本发明提供一种涤纶亚麻混纺面料的制作方法,具体涉及面料制备技术领域,包括S1:加捻,原料选用全涤短纤维和亚麻,将全涤短纤维和亚麻通过混纺成纱线,加捻;S2:定型,温度为80至90度定型;S3:松筒、去油蜡,去除涤纶短纤维纱线中含有的油蜡;S4:氯漂,氯漂出水再进行氯漂,让纤维完全打开,去除麻纤维中的杂质出水;S5:筒染,保温后降温出水;S6:活性染色,进水升温至100度活性染色,保温出水,再进水皂洗加温40度两道;S7:上浆,在浆化机后槽加油和蜡;S8:丝光整理,烧碱溶液浓度为260至280g/l,出水定型;S9:面料预缩。本发明具有将涤纶亚麻两种原料混纺一起制成面料,具有抗皱、抗菌、吸湿快干、有悬垂性,穿着舒适的优点。

一种涤纶亚麻混纺面料的制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及面料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种涤纶亚麻混纺面料的制作方法。
背景技术
棉麻面料是人们在生活中最常遇到的一种混纺面料,棉麻面料在被用于一些常涉及到磨擦的环境当中时,如拖布、抹布等。对于棉麻面料的耐磨性能要求较高。未经过处理的棉麻面料,经过长时间的磨擦后,棉麻面料会产生一定的磨损,纤维会受到损坏,影响了棉麻面料的性能。提高棉麻面料的耐磨性能,降低其在多次磨擦后的损失,有多种方法,需要我们更加深入的进行研究。
传统的棉麻面料整染工艺,包括退浆、煮炼、氯漂、预定形、染色、烘干、定型工序,首先,在退浆工序前,没有做除杂处理,面料的表面较为粗糙,会影响整染效果;其次,在烘干染色面料后,直接进行定型,容易导致染色后的面料,容易出现皱褶,进一步影响棉麻面料的整染效果。
专利亚麻面料(公开日2013.10.23,公告号CN103361830A)本发明公开了一种亚麻面料,包括:亚麻纤维、棉纶纤维、粘胶长丝纤维和涤纶纤维共4种原料混纺织成并通过染色剂进行染色,所述的亚麻纤维在亚麻面料中的质量百分比为35%~40%,所述的棉纶纤维在亚麻面料中的质量百分比为20%~25%,所述的粘胶长丝在亚麻面料中的质量百分比为20%~25%,所述的涤纶纤维在亚麻面料中的质量百分比为10%~15%,所述的染色剂为天然染色剂。此专利存在的缺点是:使用原材料较多,且悬垂性较差。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有将涤纶亚麻两种原料混纺一起制成面料,具有抗皱、抗菌、吸湿快干、有悬垂性,穿着舒适的涤纶亚麻混纺面料的制作方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种涤纶亚麻混纺面料的制作方法,包括S1:加捻,原料选用全涤短纤维和亚麻,将全涤短纤维和亚麻通过混纺成纱线,加捻;S2:定型,温度为80至90度定型;S3:松筒、去油蜡,去除涤纶短纤维纱线中含有的油蜡;S4:氯漂,氯漂出水再进行氯漂,让纤维完全打开,去除麻纤维中的杂质出水;S5:筒染,筒染温度为125度染分散,保温后降温出水;S6:活性染色,进水升温至100度活性染色50至55分钟,保温35至40分钟出水,再进水皂洗加温40度两道;S7:上浆,在浆化机后槽加油和蜡;S8:丝光整理,烧碱溶液浓度为260至280g/l,出水定型;S9:面料预缩,确保预缩率小于3%。
优选的,所述S1用21S麻涤混纺纱加1厘米4个捻。

优选的,所述S5中的染分散时间为60分钟,保温30-50分钟。

优选的,所述S7中蜡为液体石蜡。
优选的,所述S8中丝光整理的车速为55-70米/分钟,出水定型温度为175度,车速45米/分钟。
优选的,所述S8中烧碱溶液浓度为260g/l。
本发明的优点:
(1)分散活性两种,染化料分贝分散一种颜色,活性另一种颜色,使得一根纱线上有两种颜色,使得线纱呈现竹节状,进而使布面上出现不规则的竹节,从而使面料达到透气性好,穿着舒适,吸湿快干和抗菌的效果;
(2)涤纶亚麻混纺组合,具备抗皱、抗菌吸湿快干,垂悬性较好的优点;
(3)容易打理,穿着舒适。
具体实施方式
实施例一
本发明的一种涤纶亚麻混纺面料的制作方法,包括S1:加捻,原料选用全涤短纤维和亚麻,将全涤短纤维和亚麻通过混纺成纱线,加捻;S2:定型,温度为80度定型;S3:松筒、去油蜡,去除涤纶短纤维纱线中含有的油蜡;S4:氯漂,氯漂出水再进行氯漂,让纤维完全打开,去除麻纤维中的杂质出水;S5:筒染,筒染温度为125度染分散,染分散时间为60分钟,保温30分钟后降温出水;S6:活性染色,进水升温至100度活性染色50分钟,保温35分钟出水,再进水皂洗加温40度两道;S7:上浆,在浆化机后槽加油和蜡;S8:丝光整理,丝光整理车速为55米/分钟,烧碱溶液浓度为280g/l,出水定型;S9:面料预缩,确保预缩率小于3%。

本发明的一种涤纶亚麻混纺面料的制作方法,包括S1:加捻,原料选用全涤短纤维和亚麻,将全涤短纤维和亚麻通过混纺成纱线,用21S麻涤混纺纱加1厘米4个捻;S2:定型,温度为90度定型,定型保温时间为保45分钟;S3:松筒、去油蜡,去除涤纶短纤维纱线中含有的油蜡;S4:氯漂,氯漂出水再进行氯漂,让纤维完全打开,去除麻纤维中的杂质出水;S5:筒染,筒染温度为125度染分散,染分散时间为60分钟,保温50分钟后降温出水;S6:活性染色,进水升温至100度活性染色55分钟,保温40分钟出水,再进水皂洗加温40度两道;S7:上浆,在浆化机后槽加油和蜡;S8:丝光整理,烧碱溶液浓度为260g/l,出水定型;S9:面料预缩,确保预缩率小于3%,分散活性两种,染化料分贝分散一种颜色,活性另一种颜色,使得一根纱线上有两种颜色,使得线纱呈现竹节状,进而使布面上出现不规则的竹节,从而使面料达到透气性好,穿着舒适,吸湿快干和抗菌的效果。

1.一种涤纶亚麻混纺面料的制作方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
S1:加捻,原料选用全涤短纤维和亚麻,将全涤短纤维和亚麻通过混纺成纱线,加捻;
S2:定型,温度为80至90度定型;
S3:松筒、去油蜡,去除涤纶短纤维纱线中含有的油蜡;
S4:氯漂,氯漂出水再进行氯漂,让纤维完全打开,去除麻纤维中的杂质出水;
S5:筒染,筒染温度为125度染分散,保温后降温出水;
S6:活性染色,进水升温至100度活性染色50至55分钟,保温35至40分钟出水,再进水皂洗加温40度两道;
S7:上浆,在浆化机后槽加油和蜡;
S8:丝光整理,烧碱溶液浓度为260至280g/l,出水定型;
S9:面料预缩,确保预缩率小于3%。
