Abstract
本发明提供一种新型冷却装置,包括冷却塔、回水管、软水箱、水泵、阀门、进水管和外来生产水设备,此设备闭环循环,从而节约能源,并达到环保的要求;被冷却的介质在密闭的管道内流动,不与外界空气相接触,热量通过冷却塔的换热器关闭与外部的空气,喷淋水灯进行热闹质换热,最终实现冷却,所以被冷却介质不会被污染、蒸发、浓缩,无需补水加药,因而保障了相连设备的使用性能和寿命,便于日常管理。

技术领域
本发明属于煤制气冷却设备领域,特别涉及一种新型冷却装置。
背景技术
传统的煤制气过程中,各净化、换热设备的给水及回水***无法实现闭式循环,冷却水在换热过程中极易蒸发而浓缩,需要常年补水,且被冷却的水直接接触空气,容易被污染,当遇支硫化天,流体发生酸性反应,易造成相连设备损坏。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种结构简单,使用方便的新型冷却装置。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种新型冷却装置,包括冷却塔,冷却塔一端连接有回水管,冷却塔另一端连接有软水箱,软水箱另一端连接有水泵,水泵另一端连接有进水管,回水管与进水管之间连接有煤制气***。
本发明的新型冷却装置,所述软水箱上连接有外来生产水设备,外来生产水设备另一端连接与冷却塔上。
本发明的新型冷却装置,所述冷却塔为一组、两组或多组。
本发明的新型冷却装置,所述水泵两端均设置有阀门。
本发明的新型冷却装置,所述冷却塔进水管处均设置有阀门,水泵的出水管和进口管旁通支路设置有闸阀阀门。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的新型冷却装置,煤制气***中,各净化设备需通过此冷却装置,冷却后的水通过给水管路接往各净化、换热设备进行换热,置换后的水管路温度升高,通过回水管路再接至此冷却装置,从而使水形成闭环循环,从而节约能源,并达到环保的要求;被冷却的介质在密闭的管道内流动,不与外界空气相接触,热量通过冷却塔的换热器关闭与外部的空气,喷淋水灯进行热闹质换热,最终实现冷却,所以被冷却介质不会被污染、蒸发、浓缩,无需补水加药,因而保障了相连设备的使用性能和寿命,便于日常管理。

具体实施方式

附图为本发明的一种具体实施例。该实施例包括冷却塔1,冷却塔1一端连接有回水管2,冷却塔1另一端连接有软水箱3,软水箱3另一端连接有水泵4,水泵4另一端连接有进水管6,回水管2与进水管6之间连接有煤制气***。
本发明的新型冷却装置,所述软水箱3上连接有外来生产水设备7,外来生产水设备7另一端连接与冷却塔1上,外来生产水设备7中的水分两路,一路进入冷却塔1补水,不常开,冷却塔1喷淋一段时间后,因水分蒸发,此时打开阀门5给冷却塔1喷淋补水;另一路作为整个循环***的补水,不常开,循环过程中有损耗,打开阀门5进入软水箱3,通过软水箱3水泵4打入整个循环***。
本发明的新型冷却装置,所述冷却塔1为一组、两组或多组。
本发明的新型冷却装置,所述水泵4两端均设置有阀门5,水泵4的出水管和进口管旁通支路设置有闸阀阀门5,所述冷却塔1进水管处均设置有阀门5,水泵4出口两个阀门,一个闸阀,启动水泵时打开闸阀,一个为止回阀,防止水倒流,水泵进口为闸阀,切换备用水泵时关闭此阀门,打开备用水泵阀门,运行水泵此阀门常开;水泵出水管和水泵进口管旁通阀门为闸阀,作用为当压力过大时一部分水通过旁通水管回流至水泵进口管,防止水泵压力过大导致电流过大,损坏水泵4,接往设备回水管2的阀门5,当冬天冷却塔1不用时,或者冷却塔1检修时,关闭此阀门5。
装置工作时,煤制气***中,各净化设备冷却介质通过回水管2进入冷却塔1中进行热量交换,介质温度下降后经由软水箱3和水泵4进而经过进水管6进入煤制气***进行对设备降温,置换后的水管路温度升高,通过回水管2再接至此冷却装置,从而使水形成闭环循环,从而节约能源,并达到环保的要求;被冷却的介质在密闭的管道内流动,不与外界空气相接触,热量通过冷却塔1的换热器关闭与外部的空气,喷淋水灯进行热闹质换热,最终实现冷却,所以被冷介质不会被污染、蒸发、浓缩,无需补水加药,因而保障了相连设备的使用性能和寿命,便于日常管理。

1.一种新型冷却装置,包括冷却塔(1),其特征在于:冷却塔(1)一端连接有回水管(2),冷却塔(1)另一端连接有软水箱(3),软水箱(3)另一端连接有水泵(4),水泵(4)另一端连接有进水管(6),回水管(2)与进水管(6)之间连接有煤制气***;
软水箱(3)上连接有外来生产水设备(7),外来生产水设备(7)另一端连接与冷却塔(1)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的新型冷却装置,其特征在于:冷却塔(1)为一组、两组或多组。
3.如权利要求1所述的新型冷却装置,其特征在于:水泵(4)两端均设置有阀门(5)。
4.如权利要求1所述的新型冷却装置,其特征在于:水泵(4)的出水管和进口管旁通支路设置有闸阀阀门(5)。
5.如权利要求1所述的新型冷却装置,其特征在于:冷却塔(1)进水管处均设置有阀门(5)。
