本发明所要解决的技术问题通过以下技术方案来实现:一种加微生物添加剂的育肥猪专用混合饲料,它由配合料与微生物添加剂均匀混合而成,其百分比为99.8~99.9︰0.1~0.2;所述的配合料由玉米18%~22%、麸皮14%~18%、大麦18%~22%、鸡肠粉10%~22%、芦荟干粉9%~16%、稻谷10%~13.5%、食盐0.35%~0.6%、大豆油5%~8%、菜籽饼5%~8%、预混料1%~5%十种原料配制而成;
所述的预混料由以下原料配制而成:烟酸4~5份、硫胺素3~6份、氯化钴60~95份、硫酸铜5~10份、硫酸锌12~24份、硫酸亚铁45~80份、防霉剂45~70份、抗氧化剂10~42份、核黄素0.3~1份;泛酸钙0.9~1.5份;烟酸2~4份;生物素0.005~0.05份;氯化胆碱68~295份;
所述微生物添加剂为酿酒酵母菌2.8~3.5份、枯草芽孢杆菌1.5~2.25份、嗜酸乳杆菌0.06~0.08份;均采用液体培养基培养;
所述液体培养基配方为:
1.酿酒酵母采用的液体培养基配方为:5°Bé麦芽汁 1.0L,琼脂 15.0g,自然pH,酿酒酵母≧1.2×108个/g,水份≤ 12%;
2.枯草芽孢杆菌采用的液体培养基配方为:蛋白胨 5.0g,牛肉浸取物 3.0g,氯化钠5.0g,琼脂 15.0g,蒸馏水 1.0L,pH7.0;[注] 培养芽孢杆菌时加入5mg 硫酸锰,则有利于产生芽孢,枯草芽孢杆菌≧1.4×108个/g,水份≤ 12%;
3.嗜酸乳杆菌采用的液体培养基配方为:酪蛋白胨(胰酶消化) 10g,肉汤提取物 10g,酵母粉 5g,葡萄糖 20g,吐温80 1g,磷酸氢二钾2g,醋酸钠 5g,柠檬酸二铵 2g,七水硫酸镁0.2g,硫酸锰0.05g,pH6.2~6.5,嗜酸乳杆菌≧1.0×108个/g,水份≤ 12%;
所述配合料的制备方法为:取如下重量份配比的原料:玉米18%~22%、麸皮14%~18%、大麦18%~22%、鸡肠粉10%~22%、芦荟干粉9%~16%、稻谷10%~13.5%、食盐0.35%~0.6%、大豆油5%~8%、菜籽饼5%~8%、预混料1%~5%;将其中的玉米、麸皮、大麦、鸡肠粉、芦荟干粉、稻谷、菜籽饼粉碎后与其它原料混合搅拌均匀;其中预混料的制备方法为:取如下重量份配比的原料:烟酸4~5份、硫胺素3~6份、氯化钴60~95份、硫酸铜5~10份、硫酸锌12~24份、硫酸亚铁45~80份、防霉剂45~70份、抗氧化剂10~42份、核黄素0.3~1份;泛酸钙0.9~1.5份;烟酸2~4份;生物素0.005~0.05份;氯化胆碱68~295份;将烟酸、硫胺素、氯化钴、硫酸铜、硫酸锌、硫酸亚铁、核黄素、泛酸钙、氯化胆碱粉碎后与其它原料混合搅拌均匀。
由于采用了以上技术方案,较好的实现了其发明目的,本发明得到的加微生物添加剂的育肥猪专用混合饲料有益菌品种多,数量大,可长期在饲料中直接添加使用;能够通过微生物在母猪体内的繁殖与富聚作用,产生纤维素酶、木聚糖酶、β-葡聚糖酶、淀粉酶、蛋白酶、脂肪酶、有机酸等多种物质;改善育肥猪胃肠道功能,提高饲料中大分子物质的转化和钙、磷、铁等元素与有机微量元素的吸收,提高饲料转化率和生长速度;促进小肠嗜酸乳杆菌和大肠双岐杆菌等益生菌的增长,有效抑制肠道内病原菌的生长,维护整个胃、肠道的微
生态平衡,减少动物体内毒素的生成,提高育肥猪抗应激能力和免疫力;能极大程度减少肠道内硫化氢、亚硝基胺、吲哚等毒素的产生,对降低育肥猪粪便异味有明显作用。

实施例1:
由发明内容可知,一种加微生物添加剂的育肥猪专用混合饲料,它由配合料与微生物添加剂均匀混合而成,其百分比为99.8~99.9︰0.1~0.2;所述的配合料由玉米18%~22%、麸皮14%~18%、大麦18%~22%、鸡肠粉10%~22%、芦荟干粉9%~16%、稻谷10%~13.5%、食盐0.35%~0.6%、大豆油5%~8%、菜籽饼5%~8%、预混料1%~5%十种原料配制而成;

实施例2:
由发明内容可知,一种加微生物添加剂的育肥猪专用混合饲料,它由配合料与微生物添加剂均匀混合而成,99.8︰0.2;所述的配合料由玉米20%、麸皮15%、大麦22%、鸡肠粉21%、芦荟干粉13%、稻谷13%、食盐0.5%、大豆油7%、菜籽饼7%、预混料3%;将其中的玉米、麸皮、大麦、鸡肠粉、芦荟干粉、稻谷、菜籽饼粉碎后与其它原料混合搅拌均匀;其中预混料的制备方法为:取如下重量份配比的原料:烟酸4.5份、硫胺素3份、氯化钴78份、硫酸铜8份、硫酸锌14份、硫酸亚铁65份、防霉剂66份、抗氧化剂42份、核黄素1份;泛酸钙1.5份;烟酸2份;生物素0.03份;氯化胆碱100份;将烟酸、硫胺素、氯化钴、硫酸铜、硫酸锌、硫酸亚铁、核黄素、泛酸钙、氯化胆碱粉碎后与其它原料混合搅拌均匀。
所述微生物添加剂为酿酒酵母菌0.9份、枯草芽孢杆菌2.0份、嗜酸乳杆菌0.07份;均采用液体培养基培养。
实施例3:
由发明内容可知,一种加微生物添加剂的育肥猪专用混合饲料,它由配合料与微生物添加剂均匀混合而成,99.9︰0.1;所述的配合料由玉米22%、麸皮18%、大麦22%、鸡肠粉122%、芦荟干粉16%、稻谷13.5%、食盐0.6%、大豆油8%、菜籽饼8%、预混料5%;将其中的玉米、麸皮、大麦、鸡肠粉、芦荟干粉、稻谷、菜籽饼粉碎后与其它原料混合搅拌均匀;其中预混料的制备方法为:取如下重量份配比的原料:烟酸4份、硫胺素3份、氯化钴60份、硫酸铜5份、硫酸锌12份、硫酸亚铁45份、防霉剂45份、抗氧化剂10份、核黄素0.3份;泛酸钙0.9份;烟酸2份;生物素0.005份;氯化胆碱68份;将烟酸、硫胺素、氯化钴、硫酸铜、硫酸锌、硫酸亚铁、核黄素、泛酸钙、氯化胆碱粉碎后与其它原料混合搅拌均匀。
所述微生物添加剂为酿酒酵母菌2.8份、枯草芽孢杆菌1.5份、嗜酸乳杆菌0.06份;均采用液体培养基培养。
实施例4:
选取30 头猪,按照胎次,年龄相同,体重相近的原则,随机分为3 组,其中2
组为试验组,饲喂根据本发明实施例2、3 配制的加微生物添加剂的育肥猪专用混合饲料,另一组为对照组,饲喂常规无微生物添加剂的混合饲料,周期为一个月,试验结束时得到数据如下表所示:

以上试验数据表明:试验组中猪体重明显高于对照组,出现肠道疾病头数明显低于对照组,说明该加微生物添加剂的育肥猪专用混合饲料能提高仔猪的能有效降低仔猪肠道PH值,预防、缓解断奶、应激反应和致病菌而产生的腹泻,提高仔猪抗病能力;提高钙、磷、铁等元素的吸收,减少猪体内毒素的生成,增强猪的营养代谢、促进采食和消化、显著提高日增重。
Claims (4)
1.一种加微生物添加剂的育肥猪专用混合饲料,其特征是它由配合料与微生物添加剂均匀混合而成,其百分比为99.8~99.9˸0.1~0.2;所述的配合料由玉米18%~22%、麸皮14%~18%、大麦18%~22%、鸡肠粉10%~22%、芦荟干粉9%~16%、稻谷10%~13.5%、食盐0.35%~0.6%、大豆油5%~8%、菜籽饼5%~8%、预混料1%~5%十种原料配制而成;所述微生物添加剂为酿酒酵母菌2.8~3.5份、枯草芽孢杆菌1.5~2.25份、嗜酸乳杆菌0.06~0.08份;均采用液体培养基培养。
2.由权利要求1所述的一种加微生物添加剂的育肥猪专用混合饲料,其特征是所述的所述的预混料由以下原料配制而成:烟酸4~5份、硫胺素3~6份、氯化钴60~95份、硫酸铜5~10份、硫酸锌12~24份、硫酸亚铁45~80份、防霉剂45~70份、抗氧化剂10~42份、核黄素0.3~1份;泛酸钙0.9~1.5份;烟酸2~4份;生物素0.005~0.05份;氯化胆碱68~295份。
3.由权利要求1所述的一种加微生物添加剂的育肥猪专用混合饲料,其特征是所述液体培养基配方为:
