Background
In landscaping, tree planting is an important means, and newly planted trees or saplings are not rooted in soil sufficiently, so that a tree support device is often required to be added for auxiliary support.
Chinese patent No. CN205337074U discloses a tree supporting device, which comprises three supporting plates for fixing a trunk and three supporting rods respectively connected to the lower ends of the corresponding supporting plates; the three support plates are wound around the trunk in a triangular shape, a buffer is filled between each support plate and the trunk, two ends of each support plate are provided with fixing plates used for connecting adjacent support plates, and two ends of each adjacent support plate are connected through bolts penetrating through the fixing plates; the equal slope of three bracing piece sets up, and the upper end of every bracing piece all is connected to the backup pad that corresponds through the stiffener, and the lower extreme of every adjacent bracing piece all connects through the horizontal pole, and the lower extreme of every bracing piece all is equipped with the ground nail of grabbing that is fixed in ground.
The supporting plate and the supporting rod form a stable vertical structure and are clamped and reinforced by the supporting plate and a buffer object therein. The structure mainly has two conditions, namely, tight clamping, and under the condition, the supporting device can be tightly abutted and fastened with the tree, so that the structure has better windproof performance, but the growing space is limited. If the clamping force is reduced, a growth space is reserved, and the windproof performance of the composite material is greatly reduced; when the wind is strong, the trees may incline or swing to some extent, which affects the root fixing.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a tree supporting device, which achieves the effect of keeping reinforcement and meeting the growth space requirement of trees.
The technical purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a tree supporting device comprises a foot rest fixed on the ground and a righting mechanism fixed on the foot rest, wherein the righting mechanism comprises a base frame surrounding a tree, a push rod penetrating through the base frame in a threaded connection mode and a first wind wheel driving the push rod to rotate, a first winding wheel linked with the first wind wheel is arranged on one axial side of the first wind wheel, a first driven wheel linked with the first winding wheel in a winding mode is arranged on the push rod, and the push rod moves towards the direction of pressing the tree when the first driven wheel is driven; and a reset mechanism for driving the push rod to rotate and reset is also arranged between the push rod and the base frame.
By adopting the scheme, the foot rest is used as a basic fixing structure of the supporting device and is fixedly connected with the ground; the righting mechanism supports and fixes tree seedlings on the basis, the supporting and fixing are mainly completed through a plurality of push rods or the push rods matched with the base frame in an abutting mode, the push rods can be adjusted through threads, namely, the diameter of the clamp or the tightness of the clamp can be adjusted according to the growth condition of the seedlings, and the clamp can be always kept due to the axial self-locking of the thread transmission. That is to say, in practical use, the end part of the push rod can be pre-attached to the surface of the tree or be away from the surface of the tree by a small distance so as to provide a space for the growth of the tree; when the wind power is high, the first wind wheel can be driven to move towards the tree or further press the surface of the tree through the transmission push rod of the first winding wheel and the first driven wheel so as to increase the clamping effect on the tree, and the larger the wind power is, the larger the clamping force is; therefore, the trees can be effectively prevented from deflecting and toppling; after the wind power is reduced, the push rod can gradually rotate reversely and separate along with the action of the reset mechanism so as to reduce the clamping force, and the first driven wheel also rewinds; in conclusion, the scheme can be in the normal state need not to fasten trees completely to provide space for the growth of trees, can receive great when wind-force oppresses at trees, can improve the clamping-force to trees automatically again, maintain its planting state stability with the protection trees.
More preferably: the end part of the push rod is sleeved with a push head, the push head is provided with a loading groove, and a notch of the loading groove is provided with a blocking part; the end of the push rod is provided with an end head which is connected with the loading groove in a sliding mode and is blocked by the blocking part, and a pre-pressing spring is fixed between the end of the end head and the bottom of the loading groove.
By adopting the scheme, the loading groove provides a sliding space for the end head, and simultaneously limits the position of the end head to prevent the end head from being separated from the loading groove; after the spring is loaded, the thrust of the push rod to the tree is directly converted into the relative displacement of the push head and the push rod; namely, the force application process can be changed into a process with gradually changed distance, so that the push rod can still keep certain pressure under the state of not being influenced by wind power, the growth of trees is not hindered, and the vertical state of the trees can be corrected to ensure a good vertical growth state of the trees; furthermore, due to this constant pressure, the tree can be gradually restored under the influence of the push rod even if it has a certain inclination.
More preferably: the end of the pushing head far away from the base frame is arc-shaped, and a flexible pad is arranged on the surface of the arc-shaped pushing head.
By adopting the scheme, the arc-shaped and the flexible cushion are both used for better fitting the surface of the tree, the damage to the tree in the force application process is reduced, the protection effect of the tree is enhanced, and the flexible cushion can also play a certain correction effect.
More preferably: the push rod is provided with a first thread part in a protruding mode along the radial direction, a through hole for the push rod to penetrate through is formed in the base frame, a second thread part in threaded connection with the push rod and a blocking ring blocking the axial end face of the first thread part are arranged in the through hole, and the blocking ring is in threaded connection with the through hole.
By adopting the scheme, the position of the baffle ring can be adjusted through threaded connection, and the stroke of the push rod is limited by the adjustment of the position of the baffle ring, so that the maximum force application of the push rod to clamp the trees can be limited and regulated; the tree can be pre-adjusted according to the growth condition and wind resistance of the tree; in addition, the mode of threaded connection is still convenient for keeping off ring and change and the installation of push rod.
More preferably: the reset mechanism is a first torsion spring fixed between the base frame and the push rod.
By adopting the scheme, the torsion spring is used as the reset mechanism, so that the counterforce can be generated directly and rapidly, the structure is simple, and the cost is low.
More preferably: the reset mechanism comprises a ratchet wheel rotationally connected to the base frame and a pawl detachably connected to the base frame, wherein the push rod is slidably arranged in the center of the ratchet wheel in a penetrating manner and is in rotation-stopping connection with the ratchet wheel; and a reset torsion spring is arranged between the ratchet wheel and the base frame.
By adopting the scheme, when the wind power is driven, the push rod moves and simultaneously drives the ratchet wheel linked with the push rod to rotate, and the ratchet wheel drives the reset torsion spring connected with the ratchet wheel to store the power, but the elastic potential energy of the reset torsion spring cannot be released immediately due to the limitation of the pawl, namely the clamping state is maintained at all when the wind power is lower than the set threshold value; the push rod can not reset until the pawl is taken out; the structure can be applied to some climatic regions with periodic strong wind to avoid the reaction speed of the mechanism being insufficient to deal with continuous and rapid change of the airflow, namely, the trees are reinforced at the beginning of the generation of the airflow, the wind resistance is improved, and the trees can be manually reset until the continuous change is finished.
More preferably: the base frame is provided with a mounting hole; the pawl comprises a pawl head, a suspension rod and a return spring, wherein part of the pawl head is arranged in the mounting hole in a sliding mode, the suspension rod is arranged in the base frame in a threaded mode, and the return spring is used for forcing the pawl head to be separated from the mounting hole; wherein be provided with the chamber of sliding in the claw head, the tip of suspension rod slides and wears to locate the intracavity of sliding and is provided with the anticreep portion that prevents the claw head to break away from the mounting hole at the tip, the slip direction of claw head is the radial of ratchet.
By adopting the scheme, two displacements are mainly formed, namely the displacement of the claw head and the integral displacement; the displacement of the claw head is through the sliding space between the end part of the suspension rod and the sliding cavity and the sliding space of the claw head in the mounting hole; the main purpose of the movement is to provide smooth avoidance and reverse reset blocking in the process of ratchet rotation and force accumulation; the screw thread displacement of the suspension rod is realized by adjusting the position of the claw head to enable the suspension rod to obtain the effect of blocking or separating the pawl; an excessive process exists between the two, namely, the sliding can be generated when the force is too large, and the state is equivalent to setting a force-bearing protection value, so that the excessive clamping of the trees caused by improper installation of other structures is avoided.
More preferably: a second driven wheel is fixed at one end of the push rod, which is far away from the ratchet wheel, a second wind wheel is further arranged on the base frame, and a second reel linked with the second wind wheel is fixed at one axial side of the second wind wheel; the second driven wheel is linked with the second reel in a winding mode and drives the suspension rod to move towards the ratchet wheel; and a second torsion spring is arranged between the suspension rod and the base frame.
By adopting the scheme, the second driven wheel is controlled by the second wind wheel, so that the pawl is driven to move, and the pawl is matched with the ratchet wheel; the two are driven by wind power, so that the suspension rod is driven by the second wind wheel to move towards the ratchet wheel to complete matching while the push rod is driven by the first wind wheel to move to press the trees; when wind power is reduced or disappears, the suspension rod starts to rotate reversely under the action of the second reset torsion spring, and the ratchet wheel is blocked by the pawl in the process, so that the ratchet wheel continuously keeps a power storage state and does not start to rotate reversely until the pawl is disengaged; therefore, a buffering space is provided for the push rod to reset, namely, when the wind power fluctuates in a certain range, the push rod can be continuously kept in a compression state; in the buffering time, the first wind wheel is not stressed and can be rapidly overturned and maintain the tension state of the pull rope on the first wind wheel, at the moment, even if the pawl is loosened, the push rod can still maintain the compression state, and in the process, the second wind wheel also rotates reversely to continuously drive the pawl to move to the state of being abutted to the ratchet wheel; the anti-surge capacity of the reinforcing structure can be greatly improved.
More preferably: four push rods are uniformly fixed on the base frame along the circumferential direction, and the end parts of the push rods face to the center of the base frame.
By adopting the scheme, the four push rods are symmetrical in pairs, so that the standing state of the tree can be well maintained or corrected.
More preferably: the bottom of the foot rest is detachably fixed with a corrugated continuously bent stabilizer bar.
By adopting the scheme, the stabilizer bar can strengthen the structural stability of the foot rest, and the change of some terrains can be overcome by arranging the stabilizer bar into a corrugated shape, and the structure can conveniently bury part of the protruding structure into the soil so as to strengthen the relative stability of the foot rest on the ground.
In conclusion, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the movable tree supporting device with wind-borne self-tightening and continuous correction replaces the traditional non-adjustable fastening structure for supporting the trees; the growth space requirement of the trees is considered while the reinforcement is kept; and according to external wind strength, the method can automatically adjust to proper reinforcement force, reduce the damage to the surface layer of the tree in the lodging resistant process, and ensure the healthy growth of the tree.

The working mode is as follows:
when driven by wind power, the push rod 22 moves and simultaneously drives the ratchet wheel 27 linked with the push rod to rotate, and the ratchet wheel 27 drives the reset torsion spring connected with the ratchet wheel 27 to store the force, but the elastic potential energy of the reset torsion spring cannot be released immediately due to the limitation of the pawl 34, namely the elastic potential energy is kept in a clamping state when the wind power is lower than a set threshold value; the push rod 22 will not be reset until the pawl 34 is removed. (ii) a The structure can be applied to some climatic regions with periodic strong wind to avoid the reaction speed of the mechanism being insufficient to deal with continuous and rapid change of the airflow, namely, the trees are reinforced at the beginning of the generation of the airflow, the wind resistance is improved, and the trees can be manually reset until the continuous change is finished.
Example 3: as shown in fig. 6-8, the difference from the embodiment 2 is that the structure of the second wind wheel 31 is added on the basis of the embodiment 2, which is different from the reset structure and the action mode.
