技术领域
本发明涉及合成革生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有抗压变高回弹性能的水性贝斯的制备方法。
背景技术
合成革具有光泽柔和、自然,手感柔软,真皮感强,耐挠曲、抗老化等优异的特点,是天然皮革的最为理想的替代品,广泛应用于服装、制鞋、箱包、家具等行业。但是目前市场上合成革产品与天然皮革相比,合成革产品本身的抗压变回弹性能较差,导致例如合成革类沙发座椅在日常使用中,其与人接触受力的部位会发生明显凹陷、下沉等形变现象,虽然形变部位会慢慢恢复,但在长时间的使用过程中,形变部位的可恢复性会逐步降低,导致永久性凹陷、下沉,进而影响沙发整体的美观和使用感受,并且形变部位的透气性能会严重降低,人长时间坐于此部位,臀部会有明显的潮湿感。针对这些缺点,目前常见的合成革产品主要通过改变其配方浆料的性能进行改善,但其效果有限,并且成本明显提高或物理性能会有明显下降。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种成本低、安全环保、透气性强的具有抗压变高回弹性能的水性贝斯的制备方法。
为解决上述问题,本发明所述的一种具有抗压变高回弹性能的水性贝斯的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
⑴配制浆料:
①制备水性贝斯发泡浆料:以重量份计,在200~300份水性聚氨酯树脂中依次加入10~30份自来水、2~5份水性分散剂、1~3份水***联剂、3~6份水性稳泡剂、3~6份水性发泡剂、2~5份中温微球发泡剂、20~40份填充粉体、1~2份水性增稠剂,通过高速分散机搅拌,制得粘度10000~20000mpa.s的水性贝斯浆料;然后将水性贝斯浆料通入发泡机,进行机械发泡,发泡至原体积的1.4~1.6倍,制得具有均匀泡孔的水性贝斯发泡浆料;
②制备固化液:以重量份计,在6~14份破乳固化剂中加入85~95份自来水,搅拌均匀即得固化液;所述破乳固化剂为碳酸、乳酸、柠檬酸、氯化钙、氯化钠、氯化铁、氯化铝中的一种或几种;
⑵制备水性贝斯:
将所述水性贝斯发泡浆料按500~550g/m2的涂覆量均匀涂覆在针织或机织布上,经固化液凝固后依次进行水洗、压干,最后进入五区阶梯式升温烘箱内发泡并烘干,即得一种具有抗压变高回弹性能水性贝斯。
所述步骤⑴中水性聚氨酯树脂是指固含量为30%~45%的芳香族异氰酸酯型水性聚氨酯树脂。
所述步骤⑴中水性分散剂是指含颜料亲和基团的高分子型分散剂或铵盐、钠盐类粉体润湿分散剂。
所述步骤⑴中水***联剂是指封闭型异氰酸酯类交联剂。
所述步骤⑴中水性稳泡剂是指硅树脂聚醚乳液类稳泡剂。
所述步骤⑴中水性发泡剂是指阴离子表面活性剂类发泡剂或硬脂酸盐类发泡剂。
所述步骤⑴中中温微球发泡剂是指热膨胀型微球发泡剂,其发泡温度为140~160℃。

本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
1、本发明通过改进水性合成革贝斯(贝斯(英文Bass的译音)是指聚氨酯半成品革,贝斯表面经后续工艺处理后才能成为聚氨酯合成革成品)的泡孔结构稳定性,提高泡孔密度,从而提高合成革产品抗压变回弹性以及透气、透湿等性能。
2、本发明贝斯浆料通过发泡机,利用表面活性剂发泡剂作用进行一次机械物理发泡,发泡的浆料涂覆基布经过固化水洗最后进入烘箱烘干,在烘干过程中,浆料中的低温微球发泡剂受热后膨胀,第二次形成大量微泡孔。通过采用机械物理和热膨胀双发泡的方式,内部微泡孔叠加,并且通过水***联剂使得水性聚氨酯中线型的分子之间产生化学键,使线型分子相互连在一起,形成网状结构,提高浆料的强度以及弹性,进而能有效提高整体泡孔结构的稳定性与泡孔壁的强度。
由于单一的机械物理或者热膨胀的发泡方式,只能通过调整泡孔大小来对产品的手感与回弹性进行调整,因此,泡孔大,产品手感偏软却不够饱满,回弹性极差,抗压变能力差,压痕严重,泡孔小,产品回弹性良好,但手感会偏硬缺乏肤质感。而采用机械物理与热膨胀相结合发泡的方式,能有效提高泡孔密度,其相互叠加的微泡孔数量远远高于单一发泡方式的泡孔数量,泡孔密度越大,手感会越柔软饱满,再结合交联剂作用使得相互叠加的微泡孔结构稳定,从而拥有优越的抗压变回弹性。
3、本发明通过提高水性合成革贝斯的泡孔密度,使得贝斯中的孔隙大大增多,从而提高了水性合成革透气、透湿等性能。
4、本发明在机械物理与热膨胀相结合的发泡过程中,其体积会随着微泡孔密度的提高而变大,产品厚度也随着提高,从而减少了浆料的涂覆量,降低了材料成本。
5、本发明中所采用的原料均为环保产品,完全无毒无害,对身体和环境不会造成任何不良影响,保证了清洁生产。
具体实施方式
实施例1 一种具有抗压变高回弹性能的水性贝斯的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
⑴配制浆料:
①制备水性贝斯发泡浆料:以重量份(kg)计,在200份水性聚氨酯树脂中依次加入10份自来水、2份水性分散剂、1份水***联剂、3份水性稳泡剂、3份水性发泡剂、2份中温微球发泡剂、20份填充粉体、1份水性增稠剂,通过高速分散机并以900r/min的转速搅拌0.5h,制得粘度10000mpa.s的水性贝斯浆料;然后将水性贝斯浆料通入发泡机,进行机械发泡,发泡至原体积的1.4倍,制得具有均匀泡孔的水性贝斯发泡浆料。
②制备固化液:以重量份(kg)计,在6份破乳固化剂中加入85份自来水,搅拌均匀即得固化液;破乳固化剂为碳酸、乳酸、柠檬酸、氯化钙、氯化钠、氯化铁、氯化铝中的一种或几种。
⑵制备水性贝斯:
将水性贝斯发泡浆料按500g/m2的涂覆量均匀涂覆在针织或机织布上,经固化液凝固后依次进行水洗、压干,最后进入五区阶梯式升温烘箱内发泡并烘干,即得一种具有抗压变高回弹性能水性贝斯。
其中:五区阶梯式是指一区和二区温度均为140℃,三区温度为130℃,四区温度为120℃,五区温度为100℃。

⑵制备水性贝斯:
将水性贝斯发泡浆料按550g/m2的涂覆量均匀涂覆在针织或机织布上,经固化液凝固后依次进行水洗、压干,最后进入五区阶梯式升温烘箱内发泡并烘干,即得一种具有抗压变高回弹性能水性贝斯。
其中:五区阶梯式是指一区和二区温度均为160℃,三区温度为130℃,四区温度为120℃,五区温度为100℃。

①制备水性贝斯发泡浆料:以重量份(kg)计,在250份水性聚氨酯树脂中依次加入20份自来水、3.5份水性分散剂、2份水***联剂、4.5份水性稳泡剂、4.5份水性发泡剂、3.5份中温微球发泡剂、30份填充粉体、1.5份水性增稠剂,通过高速分散机并以900r/min的转速搅拌0.5h,制得粘度15000mpa.s的水性贝斯浆料;然后将水性贝斯浆料通入发泡机,进行机械发泡,发泡至原体积的1.5倍,制得具有均匀泡孔的水性贝斯发泡浆料。
②制备固化液:以重量份(kg)计,在10份破乳固化剂中加入90份自来水,搅拌均匀即得固化液;破乳固化剂为碳酸、乳酸、柠檬酸、氯化钙、氯化钠、氯化铁、氯化铝中的一种或几种。
⑵制备水性贝斯:
将水性贝斯发泡浆料按525g/m2的涂覆量均匀涂覆在针织或机织布上,经固化液凝固后依次进行水洗、压干,最后进入五区阶梯式升温烘箱内发泡并烘干,即得一种具有抗压变高回弹性能水性贝斯。
其中:五区阶梯式是指一区和二区温度均为150℃,三区温度为130℃,四区温度为120℃,五区温度为100℃。
贝斯在进入一区烘箱中,中温微球发泡剂受热膨胀开始作用进行发泡,进入二区后中温微球发泡剂完全发泡完毕,使得水性贝斯内部在原有泡孔的基础上,通过中温微球发泡剂形成二次泡孔,最后通过三区到五区完全烘干,制得一种具有抗压变高回弹性能的水性贝斯。
上述实施例1~3中,水性聚氨酯树脂是指固含量为30%~45%的芳香族异氰酸酯型水性聚氨酯树脂(合肥市科天化工有限公司)。
水性分散剂是指含颜料亲和基团的高分子型分散剂或铵盐、钠盐类粉体润湿分散剂(上海深竹化工科技有限公司)。
水***联剂是指封闭型异氰酸酯类交联剂(上海尤恩化工有限公司)。
水性稳泡剂是指硅树脂聚醚乳液类稳泡剂(青岛中宝化工有限公司)。
水性发泡剂是指阴离子表面活性剂类发泡剂或硬脂酸盐类发泡剂(济南硕昌化工有限公司)。
中温微球发泡剂是指热膨胀型微球发泡剂,其发泡温度为140~160℃(上海舰邦实业有限公司)。
填充粉体是指木质粉、滑石粉、重钙、轻钙、高岭土中的一种或多种。
水性增稠剂是指非离子缔合式增稠剂或碱溶胀型丙烯酸增稠剂(福州邦联化工有限公司)。

Claims (10)

1.一种具有抗压变高回弹性能的水性贝斯的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
⑴配制浆料:
①制备水性贝斯发泡浆料:以重量份计,在200~300份水性聚氨酯树脂中依次加入10~30份自来水、2~5份水性分散剂、1~3份水***联剂、3~6份水性稳泡剂、3~6份水性发泡剂、2~5份中温微球发泡剂、20~40份填充粉体、1~2份水性增稠剂,通过高速分散机搅拌,制得粘度10000~20000mpa.s的水性贝斯浆料;然后将水性贝斯浆料通入发泡机,进行机械发泡,发泡至原体积的1.4~1.6倍,制得具有均匀泡孔的水性贝斯发泡浆料;
②制备固化液:以重量份计,在6~14份破乳固化剂中加入85~95份自来水,搅拌均匀即得固化液;所述破乳固化剂为碳酸、乳酸、柠檬酸、氯化钙、氯化钠、氯化铁、氯化铝中的一种或几种;
⑵制备水性贝斯:
将所述水性贝斯发泡浆料按500~550g/m2的涂覆量均匀涂覆在针织或机织布上,经固化液凝固后依次进行水洗、压干,最后进入五区阶梯式升温烘箱内发泡并烘干,即得一种具有抗压变高回弹性能水性贝斯。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种具有抗压变高回弹性能的水性贝斯的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤⑴中水性聚氨酯树脂是指固含量为30%~45%的芳香族异氰酸酯型水性聚氨酯树脂。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种具有抗压变高回弹性能的水性贝斯的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤⑴中水性分散剂是指含颜料亲和基团的高分子型分散剂或铵盐、钠盐类粉体润湿分散剂。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种具有抗压变高回弹性能的水性贝斯的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤⑴中水***联剂是指封闭型异氰酸酯类交联剂。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种具有抗压变高回弹性能的水性贝斯的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤⑴中水性稳泡剂是指硅树脂聚醚乳液类稳泡剂。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种具有抗压变高回弹性能的水性贝斯的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤⑴中水性发泡剂是指阴离子表面活性剂类发泡剂或硬脂酸盐类发泡剂。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种具有抗压变高回弹性能的水性贝斯的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤⑴中中温微球发泡剂是指热膨胀型微球发泡剂,其发泡温度为140~160℃。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种具有抗压变高回弹性能的水性贝斯的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤⑴中填充粉体是指木质粉、滑石粉、重钙、轻钙、高岭土中的一种或多种。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种具有抗压变高回弹性能的水性贝斯的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤⑴中水性增稠剂是指非离子缔合式增稠剂或碱溶胀型丙烯酸增稠剂。
10.如权利要求1所述的一种具有抗压变高回弹性能的水性贝斯的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤⑵中五区阶梯式是指一区和二区温度均为140~160℃,三区温度为130℃,四区温度为120℃,五区温度为100℃。
