营养分析:
金针菇含有丰富的多糖、核苷酸类、火菇素、多糖蛋白等人体必需氨基酸成分较全,其中赖氨酸和精氨酸含量尤其丰富,且含锌量比较高,对促进婴幼儿大脑发育、增强智、提高机体记忆力与抗逆能力对儿童的身高和智力发育有良好的促进作用,人称“增智菇”。且金针菇中含有一种可提高免疫力的蛋白质能有效地增强机体的生物活性,促进体内新陈代谢,有利于食物中各种营养素的吸收和利用,对生长发育也大有益处,干品中含蛋白质8.87%,碳水化合物60.2%,粗纤维达7.4%,经常食用可强身健体增智力。
山核桃仁含40-50%的不饱和脂肪酸,构成人脑细胞的物质中约有60%是不饱和脂肪酸。不饱和脂肪酸是大脑不可缺少的重要元素,婴幼儿童经常吃核桃仁对大脑智力健康发育有促进作用。
蝉蜕含有的氨基酸含量比较多。金蝉具有高蛋白、高营养、纯天然、无公害、纯绿色等特点,是传统的一道药膳上品,金蝉外壳又称蝉蜕,是重要的辛凉解毒中药,常用于治疗外感风热、咳嗽音哑、咽喉肿痛、破伤风、小儿惊痫、夜哭不止等症。
煮熟的苹果中富含果胶,是一种能够溶于水的膳食纤维,不能被人体消化。果胶能在肠内吸附水分,使粪便变得柔软而容易排出,同时刺激肠内益生菌群的生长、消炎和刺激免疫的机能。另外,熟苹果所含的碘是香蕉的8倍,是橘子的13倍。

南瓜的含水量较低,干物质含量较高,含有较多的维生素A、维生素C以及氨基酸等营养成分,可使儿童增强机体免疫力。
鸡内金可用于小儿因脾胃不和引起的食积胀满,饮食停滞,呕吐泄痢等症状,具有良好的健胃开脾,消食化积之功效。

本发明实施例1-6得到的产品可采用250/瓶的瓶装,或者10-15g/袋的袋装;食用方法:开水冲食或与牛奶、米糊、奶糕一起食用;本发明口感佳,适口性好,有天然水果风味,为了增加孩子的食欲,也可添加不同天然水果提取的食品添加剂,制成不同口味的水果香型粉剂。
总之,本发明可补充人工喂养婴幼儿营养失衡的不足,增强孩子智力 ,帮助消化,预防夜啼,预防感冒,提升婴幼儿的综合身体素质,使孩子智力、体能健康等全方面发展。本发明适应于处于生长发育关键期的0-7岁婴幼儿食用。

1.一种婴幼儿辅食, 其特征在于,按重量份数计,其制备原料包括:金针菇3-5份,南瓜1.5-2.5份,山核桃仁0.5-1.5份,红苹果0.8-1.2份,胡萝卜0.8-1.2份,鸡内金0.5-1份,蝉蜕0.2-0.4份。
2.如权利要求1所述的婴幼儿辅食,其特征在于,按重量份数计,其制备原料包括:金针菇3份,南瓜1.5份,山核桃仁0.5份,红苹果0.8份,胡萝卜0.8份,鸡内金0.5份,蝉蜕0.2份。
