本发明属于人造革技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种超耐磨水性涂层PVC革及加工工艺。
背景技术
PVC(Polyvinylchloride)是世界上最早发明的人工皮革材料,也是产量最大的塑料产品之一,PVC主要成份为聚氯乙烯,在其产品制造过程中还可以通过加入其他成分来增强其耐热性,韧性,延展性,耐磨性等,具有加工性能良好,价格便宜,耐腐蚀等特点,因此在世界范围内得到了广泛的应用,常见的PVC材料制品如PVC水管、PVC发泡板、PVC用于制作仿皮革的箱***具、运动用品等等。
随着PVC人造革的深入应用,人们对于PVC人造革的品质和舒适度的要求也越来越高,尤其是用于制作汽车革和沙发革的PVC人造革,不仅追求外观时尚,手感柔软,也要求能具备一定的韧性、耐磨特性,延长使用寿命,增强实用性,这不单能降低家庭日常开支,也能减轻环境污染,符合绿色环保的理念。
人造革应用越来越广泛,如广泛应用于座椅等于人体长时间接触的产品上,传统的人造革面层容易磨花、磨破。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的缺点,提供了一种超耐磨水性涂层PVC革及加工工艺,该超耐磨人造革制造方法工艺简单,其制造的人造革具有耐磨,不易脱皮的优点,其使用寿命长。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种超耐磨水性涂层PVC革,包括自下而上设置的基布、胶水粘合层、PVC发泡层、PVC面层、表处层底涂和表处层面涂。
进一步,所述PVC面层的原料包括:PVC糊树脂100,按照质量比,增塑剂为75-90,稳定剂为1-5,颜料为1-15,所述PVC糊树脂K值:70-85,增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂,稳定剂为钙锌类金属盐,颜料为有机或无机颜料。
进一步,所述PVC发泡层的原料包括:PVC糊树脂100,按照质量比,增塑剂为75-90,稳定剂为1-5,发泡剂为1-5,颜料为1-15.
进一步,所述PVC发泡层中,所述PVC糊树脂K值:70-85,所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂,稳定剂为钙锌类金属盐,发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺,颜料为有机或无机颜料。
进一步,所述表处层底涂包括:按照质量比,水性脂肪族聚氨酯哑浆100~60,其固含15~35%,水性脂肪族聚氨酯光浆0~40,固含15~35%,交联剂1~10,助剂0.1~3。
进一步,所述表处层底涂中,所述交联剂为聚碳二亚胺型或异氰酸酯型,所述助剂为流平剂、增稠剂和消泡剂。
进一步,所述表处层面涂包括:按照质量比,水性聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯哑浆100~60,其固含15~35%,水性脂肪族聚氨酯光浆0~40,其固含15~35%,交联剂1~10,手感剂1~25、石墨烯EPS 0.1~1.2和助剂0.1~3,所述交联剂为聚碳二亚胺型或异氰酸酯型,所述手感剂为有机硅,所述助剂为流平剂、增稠剂和消泡剂。
一种超耐磨水性涂层PVC革的加工工艺,包括:
(1)PVC面层和PVC发泡层配料的制备;
1)将PVC糊树脂和助剂中的物料投入缸中进行高速搅拌,制成均匀的混合体;
2)对混合好的物料进行研磨、抽真空;
3)通过选用80/100/120/200目过滤网进行过滤;
(2)涂布
1)在离型纸上按要求厚度涂刮PVC面层;然后通过高温烘箱,加工温度约170~210℃;烘烤时间约1~3分钟;
2)在面层基础上按要求厚度涂刮PVC发泡层,然后通过高温烘箱,加工温度约170~210℃;烘烤时间约1~3分钟;
3)在发泡层基础上按要求克重涂刮胶水;
4)将基布贴合与胶水面,然后通过高温烘箱,加工温度约120~190℃;烘烤时间约1~3分钟;
5)然后在离型纸上剥离分卷,PVC半成品发下工序生产;
(3)表面处理
1)分别将表处层底涂和面涂配方中的物料投入缸中进行高速搅拌;制成均匀的混合体;
2)选用合适的辊筒将底涂均匀涂覆于产品PVC表面,涂覆量约15~45g/m2(湿重);烘烤温度60~120℃,烘烤时间1~3分钟;
3)选用合适的辊筒将面涂均匀涂覆于产品底涂表面上,涂覆量约15~45g/m2(湿重);烘烤温度60~120℃,烘烤时间1~3分钟;
(4)压花
将表面处理完毕的产品进行加热,加热温度约160~260℃,PVC表面温度约120~160℃,然后选用合适的花纹辊进行压花,冷却成型制成成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明所述一种超耐磨水性涂层PVC革及加工工艺,包括自下而上设置的基布、胶水粘合层、PVC发泡层、PVC面层、表处层底涂和表处层面涂,MIE磨损2小时后,最高点磨损≤5mm,竖直方向无磨损。

3)在发泡层基础上按要求克重涂刮胶水;
4)将基布贴合与胶水面,然后通过高温烘箱,加工温度约120~190℃;烘烤时间约1~3分钟;
5)然后在离型纸上剥离分卷,PVC半成品发下工序生产;
(3)表面处理
1)分别将表处层底涂和面涂配方中的物料投入缸中进行高速搅拌;制成均匀的混合体;
