本发明公开一种多层共挤口模,具有内模腔、外层胶料入口、第一胶料缓冲流道、第一胶料缓冲槽、第二胶料缓冲流道、第二胶料缓冲槽、第三胶料缓冲流道、环状胶料缓冲槽和环状胶料出口。第一胶料缓冲流道系外层胶料入口末端沿背向挤出方向延伸形成,第一胶料缓冲槽系第一胶料缓冲流道末端向两侧方向延伸形成,第二胶料缓冲流道系第一胶料缓冲槽的两末端分别向挤出方向延伸形成,第二胶料缓冲槽系第二胶料缓冲流道末端向两侧方向延伸形成,第三胶料缓冲流道系第二胶料缓冲槽的两末端分别向挤出方向延伸形成,第三胶料缓冲流道的末端与环状胶料缓冲槽连通,环状胶料缓冲槽沿背向挤出方向延伸后向内延伸形成环状胶料出口。本发明使得外层厚度均匀。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种多层共挤挤头,尤其涉及一种多层共挤挤头的口模。
背景技术
塑料管双层共挤过程中,挤出芯棒和口模都采用传统结构,内外层出胶时需要调整挤出机头流道间隙来保证出胶量在截面上的均匀度,使得双层厚度和偏心度出模后就更加不容易调节,容易在挤出过程中造成胶层偏心。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提出一种多层共挤挤头的口模。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种多层共挤口模,所述口模具有内模腔、外层胶料入口、第一胶料缓冲流道、第一胶料缓冲槽、第二胶料缓冲流道、第二胶料缓冲槽、第三胶料缓冲流道、环状胶料缓冲槽和环状胶料出口。第一胶料缓冲流道系外层胶料入口末端沿背向挤出方向延伸形成,第一胶料缓冲槽系第一胶料缓冲流道末端向两侧方向延伸形成,第二胶料缓冲流道系第一胶料缓冲槽的两末端分别向挤出方向延伸形成,第二胶料缓冲槽系第二胶料缓冲流道末端向两侧方向延伸形成,第三胶料缓冲流道系第二胶料缓冲槽的两末端分别向挤出方向延伸形成,第三胶料缓冲流道的末端与环状胶料缓冲槽连通,环状胶料缓冲槽沿背向挤出方向延伸后向内延伸形成环状胶料出口。
优选地,所述第一胶料缓冲槽为180度环状槽。
优选地,所述环状胶料缓冲槽与环状胶料出口之间的槽内壁向槽内延伸形成凸状挤压部。
如上所述,本发明多层共挤口模的外层胶料从外层胶料入口进入,经第一胶料缓冲流道进入第一胶料缓冲槽,尔后由第一胶料缓冲槽分流至第二胶料缓冲流道,由第二胶料缓冲流道流至第二胶料缓冲槽,然后由第二胶料缓冲槽分流至第三胶料缓冲流道,并由第三胶料缓冲流道进入环状胶料缓冲槽挤压进入环状胶料出口,第一胶料缓冲流道的胶料流向与挤出方向相反,环状胶料缓冲槽与环状胶料出口之间的槽内胶料流向亦与挤出方向相反,且具有第一胶料缓冲槽、第二胶料缓冲槽以及环状胶料缓冲槽,这些结构和设计均能使得外层胶料得到更均匀密实的挤压,从而能够使得挤出的外层能够厚度均匀。

请参阅图1和图2,本发明多层共挤口模具有内模腔h、外层胶料入口10、第一胶料缓冲流道20、第一胶料缓冲槽30、第二胶料缓冲流道40、第二胶料缓冲槽50、第三胶料缓冲流道60、环状胶料缓冲槽70和环状胶料出口80。
第一胶料缓冲流道20系外层胶料入口10末端沿背向挤出方向延伸形成,第一胶料缓冲槽30系第一胶料缓冲流道20末端向两侧方向延伸形成,第二胶料缓冲流道40系第一胶料缓冲槽30的两末端分别向挤出方向延伸形成,第二胶料缓冲槽50系第二胶料缓冲流道40末端向两侧方向延伸形成,第三胶料缓冲流道60系第二胶料缓冲槽50的两末端分别向挤出方向延伸形成,第三胶料缓冲流道60的末端与环状胶料缓冲槽70连通,环状胶料缓冲槽70沿背向挤出方向延伸后向内延伸形成环状胶料出口80。
作为本实施例的进一步改进,所述第一胶料缓冲槽为180度环状槽。
作为本实施例的进一步改进,所述环状胶料缓冲槽70与环状胶料出口80之间的槽内壁向槽内延伸形成凸状挤压部c。
综上所述,本发明多层共挤口模的外层胶料从外层胶料入口10进入,经第一胶料缓冲流道20进入第一胶料缓冲槽30,尔后由第一胶料缓冲槽30分流至第二胶料缓冲流道40,由第二胶料缓冲流道40流至第二胶料缓冲槽50,然后由第二胶料缓冲槽50分流至第三胶料缓冲流道60,并由第三胶料缓冲流道60进入环状胶料缓冲槽70挤压进入环状胶料出口80,第一胶料缓冲流道20的胶料流向与挤出方向相反,环状胶料缓冲槽70与环状胶料出口80之间的槽内胶料流向亦与挤出方向相反,且具有第一胶料缓冲槽30、第二胶料缓冲槽50以及环状胶料缓冲槽70,这些结构和设计均能使得外层胶料得到更均匀密实的挤压,从而能够使得挤出的外层能够厚度均匀。

1.一种多层共挤口模,其特征在于:所述口模具有内模腔、外层胶料入口、第一胶料缓冲流道、第一胶料缓冲槽、第二胶料缓冲流道、第二胶料缓冲槽、第三胶料缓冲流道、环状胶料缓冲槽和环状胶料出口,第一胶料缓冲流道系外层胶料入口末端沿背向挤出方向延伸形成,第一胶料缓冲槽系第一胶料缓冲流道末端向两侧方向延伸形成,第二胶料缓冲流道系第一胶料缓冲槽的两末端分别向挤出方向延伸形成,第二胶料缓冲槽系第二胶料缓冲流道末端向两侧方向延伸形成,第三胶料缓冲流道系第二胶料缓冲槽的两末端分别向挤出方向延伸形成,第三胶料缓冲流道的末端与环状胶料缓冲槽连通,环状胶料缓冲槽沿背向挤出方向延伸后向内延伸形成环状胶料出口。
2.如权利要求1所述的多层共挤口模,其特征在于,所述第一胶料缓冲槽为180度环状槽。
3.如权利要求1所述的多层共挤口模,其特征在于,所述环状胶料缓冲槽与环状胶料出口之间的槽内壁向槽内延伸形成凸状挤压部。
