一、技术领域:本发明属于健康食品或保健食品,尤以天然药食两用植物枸杞、洋蓟果、蔷薇果、菊苣、柚皮素等原料,采取生物技术加工而成的健康食品或保健食品
二、背景技术:本发明以枸杞、洋蓟果、蔷薇果、菊苣、柚皮素等原料加工而成的一种新产品,该产品具有瘦身瘦身、降血压、降血脂、降血糖、通便排毒,另外还具有美容养颜、抗癌等功效。目前市场上还没有同类产品,创新研发该产品可为给瘦身瘦身的人群提供了一种新产品。该产品以纯天然药食两用植物和营养品和生物活性成分为原料制成的瘦身瘦身酵素、纯度高、吸收好、生物活性强、无任何副作用、服用方便、效果明显适应于各年龄段的瘦身人群服用。
三、发明内容:肥胖是一种营养代谢综合失调性疾病和低度全身慢性炎症。研究发现,肥胖病因相当复杂,不仅有明显的遗传性,还与饮食和运动密切相关。在今天肥胖已成为一个社会严重的共公卫生问题。
世界卫生组织(WHO)认为,肥胖与艾滋病、吸毒、凶酒并列为世界四大社会问题,医学界称之为人类死亡率高的癌症,冠心病、糖尿病、高血压、高血脂、心脑血管疾病都与肥胖直接有关。
随着我国经济的快速发展,人民生活水平的不断提高,肥胖正在成为一个关注的流行病。根据世界卫生组织的统计数学显示,全球超重人数超过10亿多,有3亿多人严重肥胖,而发展中国家的肥胖比例大幅增加。在我国根据***、科技部和国家***公布的营养与健康状况调查结果显示,我国13亿人口中有2亿人超重,特别是儿童超重迅速增长。预计今后肥胖患病率还将会有较大幅度的增长,肥胖会给国民健康造成严重的威胁,也会给个人和社会带来沉重的经济负担。
四、原料配方:枸杞20-80千克、洋蓟果30-90千克、蔷薇果10-50千克、菊苣15-60千克、柚皮素10-15千克为原料。
五、技术方案:
(一)、枸杞:(Lyciam barbarnm extraat),枸杞是生长在青藏高原绿色生态环境,纯天然珍品药食两用植物枸杞干燥果实。枸杞是一种稀有珍贵的原生态高端滋补品。枸杞为茄科植物枸杞成熟果实。性平,味甘。归肝、肾经。具有滋补肝肾、益精明目、润肺的功效。用于虚劳精亏、腰膝酸痛、眩晕耳鸣、内热消渴、血虚萎黄、提高视力、目昏不明等。现代医学研究认为,枸杞具有增强免疫力、抗疲劳、降血压、降血脂、降血糖、保护肝脏、减肥、抗衰老、抗癌等功能。
化学成分:枸杞含多糖、氨基酸、甜菜碱、胡萝卜素、维生素B、维生素C、烟酸等多种维生素以及锰、铬、锌、铜、镁、钙、锗、钴等微量元素。
药理作用:1、降脂减肥:一项研究发现,食用枸杞具有显著的减肥效果,研究表明吃高脂肪食物时食用枸杞可以是体重增加幅度降低1/5。连续3个月给两组实验鼠喂食高脂肪食物,一组实验鼠喝水,另一组实验鼠喂食枸杞。实验对比发现,吃高脂食物同时喂食枸杞的实验鼠,3个月后,体重增加幅度比其他实验鼠少18%。枸杞之所以具有显著的减肥功效,是因为枸杞含有丰富的多糖,可分别抑制脂肪细胞,巨噬细胞和血管内皮细胞,因而发挥降血脂、抗肥胖、抗炎、和抗糖尿病的独特功效而实现减肥的。
2、保护肝脏、抗脂肪肝:枸杞提取物对保护肝脏和抗脂肪肝具有一定的作用。现代医学研究发现,枸杞中含有一种有效成分-甜菜碱,它对治疗肝脏疾病很有效。实验表明,甜菜碱有抑制脂肪在肝细胞内沉积,促进肝细胞再生的作用。另外,枸杞的中甜菜碱能防止肝脏内过多的脂肪贮存,有防脂肪肝的作用,据报道,长期经大鼠饲喂水提取物或甜菜碱饲料对ccl4引起的肝损害有保护作用,能明显降低转氨酶及肝中脂质的变化,可抑制肝中脂质沉积及促进肝细胞新生,对肝脏脂质过氧化损伤有明显的保护作用。
3、降血脂、防治动脉硬化:枸杞提取物动物及临床实验均具有良好的降血脂作用。多糖对高血脂家兔的血脂有明显的作用,能明显降低血清胆固醇及三酰甘油的含量。枸杞还可降低大鼠血胆固醇,并明显抑制灌喂胆固醇和猪油的家兔血清胆固醇升高,还具有抗动脉硬化的作用。
4、降血压和保护心脑血管:血管中的弹性纤维逐渐氧化***,是导致高血压的主要原因。枸杞可通过提高血管弹性而降低血压。实验证明,枸杞提取物能降低血液中胆固醇水平,减少血管壁上胆固醇沉积及抑制血管紧张素酶活性来降低血压。另有研究,在大鼠饲料中添加枸杞提取物、铬、锌成分,而实验组血压明显低于对照组,其机理是枸杞提取物降低了自由基的形成,改善胰岛素的敏感性。
5、抗氧化:枸杞具有良好的抗氧化作用。枸杞能抑制血浆中的脂质过氧化自由基生成作用,又能阻断脂质过氧化作用。在保护DNA、蛋白质和膜结构免遭氧化损伤起着重要作用,已知人体晶状体、角膜及玻璃体中的超氧化物歧化酶活性低,老年人血浆和组织,这是一种维持机制减弱,可能是老年人血浆过氧化脂质含量增高。
6、降血糖:防治继发性糖尿病:枸杞提取物具有显著的降血糖和防治糖尿病的功能。研究表明,枸杞多糖对正常小鼠的血糖和糖耐量的影响以及对四氧嘧啶致高血糖小鼠的保护作用表明,分别给正常小鼠灌喂一定量的枸杞多糖,其结果使血糖明显降低。糖耐量实验表明,一定量的枸杞多糖可明显对抗正常小鼠给予一定量葡萄糖引起的血糖升高。研究明显,枸杞多糖对正常及糖尿病模型动物均有降血糖作用。另据研究,枸杞可有效控制餐后血糖,明显降低餐后血糖峰值,从而形成血糖峰值期胰岛素的需求量,减轻胰岛素细胞分泌胰岛素的负荷,从而达到保护胰岛素细胞的作用。长期服用还能降低空腹血糖的作用。实验表明,无论对正常人,还是对糖耐量降低者服用后都可以降低餐后血糖峰值和降低餐后血糖水平,防止继发性糖尿病。
7、增强免疫力:小鼠灌服水提取物或肌注醇提取物均能显著增强其网状内皮***对印度墨汁的吞噬能力。水提取物或枸杞多糖均能促进小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能和血清中溶菌酶活性。给正常或老年小鼠灌服或腹枸杞多糖,能显著增强腹腔巨噬细胞c3b和Fc的受体数和活力,可使老年小鼠抑制性T细胞调节抗体功能恢复到成年小鼠的水平。枸杞多糖纯品比粗品具有更显著的免疫应答效应,各项免疫指标(包括非特异性免疫的免疫器官质量、巨噬细胞吞噬作用、特异性体液免疫的血清溶血素,特异性细胞免疫中的退发型***反应、淋巴细胞转化率、E玫瑰花结形成等)均有显著的差异。
(二)洋蓟果(cynara scolymusl),为菊科菜蓟属多年生草本植物的果实。性平、味苦、甘,归肝、肾径。具有滋补肝肾、强筋骨、祛风湿、养血安胎等功效。现代药理研究表明,洋蓟果有减肥、降血脂、降血压、降血糖、利尿、镇静、保护肝脏、舒张冠脉血管、增加管脉血流量、抗病毒等作用。
化学成分:含有蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、黄酮类化合物、菜蓟素,多种维生素和矿物质等成分。
药理作用:1、减肥降脂:研究发现,洋蓟果中含有的黄酮可直接作用于脂肪细胞,加快脂肪分解燃烧并产生热量,同时还能抑制脂肪在肠道内吸收,有效减少体脂含量,防止脂肪在腹部堆积,从而有效控制体重,具有减肥作用。
(三)蔷薇果,为蔷薇科树植物的果实,又称玫瑰果,含有丰富的多种营养成分有减肥瘦身的功效。研究发现,蔷薇果另含有的活性成分可以刺激葡萄糖的代谢,具有很好的减肥瘦身功效。蔷薇果含有的有机酸为机体三羧抑制循环的中间产物,参与人体代谢和能量转换,来达到减肥的目的。这也是蔷薇果含有的多种活性营养成分的综合作用,具有显著的减肥功效。
(四)菊苣(chicofy),为多年生草本植物菊苣的地上部分,性凉、味微苦、成。具有清肝利胆、理气、健胃消食、生津祛痰、腹部胀痛、食欲不振等功效。现代医学研究认为,菊苣具有减肥、降血糖、利尿消肿、降血脂、通便等作用。
化学成分:菊苣含有马栗树皮素、山莴苣素、菊苣酸、咖啡酰酒石酸、绿原酸,块根中含有50%左右的菊糖等成分。
药理作用:1、减肥:菊苣含有丰富的菊糖,菊糖为可溶性膳食纤维,能在胃中吸水膨胀形成黏膜胶体,使人产生饱腹感并能延长胃的排空时间,从而减少食物摄入量和减少食物在小肠的时间,还能在小肠与蛋白质、脂肪等物质形成复合物,不利于这些物质的吸收,从而达到减肥的目的。另外,菊糖还能吸收胆汁酸,降低胆固醇的合成吸收,所以来达到减肥。
2、降血糖:研究表明,糖尿病人服用菊苣后不但不会加重餐后高血糖,而且还可以改善患者的葡萄糖耐量和对胰岛素的敏感性,因此具有降血糖作用。
3、降血脂:研究数据显示,菊苣可以降低血清总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇,改善血脂。其机理是因为菊苣作用为菊糖可吸收肠内脂肪,形成脂肪与菊糖复合物随粪便排出体外,有助于血脂水平降低。
4、防治便秘:菊苣中含有的菊糖,能使大肠蠕动,有利于大肠内容物向大肠运动,增加排便次数,有利粪便排出。同时菊糖还具有很强的吸水性,增加大便中的含水量,由此导致大便***,因而使排便变得轻松。
(五)柚皮素(Naringenin naningetol),为柑桔类果实皮的有效成分,柚皮素是柚皮甙的甙元,属于二氢黄酮化合物,具有广泛的生理活性。有减肥、降血脂、降血糖、清除自由基、抑制血小板聚积、抗动脉粥样硬化、预防和治疗肝病、抗炎、抗菌、止咳化痰、解痉利胆、抗癌抗肿瘤等作用。
化学成分:二氢黄酮
生理功能:1、减肥瘦身:研究表明,胰脂肪酶是水分解膳食中脂质的主要消化酶,通过抑制胰脂肪酶的活性,减少或抑制外原性脂类的消化吸收,是治疗和改善肥胖作用机理之一。研究证实,柚皮素具有抑制胰脂肪酶的活性作用,可减少食物中能量的生物利用以及脂质消化与吸收,对治疗肥胖症具有显著的作用。
2、降血脂:动物实验证实,给小鼠灌服柚皮素后检测其血液中胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯等指标。实验结果表明,柚皮素具有显著的降低血液中胆固醇、甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白,升高高密度脂蛋白,从而达到降血脂的作用。
3、抗炎:给大鼠灌服柚皮素溶液,能显著的抑制植入羊毛球引起的发炎,各剂量组均有抗炎作用。随剂量增加抗炎效果明显增加。
4、降血糖与治疗糖尿病:研究表明,柚皮素能提高人体对胰岛素的敏感性,并能保持健康的体重,具有防治糖尿病的功效。另据报道,以色列研究发现,柚皮素与目前两种治疗2型糖尿病的药物有相同的功效。
综上所述,本产品具有减肥瘦身、降血压、降血脂、通便排毒,抗癌等功效。
六、制作工艺
1、清洗打浆:先将配方中的原料分别清洗干净,送入打浆机打成果浆。
2、混合搅拌:将各种原料果浆混合后,充分搅拌均匀。
3、酶解过滤:将混合后的果浆加入1-5%的酶解后进行过滤。
4、均质杀菌:将过滤后的果浆加热到40-80度均质,又加热到80-120度杀菌5-20分钟。
5、接种发酵:将杀菌后的果浆添加1-5%的菌种,温度保持在20-30度发酵30-180天。
6、干燥:将发酵后的果浆送入低温真空干燥机进行干燥。
7、粉碎:将干燥后果浆发酵物粉碎为80-120目粉末。此工序得水果酵素半成品。
8、检验包装:将水果酵素半成品检验合格,包装为成品。
七、质量标准:
1、理化指标:

2、服用方法:每日3次,每次0.5-2.0克。
3、适应人群:适应于各个年龄段的减肥人群和少年儿童。
八、实施例:取枸杞20-80千克、洋蓟果30-90千克、蔷薇果10-50千克、菊苣15-60千克、柚皮10-15千克素为原料。经过将上述原料分别清洗干净,送入打浆机打制成果浆,并混合搅拌均匀,加入1-5%的酶解后进行过滤,加热到40-80度均质后又加热到80-120度杀菌5-20分钟,添加1-5%的菌种温度保持在20-30度发酵30-180天,送入低温真空干燥机真空度0.096千帕,温度控制在30-50度进行真空干燥,干燥后粉碎为80-120目的粉末,经检验合格,包装为成品。

1.枸杞瘦身酵素的制作工艺,其特征为:枸杞20-80千克、洋蓟果30-90千克、蔷薇果10-50千克、菊苣15-60千克、柚皮素10-15千克为原料,经过将上述原料分别清洗干净,送入打浆机打制成果浆,并混合搅拌均匀,加入1-5%的酶解后进行过滤,加热到40-80度均质后又加热到80-120度杀菌5-20分钟,添加1-5%的菌种温度保持在20-30度发酵30-180天,送入低温真空干燥机真空度0.096千帕,温度控制在30-50度进行真空干燥,干燥后粉碎为80-120目的粉末,经检验合格,包装为成品。
