Abstract
新型生物质纤维混纺弹性面料织造工艺,织造工艺步骤为:(1)织物设计:经纱,C58.3 tex竹节纱;纬纱,舒弹丝60/棉40,36.4tex;(2)整经工艺:采用贝宁格整经机;(3)浆纱工艺:采用贝宁格‑泽尔浆纱机;(4)穿经工艺;(5)织造工艺,采用津田驹ZAX‑E‑230型喷气织机。本发明提供的新型生物质纤维混纺面料织造工艺,利用棉纤维和竹浆纤维较好的吸湿性和可纺性克服舒弹丝纤维易产生静电、卷曲多且回弹比较大导致可纺性较差的缺陷,使混纺纱可纺性大大提高;面料既保留了舒弹丝足够的弹性以满足穿着者的舒适穿着体验,又能防止面料变形、松弛,同时也保留了竹纤维的天然抗菌、防霉、防蛀和防紫外线的功能。

技术领域
本发明属于功能性面料的生产技术领域,具体涉及新型生物质纤维混纺弹性面料织造工艺。
背景技术
近年来,生物质纤维面料的研发快速发展;生物质纤维面料符合低碳环保、节能经济需要;在当下世界资源匮乏,倡导绿色环保生产的背景下,有必要大力发展生物质纤维面料。在生物质纤维面料的研究方面,我国的研究水平和产业化成果与发达国家相比仍有一定差距。 舒弹丝是以杜邦公司源自于植物性天然可再生资源Sorona 聚合物为原料进行高科技加工生产的新型生物质弹力短纤维。该纤维具有良好的弹性和回复性,且可与棉、毛、丝、麻、粘胶、天丝、涤纶等各类纺织原料任意混纺,既不会改变原有材料的优越性,又赋予原有纤维更好的性能,如舒适性、吸湿性、抗皱性等。该产品织物可与环锭纺包芯弹力织物相媲美,具有较强的市场竞争力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型生物质纤维混纺面料织造工艺。
本发明的技术方案子为:织造工艺流程: 织物设计→整经( 贝宁格整经机) →浆纱(贝宁格-泽尔型) →穿经→ 喷气织造( ZAX-E-230 型) →下机织物。
新型生物质纤维混纺弹性面料织造工艺,织造工艺步骤为:
(1)织物设计: ① 经纬纱配置:经纱,C58.3 tex竹节纱;纬纱,舒弹丝60/棉40,36.4tex;②织物组织设计: 3/1↖;③产品规格设计: 338*212.5;成品门幅:145-147 cm;
坯布规格:208.3cm(上机筘幅)×236(上机经密)*212.5;
(2)整经工艺:
采用贝宁格整经机进行分批整经,总经根数4920(615*8),整经张力500Dan,张力杆隔距:45cm,张力杆时间:4秒,夹纱器时间5秒;
(3)浆纱工艺:
采用无PVA 上浆,主要为变性淀粉与丙烯酸类浆料混合;该浆液必须保证黏度适当、易渗透、成膜好,以利于贴伏毛羽、提高纱线强力、退浆方便;采用贝宁格-泽尔浆纱机;
浆料配方: JD-011,25Kg;磷酸酯淀粉:50 Kg;CD-PT,6 Kg;CD-52,4 Kg;供应桶含固率:6.5%;浆槽温度( 92 ± 3) ℃;浆槽黏度6s;纱车速60±5m/min;主压浆压力30 kN浆纱车速60m/min;退解张力500 N、干纱张力4.2 kN、卷取张力6 kN、托纱张力4.8 kN;上浆率7±1 %、浆纱回潮率8±0. 5%、浆纱伸长率≤1.5%;
(4)穿经工艺
筘号为60.5 #/2in、穿经幅宽204.6cm,地组织:2入/筘,边组织:3入/筘,地组织穿综:3456,边组织穿综:1212,共用 6 页;
(5)织造工艺
采用津田驹ZAX-E-230 型喷气织机,通过选配梅花形喷嘴,对射流形态和射程加以调控,结合气压控制;
具体工艺参数:车速600-650 r /min,上机张力4900±300 N;
后梁高度80mm -6格,停经架高度40mm -6格;
综框高度:139/137/131/129/127/125 ;
开口臂L位置:9/8/8/7/6/5,开口时间280°;
引纬时间70°~ 250°;主喷嘴气压0.35 MPa,辅助喷嘴气压0. 40 MPa; 主喷嘴开闭时间80°~ 180°;
辅助喷嘴采取分组依次供气,分为6 组、每组4 只辅助喷嘴,第1 组开闭时间为90°~170°、第2 组开闭时间为110°~ 190°、第3 组开闭时间为130°~220°、第4 组开闭时间为150°~ 240°、第5 组开闭时间为170°~ 260°、第6 组开闭时间为190°~ 280°。
在实际生产中,织造工艺结束后进行后整理工艺流程: 坯检→缝头→烧毛→酶退浆→漂洗→染色→烘燥→定型→检验→打包出厂;为本领域现有公开技术,此处不做特别说明限制。
有益效果:本发明提供的新型生物质纤维混纺面料织造工艺,利用棉纤维和竹浆纤维较好的吸湿性和可纺性克服舒弹丝纤维易产生静电、卷曲多且回弹比较大导致可纺性较差的缺陷,使混纺纱可纺性大大提高;面料既保留了舒弹丝足够的弹性以满足穿着者的舒适穿着体验,又能防止面料变形、松弛,同时也保留了竹纤维的天然抗菌、防霉、防蛀和防紫外线的功能。

成品经测试,其主要性能指标如下:起毛起球≥4 ~ 5 级;水洗尺寸变化率≤3.0%;洗涤后外观平整度≥3 级;抗折皱性( 经、纬向折皱回复角之和) ,急弹≥285°,缓弹≥270°。
