽层,再编织铝带屏蔽层,在钢带屏蔽层与铝带屏蔽层外设有隔离层,在铝带屏蔽层外挤包阻水外护套;所述的阻水外护套的中间层为聚乙烯外护套,在聚乙烯外护套的一面粘接有聚氨酯防水薄膜,另一面粘接有聚异丁烯防水薄膜。
优选地,所述的陶瓷绝缘线芯由铝合金导体、挤包在铝合金导体外的第一矿物绝缘层、重叠绕包在第一矿物绝缘层外的双层阻水带以及挤包在双层阻水带外的陶瓷化硅橡胶带构成。
优选地,所述的第一陶瓷绝缘层为陶瓷化硅橡胶绝缘层。
优选地,所述的第二陶瓷绝缘层为陶瓷化硅橡胶绝缘层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
1、缆芯内设有多根承载钢芯,使得电缆的不易断芯,不易折断;
2、本发明采用了多层阻水结构,包括、阻水纱、阻水带、铝一聚乙烯粘结阻水内护套等,使得电缆具有很强的阻水功能,不会因为水分浸入造成导体的氧化、腐蚀,从而影响电缆的电性能,甚至发生异常断线事故。
3、填充采用阻水纱,阻水功能是利用阻水纱纤维主体遇水时,可迅速膨胀形成体积很大的胶状物(吸水量可达自身体积的数十倍,如在遇水的第一分钟内直径可由约0.5mm迅速膨胀至约5.0mm),而且该胶状物的保水能力相当强,能有效地阻止水树的增长,从而阻止水分继续渗入和扩散,达到阻水的目的。
4、在陶瓷绝缘层外粘接聚异丁烯防水薄膜,使得电缆具有拉伸强度高、弹性及延伸率大、粘结性、 抗水性和耐候性好等特点,可以冷用,使用年限较长。
5、设有双层金属屏蔽层,加强限制电场在绝缘层内的作用,使电场方向与绝缘半径方向一致(即径向),金属屏蔽带接地,电场终止在金属带上,金属带外不再有电场。防止轴向表面放电,电缆在没有良好接地的环境中,由于半导电层有一定的电阻系数,在电缆轴向可能引起电位分布不均匀,造成电缆沿面放电。另外,正常情况下流过电容电流,短路时金属带可作为短路故障电流的回路,提高金属屏蔽层电容电流及短路电流传输能力及抗电磁干扰、均化电场的能力。
6、电缆的外护套的内外都镀上防水薄膜,使得电缆的阻水性能大大提高,阻水要求比现有技术阻水性提高了几百倍。
7、该电缆内外结合设计多层防水层,使得电缆的防水性能是现有技术中防水电缆的几百倍,具有超强的防水性能,目前市场上几乎都达不到本电缆的防水性。

如图1所示,本发明提供一种陶瓷绝缘双屏蔽双护套柔性防水电力电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由多根陶瓷绝缘线芯和陶瓷绝缘线芯数目相同的钢芯1绞合而成,所述的陶瓷绝缘线芯由铝合金导体2、挤包在铝合金导体外的第一矿物绝缘层3、重叠绕包在第一矿物绝缘层外的双层阻水带4以及挤包在双层阻水带外的陶瓷化硅橡胶带5构成;在缆芯空隙处设有阻水纱6,在缆芯外绕包阻水带7,在阻水带外挤包铝一聚乙烯粘结阻水内护套8,在铝一聚乙烯粘结阻水内护套外挤包第二陶瓷绝缘层9,在陶瓷绝缘层外粘接聚异丁烯防水薄膜10,在聚异丁烯防水薄膜外先编织钢带屏蔽层11,再编织铝带屏蔽层12,在钢带屏蔽层与铝带屏蔽层外设有隔离层13,在铝带屏蔽层外挤包阻水外护套14,形成了整个电缆结构。
如图2所示,所述的阻水外护套的中间层为聚乙烯外护套142,在聚乙烯外护套的一面粘接有聚氨酯阻水薄膜141,另一面粘接有聚异丁烯阻水薄膜143。
所述的第一陶瓷绝缘层、第二陶瓷绝缘层为陶瓷化硅橡胶绝缘层,使得电缆具有耐火性、防爆性、防水性、机械强度高、载流量大、使用寿命长。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干变型和改进,这些也应视为属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种陶瓷绝缘双屏蔽双护套柔性防水电力电缆,包括缆芯,其特征在于:所述的缆芯由多根陶瓷绝缘线芯和陶瓷绝缘线芯数目相同的钢芯绞合而成,在缆芯空隙处设有阻水纱,在缆芯外绕包阻水带,在阻水带外挤包铝一聚乙烯粘结阻水内护套,在铝一聚乙烯粘结阻水内护套外挤包第二陶瓷绝缘层,在陶瓷绝缘层外粘接聚异丁烯防水薄膜,在聚异丁烯防水薄膜外先编织钢带屏蔽层,再编织铝带屏蔽层,在钢带屏蔽层与铝带屏蔽层外设有隔离层,在铝带屏蔽层外挤包阻水外护套;所述的阻水外护套的中间层为聚乙烯外护套,在聚乙烯外护套的一面粘接有聚氨酯防水薄膜,另一面粘接有聚异丁烯防水薄膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的陶瓷绝缘双屏蔽双护套柔性防水电力电缆,其特征在于:所述的陶瓷绝缘线芯由铝合金导体、挤包在铝合金导体外的第一矿物绝缘层、重叠绕包在第一矿物绝缘层外的双层阻水带以及挤包在双层阻水带外的陶瓷化硅橡胶带构成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的陶瓷绝缘双屏蔽双护套柔性防水电力电缆,其特征在于:所述的第一陶瓷绝缘层为陶瓷化硅橡胶绝缘层。
