本发明公开了一种低甲醛实木复合地板用胶黏剂,涉及胶黏剂技术领域。这种低甲醛实木复合地板用胶黏剂,包括如下重量份的原料:聚二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯10~20份、聚乙烯醇40~50份、乳胶25~35份、玉米淀粉20~25份、氧化锌3~5份、氧化镁3~5份、硼砂3~5份。本发明解决了实木复合地板用胶黏剂甲醛释放量不稳定,多数情况下超标或剥离强度不合格的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及胶黏剂技术领域,尤其是一种低甲醛实木复合地板用胶黏剂。
背景技术
三层实木复合地板以其美观、高雅、装饰性强、尺寸稳定性好、甲醛释放量低的特点,在世界上许多经济发达地区,尤其是欧美国家日渐流行,受到普遍的青睐,被广泛地应用于宾馆、商场、舞厅及家庭地面装修上,年需求量以20%的比例增长。国内三层实木复合地板生产厂家大多使用自制的脲醛胶或进口粉状胶。自制的低毒脲醛胶的最大弊端是甲醛释放量不稳定,多数情况下超标或剥离强度不合格。进口胶主要采用欧洲某公司的粉状脲醛胶,此胶存在三个方面的问题:其一是胶的粘度太大,由于生产中采用辊涂法,造成胶液不均及涂胶量过大;二是胶粘剂的成本过高,其三是仍存在甲醛释放量问题,尽管诺贝尔胶甲醛释放量已到E1级标准 (即在1m3的空间小室里地板块甲醛释放量体积分数要小于0.1× 10-6),但随着人们生活水平的不断 提高,人们越来越向往“绿色”的健康住宅,甲醛的公害问题,受到普遍关注。因此开发新型的实木复合地板用低醛胶黏剂已成为亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明所提供一种低甲醛实木复合地板用胶黏剂,它可以解决实木复合地板用胶黏剂甲醛释放量不稳定,多数情况下超标或剥离强度不合格的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:这种低甲醛实木复合地板用胶黏剂,包括如下重量份的原料:聚二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯10~20份、聚乙烯醇40~50份、乳胶25~35份、玉米淀粉20~25份、氧化锌3~5份、氧化镁3~5份、硼砂3~5份。
上述技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:所述乳液为丁苯乳液。
进一步的:这种低甲醛实木复合地板用胶黏剂由聚二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯10重量份、聚乙烯醇40重量份、丁苯乳胶25重量份、玉米淀粉20重量份、氧化锌3重量份、氧化镁3重量份、硼砂3重量份组成。
进一步的:低甲醛实木复合地板用胶黏剂由聚二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯20重量份、聚乙烯醇50重量份、丁苯乳胶35重量份、玉米淀粉25重量份、氧化锌5重量份、氧化镁5重量份、硼砂5重量份组成。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
用本发明的低甲醛实木复合地板用胶黏剂,采用无醛胶剂制作,不仅甲醛释放量非常低,解决了甲醛公害的问题,压制的实木复合地板的剥离强度达到国家标准,还克服了因黏度过大,造成辊涂困难、涂胶量过大的缺点。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例1:
这种低甲醛实木复合地板用胶黏剂,使用的原料是:聚二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯10kg、聚乙烯醇40kg、丁苯乳胶25kg、玉米淀粉20kg、氧化锌3kg、氧化镁3kg、硼砂3kg。
制作方法是:
A、将聚乙烯醇与水混合后,加入反应釜中,在不断搅拌下升温至70℃,保温至完全溶解;
B、将步骤A所得降温至40℃,加入玉米淀粉及硼砂,调整pH值7~8,在30℃温度下,充分搅拌40min,得乳液备用;
C、将步骤B得的乳液在室温下与丁苯胶乳、氧化锌及氧化镁充分搅拌混合,即制成了主剂;
D、将主剂与聚二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯按一定比例充分搅拌混合即得。
实施例2:
这种低甲醛实木复合地板用胶黏剂,使用的原料是:聚二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯20kg、聚乙烯醇50kg、丁苯乳胶35kg、玉米淀粉25kg、氧化锌5kg、氧化镁5kg、硼砂5kg。
制作方法是:
A、将聚乙烯醇与水混合后,加入反应釜中,在不断搅拌下升温至70℃,保温至完全溶解;
B、将步骤A所得降温至40℃,加入玉米淀粉及硼砂,调整pH值7~8,在40℃温度下,充分搅拌30min,得乳液备用;
C、将步骤B得的乳液在室温下与丁苯胶乳、氧化锌及氧化镁充分搅拌混合,即制成了主剂;
D、将主剂与聚二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯按一定比例充分搅拌混合即得。
实施例3:
这种低甲醛实木复合地板用胶黏剂,使用的原料是:聚二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯15kg、聚乙烯醇45kg、丁苯乳胶30kg、玉米淀粉22kg、氧化锌4kg、氧化镁4kg、硼砂4kg。
制作方法同实施例1。
参照GB/T 14074~1993规定的Ⅱ类胶粘剂的要求进行检测。主要检测外观、粘度、pH值、固体含量、适用期、贮存稳定性。
检测结果如下:

1.一种低甲醛实木复合地板用胶黏剂,其特征在于包括如下重量份的原料:聚二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯10~20份、聚乙烯醇40~50份、乳胶25~35份、玉米淀粉20~25份、氧化锌3~5份、氧化镁3~5份、硼砂3~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低甲醛实木复合地板用胶黏剂,其特征在于:所述乳液为丁苯乳液。
3.根据权利要求2所述的低甲醛实木复合地板用胶黏剂,其特征在于:所述低甲醛实木复合地板用胶黏剂由聚二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯10重量份、聚乙烯醇40重量份、丁苯乳胶25重量份、玉米淀粉20重量份、氧化锌3重量份、氧化镁3重量份、硼砂3重量份组成。
4.根据权利要求2所述的低甲醛实木复合地板用胶黏剂,其特征在于:所述低甲醛实木复合地板用胶黏剂由聚二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯20重量份、聚乙烯醇50重量份、丁苯乳胶35重量份、玉米淀粉25重量份、氧化锌5重量份、氧化镁5重量份、硼砂5重量份组成。
