一种增光片,包括增光片本体,涂覆在增光片本体正面的正涂层,涂覆在增光片本体背面的背涂层。通过将增光片选用合适的材料,在增光片正面和背面分别镀上正涂层、背涂层,得到增光片增光效果比普通增光片高出10%‑20%,同时材料廉价易得,节约成本。

本发明涉及材料技术领域,具体涉及一种增光片。
背景技术
增光片广泛用于笔记本电脑,液晶显示器,液晶电视,便携式DVD播放机,车载导航***,触屏手机,数码相机、数码摄像器材等。
如将其组装在背光源前面,将光源发出的光向显示设备使用者方向聚集,可将正面亮度提高约100%(两片正交使用情况下,有横竖BEF)。并且,视角外未被利用的光,根据光的再反射效应被循环利用,并以最适当的角度聚集向使用者。但是现有增光片依然存在亮度增加达不到要求,性能有待进一步提高。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述问题,提供一种增光片。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种增光片,包括增光片本体,涂覆在增光片本体正面的正涂层,涂覆在增光片本体背面的背涂层。
所述增光片本体由以下重量份的原料组成:
聚亚苯基砜树脂15-20份,聚环氧乙烷10-20份,聚乙烯30-40份,聚邻苯二甲酰胺20-25份,聚芳酯12-18份。
所述正涂层由以下重量份的原料组成:
珠光粉6-10份,果冻蜡5-8份,云母粉4-6份,水晶土7-9份,钛白粉5-8份,立德粉3-5份。
所述背涂层由以下重量份的原料组成:
丙烯酸乙酯共聚物5-8份,发泡聚苯乙烯2-3份,全氟塑料3-5份,聚丙烯酸丁酯2-4份,琥珀2-3份,虫胶1.5-2.5份,蜜蜡1.2-1.8份,木松香1.4-2.0份,石英粉0.8-1.5份,滑石粉0.6-1.4份。
所述增光片本体、正涂层、背涂层厚度比为(20-30):1:2。
本发明的有益效果为:通过将增光片选用合适的材料,在增光片正面和背面分别镀上正涂层、背涂层,得到增光片增光效果比普通增光片高出10%-20%,同时材料廉价易得,节约成本。

所述正涂层由以下重量份的原料组成:
珠光粉6-10份,果冻蜡5-8份,云母粉4-6份,水晶土7-9份,钛白粉5-8份,立德粉3-5份。
所述背涂层由以下重量份的原料组成:
丙烯酸乙酯共聚物5-8份,发泡聚苯乙烯2-3份,全氟塑料3-5份,聚丙烯酸丁酯2-4份,琥珀2-3份,虫胶1.5-2.5份,蜜蜡1.2-1.8份,木松香1.4-2.0份,石英粉0.8-1.5份,滑石粉0.6-1.4份。
