本发明公开了一种高效释放负离子PVC压延人造革,包括基布层、发泡层、PVC面层和负离子涂饰层;所述基布层由涤纶材料制成;所述发泡层按重量份计,由以下组分组成:PVC树脂100份;碳酸钙10‑30份;增塑剂60‑100份;颜料2‑10份;钙锌稳定剂2‑6份;发泡剂3‑6份;所述负离子涂饰层按重量份计,由以下组分组成:水性涂饰剂100份;负离子产生剂10‑20份。本发明与现有技术相比的优点是:负离子产生剂为天然植物制成,不会对人体有负面影响的物质和放射性。负离子释放量大于8000个/cm3,持续释放5年以上,优异除味功效,净化空气,有效除去甲醛、苯、氨、VOC及PM2.5粉尘等。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种人造革,尤其涉及一种高效释放负离子PVC压延人造革及其制造方法,属于高分子材料技术领域。
背景技术
PVC人造革是织物上贴合PVC树脂、增塑剂、稳定剂等制成的膜,经过一定工艺过程加工制成的。随着人造革技术发展,各种性能已接近天然皮革,磊部分产品已可取代天然皮革,普通人造革由于使用化工原料与表面涂饰会产生气味与散发VOC。
原子的原子团失去或获得电子后所形成的带电粒子叫负离子,某些分子物殊情况下亦可形成离子,如氧离子的离子一般状态化为阴离子,也叫负氧离子。无数临床研究发现,负离子可以改善神经衰弱、失眠、通畅心脑血管、降低血液粘稠度、提高人体免疫力、哮喘、缓解高血压、糖尿病等有显著疗效。
传统的释放负离子人造革的制作方法是在PVC材料中加入一种矿物质电气石,它可释放负离子,但负离子浓度较低,且在释放负离子的同时,有可能产生放射性,对人体产生不利的影响。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术的上述不足,提供了一种高效释放负离子PVC压延人造革及其制造方法。
本发明的上述目的通过以下的技术方案来实现:一种高效释放负离子PVC压延人造革,包括基布层、发泡层、PVC面层和负离子涂饰层。
所述基布层由涤纶材料制成。
所述发泡层按重量份计,由以下组分组成:PVC树脂100份;碳酸钙10-30份;增塑剂60-100份;颜料2-10份;钙锌稳定剂2-6份;发泡剂3-6份。
所述PVC面层按重量份计,由以下组分组成:PVC树脂100份;增塑剂60-100份、钙锌稳定剂2-6份。
所述负离子涂饰层按重量份计,由以下组分组成:水性涂饰剂100份;负离子产生剂10-20份。
一种高效释放负离子PVC压延人造革的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制发泡层:
(1.1)备料:按PVC树脂100份;碳酸钙10-30份;增塑剂60-100份;颜料2-10份;钙锌稳定剂2-6份;发泡剂3-6份的重量份配比,备料待用;
(1.2)混匀:将步骤(1.1)的备料投入搅拌机中混合均匀;
(1.3)密炼塑化:密炼机145℃-155℃下密炼,初步塑化物料;
(1.4)进一步塑化:步骤(1.3)初步塑化的物料再投入开炼机、挤出机中进行进一步塑化;
(1.5)贴合:进入四辊压延机于160℃-190℃下发泡层与基布贴合;
(2)制PVC面层:
(2.1)备料:按PVC树脂100份;增塑剂60-100份;钙锌稳定剂2-6份的重量份配比,备料待用;
(2.2)混匀:将步骤(2.1)的备料投入搅拌机中混合均匀;
(2.3)密炼塑化:密炼机145℃-155℃下密炼,初步塑化物料;
(2.4)进一步塑化:步骤(2.3)初步塑化的物料再投入开炼机、挤出机中进行进一步塑化;
(2.5)贴合:进入四辊压延机于160℃-190℃下,将PVC面层与贴合基布后的发泡层再贴合;
(3)压花:贴合后的半成品在180℃-210℃进行发泡压花处理;
(4)涂饰处理剂:在压花后的半成品表面涂饰含有负离子产生剂的负离子涂饰层,具体是用辊轮涂覆到人造革表面,上浆量15g-40g/m2,烘干温度120℃-140℃,烘干时间60-120秒;烘干后即得一种高效释放负离子PVC压延人造革。负离子产生剂为天然植物制成,不会产生对人体有负面影响的物质和放射性。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点是:负离子产生剂为天然植物制成,不会对人体有负面影响的物质和放射性。负离子释放量大于8000个/cm3,持续释放5年以上,优异除味功效,净化空气,有效除去甲醛、苯、氨、VOC及PM2.5粉尘等。

下面结合实施例及附图对本发明进一步详述。
如图1所示,本发明的一种高效释放负离子PVC压延人造革,包括基布层1、发泡层2、PVC面层3和负离子涂饰层4。
所述基布层1由涤纶材料制成。
所述发泡层2按重量份计,由以下组分组成:PVC树脂100份;碳酸钙10-30份;增塑剂60-100份;颜料2-10份;钙锌稳定剂2-6份;发泡剂3-6份。
所述PVC面层3按重量份计,由以下组分组成:PVC树脂100份;增塑剂60-100份、钙锌稳定剂2-6份。
所述负离子涂饰层4按重量份计,由以下组分组成:水性涂饰剂100份;负离子产生剂10-20份。
本发明的一种高效释放负离子PVC压延人造革的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制发泡层:
(1.1)备料:按PVC树脂100份;碳酸钙10-30份;增塑剂60-100份;颜料2-10份;钙锌稳定剂2-6份;发泡剂3-6份的重量份配比,备料待用;
(1.2)混匀:将步骤(1.1)的备料投入搅拌机中混合均匀;
