The parallel implementation method of project cost documentation and review as claimed in claim 1, wherein the correspondence between the project cost documentation, the base data of the review and the design quantity table and the template unit lattice data thereof is to establish the correspondence between each element of the cost document base data table, i.e. the sub-project and the group price thereof, and the specific quantity in the design quantity table and the template thereof, and to complete the specific sub-project and the group price work of the project cost document base data table according to the project content, the project quantity, the construction scheme or the conventional construction scheme listed by the design quantity table and the template thereof.

The parallel implementation method for the compilation and the review of the construction project cost documents according to claim 1, characterized in that the corresponding relationship between the design quantity table and the templates thereof, the project cost document basic data items and the group price elements and the cells are repeatedly utilized for the same type of project, thereby improving the compilation and the review efficiency of the construction project cost documents or carrying out the cost comparison and selection of the design schemes.
