Abstract

一种耐光耐热锦纶纤维改性剂,所述改性剂由以下重量份的原料组成:柠檬酸铵0.3‑0.7份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯2‑5份,交联剂2.4‑2.6份,二甘醇4‑8份,乳化剂0.5‑1.0份,聚乙二醇1‑3份,抗静电剂0.8‑1.6份,石英粉1.0‑1.5份,表面改性剂1.1‑1.4份,去离子水6‑8份。本发明通过改性剂对锦纶纤维进行改性处理,使锦纶纤维获得很好的耐光耐热性能,同时具有较高的强度和弹性,通过实验测得干态强度在60cN/tex以上,锦纶的弹性回复性能好,在伸长10%时弹性回复率为96%‑99%,制成的织物抗皱性和成衣保形性也较好;本发明提供的制备方法工艺流程简单,制得的改性剂均匀性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及纤维技术领域,具体涉及一种耐光耐热锦纶纤维改性剂。
背景技术
锦纶(nylon),翻译名称“耐纶”、“尼龙”,学名为polyamide fibre聚酰氨纤维,是中国所产聚酰胺类纤维的统称。在美国杰出的科学家卡罗瑟斯(Carothers)及其领导下的一个科研小组研制出来的,它是世界上最早的合成纤维品种,由于性能优良,原料资源丰富,一直被广泛使用。锦纶的品种很多,有锦纶6、锦纶66、锦纶11、锦纶610其中最主要的是锦纶66和锦纶6。广泛应用在工业方面如帘子线,传动带,软管,绳索,渔网等。纳米尼龙的优点在于其热性能、力学性能、阻燃性、阻隔性比纯尼龙高,而制造成本与普通尼龙相当。
锦纶优点是结实耐磨,密度小,织物轻,弹性好,耐疲劳破坏,化学稳定性也很好;但是锦纶耐日光性不好,织物久晒就会变黄,强度下降,吸湿也不好。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐光耐热锦纶纤维改性剂及其制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种耐光耐热锦纶纤维改性剂,所述改性剂由以下重量份的原料组成:
柠檬酸铵0.3-0.7份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯2-5份,交联剂2.4-2.6份,二甘醇4-8份,乳化剂0.5-1.0份,聚乙二醇1-3份,抗静电剂0.8-1.6份,石英粉1.0-1.5份,表面改性剂1.1-1.4份,去离子水6-8份。
优选的,所述改性剂由以下重量份的原料组成:
柠檬酸铵0.5份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯3.5份,交联剂0.5份,二甘醇6份,乳化剂0.7份,聚乙二醇2份,抗静电剂1.2份,石英粉1.3份,表面改性剂1.3份,去离子水7份。
所述交联剂为钛酸四丁酯。
所述乳化剂为烷基胺类。
所述抗静电剂为纳米氧化锌。
所述表面改性剂选自脂肪醇聚乙烯醚硫酸钠、十二烷基硫酸铵或脂肪醇聚乙烯醚硫酸铵的一种或几种。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明通过改性剂对锦纶纤维进行改性处理,使锦纶纤维获得很好的耐光耐热性能,同时具有较高的强度和弹性,通过实验测得干态强度在60cN/tex以上,锦纶的弹性回复性能好,在伸长10%时弹性回复率为96%-99%,制成的织物抗皱性和成衣保形性也较好;本发明提供的制备方法工艺流程简单,制得的改性剂均匀性好。

实施例1
一种耐光耐热锦纶纤维改性剂,所述改性剂由以下重量份的原料组成:
柠檬酸铵0.3份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯2份,交联剂2.4份,二甘醇4份,乳化剂0.5份,聚乙二醇1份,抗静电剂0.8份,石英粉1.0份,表面改性剂1.1份,去离子水6份。
所述交联剂为钛酸四丁酯。
所述乳化剂为烷基胺类。
所述抗静电剂为纳米氧化锌。
所述表面改性剂选自脂肪醇聚乙烯醚硫酸钠、十二烷基硫酸铵或脂肪醇聚乙烯醚硫酸铵的一种或几种。
实施例2
一种耐光耐热锦纶纤维改性剂,所述改性剂由以下重量份的原料组成:
柠檬酸铵0.5份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯3.5份,交联剂0.5份,二甘醇6份,乳化剂0.7份,聚乙二醇2份,抗静电剂1.2份,石英粉1.3份,表面改性剂1.3份,去离子水7份。
所述交联剂为钛酸四丁酯。
所述乳化剂为烷基胺类。
所述抗静电剂为纳米氧化锌。
所述表面改性剂选自脂肪醇聚乙烯醚硫酸钠、十二烷基硫酸铵或脂肪醇聚乙烯醚硫酸铵的一种或几种。

柠檬酸铵0.7份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯5份,交联剂2.6份,二甘醇8份,乳化剂1.0份,聚乙二醇3份,抗静电剂1.6份,石英粉1.5份,表面改性剂1.4份,去离子水8份。
所述交联剂为钛酸四丁酯。
所述乳化剂为烷基胺类。
所述抗静电剂为纳米氧化锌。
所述表面改性剂选自脂肪醇聚乙烯醚硫酸钠、十二烷基硫酸铵或脂肪醇聚乙烯醚硫酸铵的一种或几种。

2.如权利要求1所述的耐光耐热锦纶纤维改性剂,其特征在于,所述改性剂由以下重量份的原料组成:
柠檬酸铵0.5份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯3.5份,交联剂0.5份,二甘醇6份,乳化剂0.7份,丙二醇2份,抗静电剂1.2份,石英粉1.3份,表面改性剂1.3份,去离子水7份。
