粘胶与氨纶交织面料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于服饰面料技术领域,具体涉及一种粘胶与氨纶交织面料的制备方法。
背景技术
前述的粘胶纤维属于人造纤维范畴,由天然纤维素经碱化得到碱纤维,碱纤维再与二硫化碳作用生成纤维素黄原酸酯,溶解于稀碱液内得到粘稠溶液,粘稠溶液即为粘胶,经湿法纺丝和一系列的处理工序即得到粘胶纤维。
由于粘胶纤维具有并非限于例举的以下长处:吸湿性好、易于染色、不易产生静电、有较好的可纺性,并且与其它纤维混纺制得的织物具有柔软、光滑、透气性优异、亲肤性(穿着舒适)理想、染色后色泽鲜艳以及色牢度好等等,因而被广泛用于制作内衣、外衣和各种装饰用品。但是粘胶纤维存在弹性恢复性能差,易使织物伸长并影响尺寸稳定性的欠缺。
前述的氨纶是聚氨基甲酸酯纤维的简称,通常由多根长丝组成,如10D/根、15D/根或20D/根,就理论上讲,根数愈少,条干均匀度愈好。由于氨纶具有高延伸性(500-700%)、低弹性模量(200%伸长,0.04-0.12克/旦)和高弹性恢复率(200%伸长,95-99%),因而被业界愈为弹性纤维。
由上述可知,将氨纶纤维与粘胶纤维共用可以由氨纶纤维高弹性恢复性能弥补粘胶纤维的弹性恢复性能差的不足。但是当粘胶纤维与氨纶纤维混合而用于面料中时,如何合理确定两者各自在面料中的合理的质量%比历来是业界关注的技术问题,尤其,或许出于技术秘密之因素,在目前公开的专利和非专利文献中均未见诸关于粘胶纤维与氨纶纤维在面料中的合理取量的技术启示。
针对上述已有技术,本申请人作了持久而有益的探索与反复的实验,终于形成了下面将要介绍的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于提供一种粘胶与氨纶交织面料的制备方法,由该方法得到的粘胶与氨纶交织面料具有手感滑爽、肌肤感柔软、弹性恢复性能优异而藉以满足制作服饰的要求。
本发明的任务是这样来完成的,一种粘胶与氨纶交织面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A)原料选择,选取20-40S的粘胶纤维和选取22-44dtex的氨纶纤维,其中:粘胶纤维在面料中所占的质量百分比为92-96%,而氨纶纤维在面料中所占的质量百分比为4-8%,得到原料;
B)织造,将由步骤A)得到的原料引至针织圆机织造,得到坯布;
C)预定型,将由步骤B)得到的坯布引入预定型机预定型,并且控制预定型温度和控制坯布的行进速度,得到预定型布;
D)染色,先将由步骤C)得到的预定型布进行前处理,并且控制前处理的工艺参数,再将经前处理后的前处理布引入染色容器染色,并且控制染色的工艺参数,得到染色布;
E)烘干,将由步骤D)得到的染色布引入烘布机烘干,并且控制烘布机的温度和控制染色布的行进速度,得到待定型布;
F)定型,将由步骤E)得到的待定型布引入轧车进行柔软处理,并且控制柔软处理的温度、控制待定型布的行进速度以及控制柔软剂的用量,而后重复步骤E),收卷,得到粘胶与氨纶交织面料。
在本发明的一个具体的实施例中,步骤B)中所述的针织圆机为24针34吋单面提花圆机。
在本发明的另一个具体的实施例中,步骤C)中所述的控制预定型温度是将预定型温度控制为195-200℃,所述的控制坯布的行进速度是将坯布的行进速度控制为14-16m/min。
在本发明的又一个具体的实施例中,步骤D)中所述的控制前处理的工艺参数是:将由步骤C)得到的预定型布引入配有精炼剂0.8-1.2g/L、双氧水4-6g/L、去油污剂0.9-1.1g/L、鳌合分散剂0.4-0.6g/L和除氧酶0.07-0.08g/L的前处理液中并且在90-110℃下浸置25-35min。
在本发明的再一个具体的实施例中,步骤D)中所述的控制染色的工艺参数是:将所述前处理布引入配有元明粉10-80g/L、纯碱5-20g/L、鳌合分散剂0.4-0.6g/L和前处理布重量的0.1-8%的活性染料的染浴中,浴比为1∶20-25,并且在55-65℃下保持40-50min,出染浴后采用常温水水洗一次或两次。
在本发明的还有一个具体的实施例中,步骤E)中所述的控制烘布机的温度是将烘布机的温度控制为120-140℃,所述的控制染色布的行进速度是将染色布的行进速度控制为15-25m/min。
在本发明的更而一个具体的实施例中,步骤F)中所述的控制柔软处理的温度是将柔软处理的温度控制为165-185℃;所述的控制待定型布的行进速度是将待定型布的行进速度控制为16-20m/min。
在本发明的进而一个具体的实施例中,步骤F)中所述的控制柔软剂的用量是将柔软剂的用量控制为1-2g/L。
本发明提供的技术方案由于原料及其质量百分比选择合理,并且由针织圆机织造后依次进行预定型、染色、烘干和定型,因而能使得到的粘胶与氨纶交织面料具有手感滑爽、亲肤性优异并且弹性恢复性能理想而得以确保尺寸的稳定性,满足了用于制作包括时装在内的服饰的要求。
具体实施方式
    实施例1:
A)原料选择,选取20S(20支)的粘胶纤维即粘胶纤维纱和选取36dtex的氨纶纤维即氨纶丝,其中:粘胶纤维在面料中所占的质量百分比为96%,而氨纶纤维在面料中所占的质量百分比为4%,得到原料;
B)织造,将由步骤A)得到的原料送至由中国广东省南海区合春针织机械有限公司生产的规格为24针34吋单面提花圆机交织,得到坯布;
C)预定型,将由步骤B)得到的坯布引入预定型机预定型,预定型温度为200℃,坯布的行进速度为16m/min,得到预定型布;
D)染色,先将由步骤C)得到的预定型布进行前处理,该前处理的工艺参数如下:将预定型布引入配有精炼剂0.8g/L、双氧水5g/L、去油污剂(简称去油剂或除油剂)0.9g/L、鳌合分散剂0.5g/L和除氧酶0.08g/L的前处理液中,并且在110℃下浸置25min,再将前处理后的前处理布引入染色容器中染色,染色的工艺参数如下:将前处理布引入配有元明粉10g/L、纯碱20g/L、鳌合分散剂0.5g/L和占前处理布重量的5%的活性染料的染浴中,浴比为1∶25,并且在55℃下维持(保持)50min,出染浴后采用常温水水洗一次,得到染色布;
E)烘干,将由步骤D)得到的染色布引入烘布机烘干,烘布机的温度控制为140℃,染色布的行进速度控制为25m/min,得到待定型布;
F)定型,将由步骤E)得到的待定型布引入轧车进行柔软处理,柔软处理的温度控制为165℃,待定型布的行进速度控制为16m/min,柔软剂的用量为1.5g/L,出轧车进入烘布机即重复步骤E)烘干并且收卷,得到粘胶与氨纶交织面料。
实施例2:
A)原料选择,选取32S(32支)的粘胶纤维即粘胶纤维纱和选取44dtex的氨纶纤维即氨纶丝,其中:粘胶纤维在面料中所占的质量百分比为92%,而氨纶纤维在面料中所占的质量百分比为8%,得到原料;
B)织造,将由步骤A)得到的原料送至由中国广东省南海区合春针织机械有限公司生产的规格为24针34吋单面提花圆机交织,得到坯布;
C)预定型,将由步骤B)得到的坯布引入预定型机预定型,预定型温度为195℃,坯布的行进速度为14m/min,得到预定型布;
D)染色,先将由步骤C)得到的预定型布进行前处理,该前处理的工艺参数如下:将预定型布引入配有精炼剂1g/L、双氧水6g/L、去油污剂(简称去油剂或除油剂)1.1g/L、鳌合分散剂0.4g/L和除氧酶0.075g/L的前处理液中,并且在90℃下浸置35min,再将前处理后的前处理布引入染色容器中染色,染色的工艺参数如下:将前处理布引入配有元明粉80g/L、纯碱5g/L、鳌合分散剂0.4g/L和占前处理布重量的0.1%的活性染料的染浴中,浴比为1∶20,并且在65℃下维持(保持)40min,出染浴后采用常温水水洗两次,得到染色布;
E)烘干,将由步骤D)得到的染色布引入烘布机烘干,烘布机的温度控制为130℃,染色布的行进速度控制为20m/min,得到待定型布;
F)定型,将由步骤E)得到的待定型布引入轧车进行柔软处理,柔软处理的温度控制为185℃,待定型布的行进速度控制为20m/min,柔软剂的用量为1.5g/L,出轧车进入烘布机即重复步骤E)烘干并且收卷,得到粘胶与氨纶交织面料。
实施例3:
A)原料选择,选取40S(40支)的粘胶纤维即粘胶纤维纱和选取22dtex的氨纶纤维即氨纶丝,其中:粘胶纤维在面料中所占的质量百分比为94%,而氨纶纤维在面料中所占的质量百分比为6%,得到原料;
B)织造,将由步骤A)得到的原料送至由中国广东省南海区合春针织机械有限公司生产的规格为24针34吋单面提花圆机交织,得到坯布;
C)预定型,将由步骤B)得到的坯布引入预定型机预定型,预定型温度为198℃,坯布的行进速度为15m/min,得到预定型布;
D)染色,先将由步骤C)得到的预定型布进行前处理,该前处理的工艺参数如下:将预定型布引入配有精炼剂1.2g/L、双氧水4g/L、去油污剂(简称去油剂或除油剂)1g/L、鳌合分散剂0.6g/L和除氧酶0.07g/L的前处理液中,并且在100℃下浸置30min,再将前处理后的前处理布引入染色容器中染色,染色的工艺参数如下:将前处理布引入配有元明粉45g/L、纯碱12g/L、鳌合分散剂0.6g/L和占前处理布重量的8%的活性染料的染浴中,浴比为1∶22,并且在60℃下维持(保持)45min,出染浴后采用常温水水洗一次,得到染色布;
E)烘干,将由步骤D)得到的染色布引入烘布机烘干,烘布机的温度控制为120℃,染色布的行进速度控制为15m/min,得到待定型布;
F)定型,将由步骤E)得到的待定型布引入轧车进行柔软处理,柔软处理的温度控制为170℃,待定型布的行进速度控制为18m/min,柔软剂的用量为1.5g/L,出轧车进入烘布机即重复步骤E)烘干并且收卷,得到粘胶与氨纶交织面料。

1.一种粘胶与氨纶交织面料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
A)原料选择,选取20-40S的粘胶纤维和选取22-44dtex的氨纶纤维,其中:粘胶纤维在面料中所占的质量百分比为92-96%,而氨纶纤维在面料中所占的质量百分比为4-8%,得到原料;
B)织造,将由步骤A)得到的原料引至针织圆机织造,得到坯布;
C)预定型,将由步骤B)得到的坯布引入预定型机预定型,并且控制预定型温度和控制坯布的行进速度,得到预定型布;
D)染色,先将由步骤C)得到的预定型布进行前处理,并且控制前处理的工艺参数,再将经前处理后的前处理布引入染色容器染色,并且控制染色的工艺参数,得到染色布;
E)烘干,将由步骤D)得到的染色布引入烘布机烘干,并且控制烘布机的温度和控制染色布的行进速度,得到待定型布;

4.根据权利要求1所述的粘胶与氨纶交织面料的制备方法,其特征在于步骤D)中所述的控制前处理的工艺参数是:将由步骤C)得到的预定型布引入配有精炼剂0.8-1.2g/L、双氧水4-6g/L、去油污剂0.9-1.1g/L、鳌合分散剂0.4-0.6g/L和除氧酶0.07-0.08g/L的前处理液中并且在90-110℃下浸置25-35min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的粘胶与氨纶交织面料的制备方法,其特征在于步骤D)中所述的控制染色的工艺参数是:将所述前处理布引入配有元明粉10-80g/L、纯碱5-20g/L、鳌合分散剂0.4-0.6g/L和前处理布重量的0.1-8%的活性染料的染浴中,浴比为1∶20-25,并且在55-65℃下保持40-50min,出染浴后采用常温水水洗一次或两次。
6.根据权利要求1所述的粘胶与氨纶交织面料的制备方法,其特征在于步骤E)中所述的控制烘布机的温度是将烘布机的温度控制为120-140℃,所述的控制染色布的行进速度是将染色布的行进速度控制为15-25m/min。
7.根据权利要求1所述的粘胶与氨纶交织面料的制备方法,其特征在于步骤F)中所述的控制柔软处理的温度是将柔软处理的温度控制为165-185℃;所述的控制待定型布的行进速度是将待定型布的行进速度控制为16-20m/min。
8.根据权利要求1所述的粘胶与氨纶交织面料的制备方法,其特征在于步骤F)中所述的控制柔软剂的用量是将柔软剂的用量控制为1-2g/L。
