本发明公开了一种抗静电纤维针织布,包括以下组分且各组分的重量份数分别为:涤纶纤维:30?40份;棉纤维:10?15份;竹纤维:10?15份;小麦蛋白纤维:10?15份;导电粒子:1?1.5份。本发明通过在织物中引入导电粒子,可有效增强混纺纤维针织布的抗静电效果,且在一定程度上,增强了纤维针织物各项服用功性能,满足了大众日益提高的穿着要求。

本发明涉及一种抗静电纤维针织布,属于纺织技术领域。
背景技术
随着纺织行业的发展和节能减排意识的逐渐增强,更注重纤维和纺织品的舒适性、安全性、健康性和环保性等,纺织界积极开展具有各种功能性的纺织面料,以实现面料创新。而织物的多功能性需求也越来越突出,尤其在吸湿、排汗、抗静电等方面,为更多的大众所青睐。
发明内容
为了解决如上所述的现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种功能性强、导电效果好的抗静电纤维针织布。
为了达到上述发明的目的,本发明的技术方案为:
一种抗静电纤维针织布,包括以下组分且各组分的重量份数分别为:
涤纶纤维:30-40份;
棉纤维:10-15份;
竹纤维:10-15份;
小麦蛋白纤维:10-15份;
导电粒子:1-1.5份。
优选,所述的抗静电纤维针织布包括以下组分且各组分的重量份数分别为:
涤纶纤维:40份;
棉纤维:10份;
竹纤维:10份;
小麦蛋白纤维: 15份;
导电粒子:1.5份。
进一步,上述的导电粒子为金属化合物或碳黑。
当为金属化合物时,所述的金属化合物为氧化锑。
更进一步,所述的抗静电纤维针织布,其纺织方法为:首先将导电粒子加入到整理剂中,并加入催化剂,涤纶纤维和棉纤维分别浸入到整理剂中2-3h,然后将涤纶纤维和棉纤维干燥后混纺形成经纱,而小麦蛋白纤维和竹纤维混纺形成纬纱,最后将经纱和纬纱二上二下斜纹组织形成抗静电纤维针织布。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过在织物中引入导电粒子,可有效增强混纺纤维针织布的抗静电效果,且在一定程度上,增强了纤维针织物各项服用功性能,满足了大众日益提高的穿着要求。

以下结合具体实施例对本发明进行具体的介绍。
实施例 1
抗静电纤维针织布,包括纶纤维:35份;棉纤维:12份;竹纤维:12份;小麦蛋白纤维:12份;导电粒子氧化锑或碳黑:1.2份,且其制备方法为:首先将导电粒子加入到整理剂中,并加入催化剂,涤纶纤维和棉纤维分别浸入到整理剂中2.5h,然后将涤纶纤维和棉纤维干燥后混纺形成经纱,而小麦蛋白纤维和竹纤维混纺形成纬纱,最后将经纱和纬纱二上二下斜纹组织形成抗静电纤维针织布。
实施例 2
抗静电纤维针织布,包括纶纤维:30份;棉纤维: 15份;竹纤维: 15份;小麦蛋白纤维:10份;导电粒子氧化锑或碳黑:1份,且其制备方法为:首先将导电粒子加入到整理剂中,并加入催化剂,涤纶纤维和棉纤维分别浸入到整理剂中2h,然后将涤纶纤维和棉纤维干燥后混纺形成经纱,而小麦蛋白纤维和竹纤维混纺形成纬纱,最后将经纱和纬纱二上二下斜纹组织形成抗静电纤维针织布。
实施例 3
抗静电纤维针织布,包括纶纤维: 40份;棉纤维:10份;竹纤维:10份;小麦蛋白纤维: 15份;导电粒子氧化锑或碳黑: 1.5份,且其制备方法为:首先将导电粒子加入到整理剂中,并加入催化剂,涤纶纤维和棉纤维分别浸入到整理剂中3h,然后将涤纶纤维和棉纤维干燥后混纺形成经纱,而小麦蛋白纤维和竹纤维混纺形成纬纱,最后将经纱和纬纱二上二下斜纹组织形成抗静电纤维针织布。
将上述实施例1-3制备得到的抗静电纤维针织布的坯布经缝布、缝头、烧毛退浆、漂白、定型、染色、脱水开幅、柔软定型后,得到的布料可有效抗静电、抗菌、抗紫外线。

1.一种抗静电纤维针织布,其特征在于,包括以下组分且各组分的重量份数分别为:
涤纶纤维:30-40份;
棉纤维:10-15份;
竹纤维:10-15份;
小麦蛋白纤维:10-15份;
导电粒子:1-1.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电纤维针织布,其特征在于,包括以下组分且各组分的重量份数分别为:
涤纶纤维:40份;
棉纤维:10份;
竹纤维:10份;
小麦蛋白纤维: 15份;
导电粒子:1.5份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种抗静电纤维针织布,其特征在于,所述的导电粒子为金属化合物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种抗静电纤维针织布,其特征在于,所述的金属化合物为氧化锑。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种抗静电纤维针织布,其特征在于,所述的导电粒子为碳黑。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电纤维针织布,其特征在于,其纺织方法为:首先将导电粒子加入到整理剂中,并加入催化剂,涤纶纤维和棉纤维分别浸入到整理剂中2-3h,然后将涤纶纤维和棉纤维干燥后混纺形成经纱,而小麦蛋白纤维和竹纤维混纺形成纬纱,最后将经纱和纬纱二上二下斜纹组织形成抗静电纤维针织布。
