本发明公开了一种0.6/1 kV浅海用防水抗拉电力电缆,包括缆芯,该缆芯由三根扇形相线芯、一根圆形地线与填充阻水条一起绞合而成;在缆芯外绕包包带,在包带外先挤包低密度聚乙烯内护套,再紧密缠绕粗钢丝铠装层;在粗钢丝铠装层外绕包两层包带,再挤包中密度聚乙烯隔离套,在中密度聚乙烯隔离套外重叠绕包两层阻水带,在阻水带外焊接皱纹铝护套,并在皱纹铝护套上涂覆沥青,最后在电缆最外层挤包中密度聚乙烯外护套。本发明具有结构稳定,集肤效应低,载流量大、阻水性能好、耐腐蚀、耐氧化等特点,广泛应用于大陆与岛屿、岛屿与岛屿之间以及穿越江河湖底的电力传输。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆领域,具体是一种0.6/1kV浅海用防水抗拉电力电缆。
背景技术
我国海上有丰富的风能资源和广阔平坦的区域,而且距离电力负荷中心很近,使得近海风力发电技术成为近来研究和应用的热点。由于海底自然环境恶劣及其不可预见性,海上风电用海底电缆是设计技术、制造技术难度较大的电缆品种。浅海电缆不仅要求防水、耐腐蚀、抗机械牵拉及外力碰撞等特殊性能,还要求较高的电气绝缘性能和很高的安全可靠性,特别是大长度海缆更是对目前电缆行业的制造能力和技术水平提出了极大挑战。浅海用电缆广泛应用于大陆与岛屿、岛屿与岛屿之间以及穿越江河湖底的电力传输。随着自动化及我国海洋事业的快速发展,未来的数十年内,无论是海上风力发电,还是其他近海作业***,都将对浅海电缆呈现出巨大的需求。由于浅海海底应用的特殊环境,需要电缆具有不同的导电截面、不同的机械强度、防海水渗漏与腐蚀等结构特性,并采用适应潮间带、潮下带等不同的施工方法,以满足风电产业的特殊需求。
水分的侵入往往是电力电缆遭到破坏、使用寿命受到影响的主要原因。水分浸入途径主要是从电缆的护层和电缆的端部侵入电缆,造成导体的氧化、腐蚀,从而影响电缆的电性能,甚至发生异常断线事故;水分渗入绝缘层,在强电场的作用下,绝缘层会产生“水树枝”,加速电缆的电老化,导致电缆击穿事故,降低电缆使用寿命。为了防止水分的侵入,要求电缆各结构之间紧密没有间隙。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术中存在的问题,提供了一种载流量大、阻水性能好、耐腐蚀、耐氧化、机械强度大的0.6/1 kV浅海用防水抗拉电力电缆。
本发明所述的一种0.6/1 kV浅海用防水抗拉电力电缆,包括缆芯,该缆芯由三根扇形相线芯、一根圆形地线与填充阻水条一起绞合而成;在缆芯外绕包包带,在包带外先挤包低密度聚乙烯内护套,再紧密缠绕粗钢丝铠装层;在粗钢丝铠装层外绕包两层包带,再挤包中密度聚乙烯隔离套,在中密度聚乙烯隔离套外重叠绕包两层阻水带,在阻水带外焊接皱纹铝护套,并在皱纹铝护套上涂覆沥青,最后在电缆最外层挤包中密度聚乙烯外护套。
进一步改进,所述扇形相线芯由紧压绞合扇形铜导体以及挤包在紧压绞合扇形铜导体外的交联聚乙烯绝缘层构成。
进一步改进,所述的圆形地线由地线导体以及挤包在地线导体外的屏蔽层构成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明采用氩弧焊接皱纹铝作为径向阻水结构,更好的保障了气密性和电缆弯曲性能,采用阻水膨胀带作为纵向阻水结构,结合皱纹铝护套,双重保障了电缆的阻水性能。
2、本发明重叠绕包两层阻水带,使得导体具有很强的阻水功能,不会因为水分浸入造成导体的氧化、腐蚀,从而影响电缆的电性能,甚至发生异常断线事故;中密度聚乙烯隔离套、外护套,保护电缆的同时,也起到了进一步防水作用。
3、粗钢丝、氩弧焊接皱纹铝还能够起到较好的抗拉作用,具有较强的外力碰撞功能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示的一种0.6/1 kV浅海用防水抗拉电力电缆,包括缆芯,该缆芯由三根扇形相线芯、一根圆形地线与填充阻水条5一起绞合而成;所述扇形相线芯由紧压绞合扇形铜导体1以及挤包在紧压绞合扇形铜导体外的交联聚乙烯绝缘层2构成。所述的圆形地线由地线导体3以及挤包在地线导体外的屏蔽层4构成。在缆芯外绕包包带6,在包带外先挤包低密度聚乙烯内护套7,再紧密缠绕粗钢丝铠装层8;在粗钢丝铠装层外绕包两层包带6,再挤包中密度聚乙烯隔离套9,在中密度聚乙烯隔离套外重叠绕包两层阻水带10,在阻水带外焊接皱纹铝护套11,并在皱纹铝护套上涂覆沥青12,最后在电缆最外层挤包中密度聚乙烯外护套13;此电缆广泛应用于大陆与岛屿、岛屿与岛屿之间以及穿越江河湖底的电力传输。
本发明具体应用途径很多,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种0.6/1 kV浅海用防水抗拉电力电缆,其特征在于:包括缆芯,该缆芯由三根扇形相线芯、一根圆形地线与填充阻水条一起绞合而成;在缆芯外绕包包带,在包带外先挤包低密度聚乙烯内护套,再紧密缠绕粗钢丝铠装层;在粗钢丝铠装层外绕包两层包带,再挤包中密度聚乙烯隔离套,在中密度聚乙烯隔离套外重叠绕包两层阻水带,在阻水带外焊接皱纹铝护套,并在皱纹铝护套上涂覆沥青,最后在电缆最外层挤包中密度聚乙烯外护套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的0.6/1 kV浅海用防水抗拉电力电缆,其特征在于:所述扇形相线芯由紧压绞合扇形铜导体以及挤包在紧压绞合扇形铜导体外的交联聚乙烯绝缘层构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的0.6/1 kV浅海用防水抗拉电力电缆,其特征在于:所述的圆形地线由地线导体以及挤包在地线导体外的屏蔽层构成。
