技术领域
本发明涉及用于轨道车辆的滚动轴承单元。
背景技术
用于轨道车辆的滚动轴承单元通常包括具有轴承内圈、轴承外圈和位于它们之间的滚动体的滚动轴承,其中,滚动轴承施加在轮组轴的端部上。在轮组轴的端侧上布置有端部盖,其完全包围轮组轴的端侧。端部盖贴靠在滚动轴承的轴承内圈的端侧上。在轴承内圈的另外的端侧上同样直接贴靠地布置有支撑圈。
然而,轮组轴在运行时具有大的回转弯曲载荷,从而在轴承内圈与支撑圈之间以及在轴承内圈与端部盖之间形成缝隙,其在每转一圈时闭合一次且又打开一次。液体,例如雨、溅水、油等等通过该缝隙渗入滚动轴承与轮组轴之间的空间中。积聚在那里的液体会导致对轴的腐蚀。
在WO 2006/094031中公开了一种具有保持卡具的滚动轴承单元。滚动轴承单元安装到轮组轴上。保持卡具在安装之前和期间将支撑圈与轴承内圈连接起来,并且在安装之后提供液体阻碍。液体阻碍以如下方式提供,即,使保持卡具在其每个端部上均具有径向向外指向的呈环形的肋。
发明内容
因此,本发明的任务是,相对于现有技术进一步研发和改进滚动轴承单元。
根据本发明的滚动轴承单元包括轴承内圈、轴承外圈、布置在轴承圈之间的滚动体和至少一个保持元件,其中,轴承内圈和保持元件布置在轮组轴上,并且保持元件径向上布置在轴承内圈的轴向端部与轮组轴之间,以及径向上布置在贴靠于轴承内圈的端侧上的贴靠部分与轮组轴之间。滚动轴承单元的特征在于,在保持元件上紧固有至少一个密封元件。密封元件在此可以构造为带,并且具有环形形状。代替单个环绕的密封元件地,也能想到使用多个分区段地呈环形的密封元件。此外,优选地,密封元件布置在保持元件的径向外侧上。密封元件阻止了例如液体渗入轮组轴与轴承内圈之间的空间中。轴承内圈可以单件式或多件式地构造。
保持元件优选呈环形地构造,并且在两个端部上均具有卡扣轮廓。这意味着,在保持元件的两个轴向端部上的外直径上布置有凸起部,例如卡扣凸鼻。卡扣凸鼻在此沿环绕方向划分节段地实施。此外有利的是,在两个端部上卡扣凸鼻沿环绕方向错开地布置。适宜的是,两个卡扣凸鼻之间的沿环绕方向的间距和卡扣凸鼻沿环绕方向的长度本身一样大。
此外有利的是,轴承内圈具有与保持元件的卡扣轮廓相对应的轮廓。通过保持元件的卡扣轮廓和轴承内圈的内直径上的与之相对应的轮廓,使滚动轴承单元在轮组轴上的安装得到简化。
此外,贴靠部分具有与保持元件的卡扣轮廓相对应的轮廓。贴靠部分理解为直接贴靠在轴承内圈的端侧上的那个元件。贴靠部分在此例如可以构造为经常也被称为支撑圈的贴靠圈或构造为端部盖。
通过卡扣轮廓,使轴承内圈与贴靠部分连接。也就是说,保持元件具有纯粹的保持功能。而布置在保持元件上的密封元件具有纯粹的密封功能。尽管在滚动轴承单元中的空间是有限的,但是根据本发明可以装入两个功能元件。
此外有利的是,在轮组轴上布置有两个保持元件。在此,保持元件分别布置在轴承内圈的轴向端部上。这意味着,两个保持元件将轴承内圈分别与贴靠部分连接起来,并且紧固在保持元件上的密封元件密封了轴承内圈与轮组轴之间的空间。
优选地,保持元件和密封元件由不同的材料构成。保持元件例如由塑料,尤其是PA66GF25构成。而密封元件例如由天然橡胶构成。
此外根据本发明,滚动体布置成两列。优选地指的是呈O形布置的两列式的圆锥滚子轴承。然而,例如也可以使用圆柱滚子轴承或调心滚子轴承。滚动轴承可以借助压接布置在轮组轴上。轮组轴可以构造为实心轴或空心轴。

具体实施方式
图1以截面图示出了具有两个保持元件2的滚动轴承单元1的示例性的实施方式。所示的滚动轴承单元1包括滚动轴承3和两个保持元件2。滚动轴承3具有多件式的轴承内圈4、单件式的轴承外圈5和径向在两个轴承圈4、5之间的成两列的许多滚动体6。滚动轴承3在该实施方式中构造为呈O形布置的两列式的圆锥滚子轴承。
多件式的轴承内圈4压装在轮组轴7的端部上,其中,轮组轴7构造为实心轴。轮组轴7的端侧8被端部盖9完全包围。端部盖9借助多个轴向延伸的紧固元件10,在该实施方案中借助螺栓,与轮组轴7抗相对转动地(drehfest)连接。端部盖9的朝滚动轴承单元1的方向指向的端侧11贴靠在轴承内圈4的端侧12上,从而两个端侧11、12形成接触面13。径向上在接触面13与轮组轴7之间布置有具有密封元件14的保持元件2。保持元件2相对接触面13居中地取向。
在图2至图5中以不同的视图示出了保持元件2的示例性的实施方式,其中,在图3中实施有没有密封元件14的保持元件2。保持元件2呈环形地构造并且在两个轴向端部上均具有卡扣轮廓15。卡扣轮廓15由许多凸起部16构成,其中,凸起部16从保持元件2的外直径DA出发沿径向方向延伸。此外,凸起部16沿轴向方向在保持元件2的宽度B的三分之一上延伸。卡扣轮廓15因此在两个端部上被划分节段。沿圆周方向在两个依次布置的凸起部16之间的间距A总是相同的,并且相应于凸起部16沿圆周方向的长度L。在保持元件2的两个轴向端部上的卡扣轮廓15彼此间沿圆周方向错开了长度L。在保持元件2的外直径DA上,也就是是说在径向外侧上轴向居中地,沿圆周方向布置有密封元件14。密封元件14构造为呈环形的带,其与凸起部16相比沿径向方向延伸较小。这意味着的是,密封元件14并不贴靠在轮组轴7上,并且密封面朝外指向。
轴承内圈4以及端部盖9在各自的内直径上具有与保持元件2的卡扣轮廓15相对应的轮廓。该轮廓构造为环绕的槽17,保持元件2的凸起部16卡入或嵌入该槽中。密封元件14在此阻止液体通过接触面13上的可能存在的缝隙渗入。
在轴承内圈4的另外的端侧18上布置有支撑圈19,其端侧20直接贴靠在轴承内圈4的端侧18上,从而同样出现接触面21。在此,径向在轮组轴7与接触面21之间也布置有保持元件2和密封元件14,其相对接触面21居中地取向。为此,在轴承内圈4的内直径上以及在支撑圈19的内直径上也分别设置有环绕的槽17,其具有与保持元件2的各自的卡扣轮廓15相对应的轮廓。各自的保持元件2的密封元件14在此阻止了液体通过接触面13、21渗入轴承内圈4与轮组轴7之间的空间中。
此外,滚动轴承3以两个密封件22相对未示出的轴承壳体密封。

Claims (7)
