本发明公开了一种生态养猪方法,涉及家畜养殖技术领域。所述的生态养猪方法根据猪生长的各个阶段的营养需要量进行喂食,并设有猪可自由出入的活动场地,每天能保证合适的光照辐射和愉悦活动氛围,增强体质和免疫力,减少疾病的入侵和细菌滋生,提高猪的食欲,使猪采食的营养物质更好地吸收和转化,不需要摄入抗生素、激素等药物,使得猪体内毒素含量低,猪肉品质好,肥育猪的出栏率高;发酵床的构建有效降解猪的粪便,消除异味,防止环境污染,为猪提供了一个良好的生长环境。

本发明属于家畜养殖技术领域,尤其涉及一种生态养猪方法。
背景技术
我国是一个养猪大国,也是猪肉消费大国,我国生猪存栏数约占世界总存栏量的一半,猪肉产量占世界猪肉总量的46.7%,生猪饲养量、猪肉产量位居世界第一。中国人以及世界上的很多民族大部分都是以猪肉为主要的肉食源,据***2004年统计资料表明,中国人均猪肉年消耗量为36kg,随着中国人口数量的增加以及人们生活水平的提高,猪肉的人均年消耗量及养猪总量必将会有更大的增加。随着生活水平的大大提高,人们对猪肉的需求量日益增加,对肉食品质的要求也越来越高。当前,市场上虽然供给的猪肉多了,但品质下降了,表现为肉的香味不浓了,农药残留、金属残留、抗生素及激素残留大大超标了。人们在食用猪肉时,不但感觉不到肉味的鲜美,反而还会对人们的健康造成危害。
而对于养猪业主来说,养猪的风险也越来越大,饲料、养殖设施的投入成本越来越高,导致养猪效益下滑,而大规模疫病的爆发更是有可能导致血本无归。虽然随着科技的发展,用于治疗畜禽疾病药物种类及治疗方法日益增多,但其治疗效果总是难以尽如人意,特别是诸如近年来频频爆发的“无名高热症” 一类的疫病,几乎使养殖业主们束手无策。
目前我国养殖面临的三大难题:质量安全、效益提高、环境治理,或者由其表现出来的药物残留、能源缺乏、饲料短缺、环境污染等,这些因素已经成为制约我国养殖业进一步发展的瓶颈。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种生态养猪方法。
本发明是通过如下的技术方案来解决上述技术问题的:一种生态养猪方法,包括以下几个步骤:
(1)构建猪舍:选择地势平坦、背风向阳、水源充足的地方作为猪场,坐北朝南建造猪舍,两两猪舍的间隔大于16m,每排猪舍朝阳一侧设置有猪可自由出入的活动场地;猪舍设置成矩形,长宽比3~4:1,每个所述猪舍的面积为8-10平方米;猪舍地面使用水泥地面,且设成弧形,中部向上***,***弧度5~10°;猪舍两侧均设置食槽与自动供给饮水***,四周设不阻挡空气流通的围栏,围栏高1.0~1.2m;每个所述猪舍配备2-3个排风扇,用于排出猪舍内污浊的空气;
(2)铺设发酵床:在构建好的猪舍地面构建发酵床,在猪舍地面铺设三层垫料,最下层铺设重量比为90%的稻壳和10%的红土;中间层铺设重量比为90%的锯末和10%的红土,再撒一层畜牧盐;最上层铺设厚度为10cm的酒糟,再用清水将微生物菌液、稀释后的营养液均匀的喷洒至垫料湿度为70%-80%,稀释后的营养液为2kg/m2;围栏处的垫料高度为30-50cm;

肥育猪饲料配合料由重量百分比的如下原料制备而成:玉米600-650份,小麦80-120份,米糠50-65份,豆粕150-180份,菜籽饼50-60份,磷酸氢钙6-10份,赖氨酸盐3-5份,胱氨酸2-3份,苏氨酸2-2.5份,酪氨酸2-2.5份,猪用复合酶0.8-1份,乳猪香味剂0.2-0.5份,猪用益生菌0.2-0.5份,抗氧化剂0.1-0.3份,防腐剂0.5-1份;
(4)猪舍温度控制:乳猪期猪舍温度保持为25-30℃,保育期猪舍温度控制为20-24℃,生长期猪舍温度控制为19-23℃,肥育期猪舍温度控制为19-25℃;
(5)猪的饲喂:乳猪的饲喂:饲喂所述乳猪饲料配合料,自由采食按照平均300-350g/d/头给料,保育猪的饲喂:饲喂所述保育猪饲料配合料,自由采食按照平均1200-1350g/d/头给料,生长猪的饲喂:饲喂所述生长猪饲料配合料,自由采食按照平均1650-1800g/d/头给料,肥育猪的饲喂:饲喂所述肥育猪饲料配合料,自由采食按照平均2500-2650g/d/头给料;
(6)消毒与疫苗接种:所有区域每周用2-3%火碱水溶液消毒1次,乳猪出生后50-60日龄接种猪瘟、猪丹毒、猪肺疫及仔猪副伤寒疫苗,保育期用驱虫精或四咪吐驱虫药驱除体内寄生虫,或用虫克星驱除体内外寄生虫。
进一步的,在所述步骤(1)中的活动场地上种植经济林木,使夏季林荫遮盖率达到60%-75%,且依季节变化;在林木间种植青菜、青草中的一种或两种。
进一步的,在所述步骤(1)中的活动场地上设有供猪运动和玩耍的设施,且每隔两到三周将所述设施变换一下位置;根据猪的野生习性,使其能够自由出入与其所在猪舍相对应的活动场地。
进一步的,所述步骤(1)中的食槽上设有采食口、加料口、进气口以及挡板,食槽是长度为1-2m,宽为30-40cm,整体高度为80-100cm的长方体结构。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)中的微生物菌液由微生物菌种加水配兑而成;微生物菌种中主要含有光合菌、乳酸菌、酵母菌、放线菌以及发酵条丝状菌,与水的配兑比例为1:450-550。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)中的猪用复合酶按重量份包括:蛋白酶1~1.5份、淀粉酶2~2.5份、果胶酶0.2~0.5份、纤维素酶0.2~0.5份、木聚糖酶0.2~0.5 份与β-葡聚糖酶0.1~0.2份。
与现有技术相比,本发明所提供的生态养猪方法根据猪生长的各个阶段的营养需要量进行喂食,并设有猪可自由出入的活动场地,每天能保证合适的光照辐射和愉悦活动氛围,增强体质和免疫力,减少疾病的入侵和细菌滋生,提高猪的食欲,使猪采食的营养物质更好地吸收和转化,不需要摄入抗生素、激素等药物,使得猪体内毒素含量低,猪肉品质好,肥育猪的出栏率高;发酵床的构建有效降解猪的粪便,消除异味,防止环境污染,为猪提供了一个良好的生长环境。

下面对本发明中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
本发明所提供的一种生态养猪方法,包括以下几个步骤:
(1)构建猪舍:选择地势平坦、背风向阳、水源充足的地方作为猪场,坐北朝南建造猪舍,两两猪舍的间隔18m,每排猪舍朝阳一侧设置有猪可自由出入的活动场地;猪舍设置成矩形,长宽比3:1,每个所述猪舍的面积为10平方米;猪舍地面使用水泥地面,且设成弧形,中部向上***,***弧度8°;猪舍两侧均设置食槽与自动供给饮水***,四周设不阻挡空气流通的围栏,围栏高1.2m;每个所述猪舍配备3个排风扇,用于排出猪舍内污浊的空气;
(2)铺设发酵床:在构建好的猪舍地面构建发酵床,在猪舍地面铺设三层垫料,最下层铺设重量比为90%的稻壳和10%的红土;中间层铺设重量比为90%的锯末和10%的红土,再撒一层畜牧盐;最上层铺设厚度为10cm的酒糟,再用清水将微生物菌液、稀释后的营养液均匀的喷洒至垫料湿度为70%,稀释后的营养液为2kg/m2;围栏处的垫料高度为40cm;
(3)饲料配合料的准备:乳猪饲料配合料由重量份数如下的原料制备而成:膨化玉米120份,米糠35份,麦麸200份,发酵豆粕60份,菜籽饼40份,鱼粉25份,骨粉5份,磷酸氢钙8份,赖氨酸盐3份,胱氨酸2份,苏氨酸2份,酪氨酸2份,猪用复合酶0.8份,乳猪香味剂0.3份,猪用益生菌0.3份,抗氧化剂0.1份,防腐剂0.5份;
保育猪饲料配合料由重量百分比的如下原料制备而成:膨化玉米300份,米糠40份,麦麸100份,膨化大豆60份,菜籽饼45份,鱼粉35份,骨粉15份,磷酸氢钙15份,赖氨酸盐5份,胱氨酸3份,苏氨酸2份,酪氨酸2份,猪用复合酶1份,乳猪香味剂0. 5份,猪用益生菌0.5份,抗氧化剂0.2份,防腐剂0.5份;
生长猪饲料配合料由重量百分比的如下原料制备而成:玉米500份,小麦150份,米糠80份,豆粕200份,菜籽饼120份,鱼粉10份,骨粉8份,磷酸氢钙8份,赖氨酸盐3份,胱氨酸3份,苏氨酸2份,酪氨酸2份,猪用复合酶0.8份,乳猪香味剂0.2份,猪用益生菌0.5份,抗氧化剂0.1份,防腐剂0.8份;
肥育猪饲料配合料由重量百分比的如下原料制备而成:玉米600份,小麦80份,米糠65份,豆粕180份,菜籽饼55份,磷酸氢钙8份,赖氨酸盐5份,胱氨酸3份,苏氨酸2.5份,酪氨酸2.5份,猪用复合酶0.8份,乳猪香味剂0.2份,猪用益生菌0.5份,抗氧化剂0.3份,防腐剂1份;
(4)猪舍温度控制:乳猪期猪舍温度保持为25-30℃,保育期猪舍温度控制为20-24℃,生长期猪舍温度控制为19-23℃,肥育期猪舍温度控制为19-25℃;
(5)猪的饲喂:乳猪的饲喂:饲喂所述乳猪饲料配合料,自由采食按照平均300-350g/d/头给料,保育猪的饲喂:饲喂所述保育猪饲料配合料,自由采食按照平均1200-1350g/d/头给料,生长猪的饲喂:饲喂所述生长猪饲料配合料,自由采食按照平均1650-1800g/d/头给料,肥育猪的饲喂:饲喂所述肥育猪饲料配合料,自由采食按照平均2500-2650g/d/头给料;
(6)消毒与疫苗接种:所有区域每周用3%火碱水溶液消毒1次,乳猪出生后60日龄接种猪瘟、猪丹毒、猪肺疫及仔猪副伤寒疫苗,保育期用驱虫精或四咪吐驱虫药驱除体内寄生虫,或用虫克星驱除体内外寄生虫。
在步骤(1)中的活动场地上种植经济林木,使夏季林荫遮盖率达到60%-75%,且依季节变化;在林木间种植青菜和青草。
步骤(1)中的食槽上设有采食口、加料口、进气口以及挡板,食槽是长度为2m,宽为40cm,整体高度为90cm的长方体结构。

实施例2
本发明所提供的一种生态养猪方法,包括以下几个步骤:

保育猪饲料配合料由重量百分比的如下原料制备而成:膨化玉米300份,米糠45份,麦麸100份,膨化大豆55份,菜籽饼40份,鱼粉45份,骨粉15份,磷酸氢钙12份,赖氨酸盐5份,胱氨酸3份,苏氨酸2.2份,酪氨酸2.3份,猪用复合酶1份,乳猪香味剂0.3份,猪用益生菌0.5份,抗氧化剂0.2份,防腐剂0.8份;
生长猪饲料配合料由重量百分比的如下原料制备而成:玉米550份,小麦120份,米糠80份,豆粕300份,菜籽饼120份,鱼粉15份,骨粉6份,磷酸氢钙6份,赖氨酸盐5份,胱氨酸3份,苏氨酸2.5份,酪氨酸2.5份,猪用复合酶1份,乳猪香味剂0.5份,猪用益生菌0.5份,抗氧化剂0.3份,防腐剂0.5份;
肥育猪饲料配合料由重量百分比的如下原料制备而成:玉米650份,小麦80份,米糠50份,豆粕150份,菜籽饼60份,磷酸氢钙10份,赖氨酸盐5份,胱氨酸3份,苏氨酸2份,酪氨酸2.5份,猪用复合酶1份,乳猪香味剂0.5份,猪用益生菌0.5份,抗氧化剂0.3份,防腐剂1份;
(4)猪舍温度控制:乳猪期猪舍温度保持为25-30℃,保育期猪舍温度控制为20-24℃,生长期猪舍温度控制为19-23℃,肥育期猪舍温度控制为19-25℃;

Claims (6)
1.一种生态养猪方法,其特征在于:包括以下几个步骤,
(1)构建猪舍:选择地势平坦、背风向阳、水源充足的地方作为猪场,坐北朝南建造猪舍,两两猪舍的间隔大于16m,每排猪舍朝阳一侧设置有猪可自由出入的活动场地;猪舍设置成矩形,长宽比3~4:1,每个所述猪舍的面积为8-10平方米;猪舍地面使用水泥地面,且设成弧形,中部向上***,***弧度5~10°;猪舍两侧均设置食槽与自动供给饮水***,四周设不阻挡空气流通的围栏,围栏高1.0~1.2m;每个所述猪舍配备2-3个排风扇,用于排出猪舍内污浊的空气;
(2)铺设发酵床:在构建好的猪舍地面构建发酵床,在猪舍地面铺设三层垫料,最下层铺设重量比为90%的稻壳和10%的红土;中间层铺设重量比为90%的锯末和10%的红土,再撒一层畜牧盐;最上层铺设厚度为10cm的酒糟,再用清水将微生物菌液、稀释后的营养液均匀的喷洒至垫料湿度为70%-80%,稀释后的营养液为2kg/m2;围栏处的垫料高度为30-50cm;
(3) 饲料配合料的准备:乳猪饲料配合料由重量份数如下的原料制备而成:膨化玉米100-150份,米糠30-45份,麦麸200-250份,发酵豆粕40-60份,菜籽饼30-45份,鱼粉20-30份,骨粉5-10份,磷酸氢钙6-10份,赖氨酸盐3-5份,胱氨酸2-3份,苏氨酸2-2.5份,酪氨酸2-2.5份,猪用复合酶0.8-1份,乳猪香味剂0.2-0.5份,猪用益生菌0.2-0.5份,抗氧化剂0.1-0.3份,防腐剂0.5-1份;

3.如权利要求1所述的生态养猪方法,其特征在于:在所述步骤(1)中的活动场地上设有供猪运动和玩耍的设施,且每隔两到三周将所述设施变换一下位置;根据猪的野生习性,使其能够自由出入与其所在猪舍相对应的活动场地。
