Abstract
本发明公开了一种复合牛皮地板,其特征在于,它由再生牛皮地板和多层实木夹板材料粘接构成。其生产工艺为,首先制备再生牛皮地板材料备用;然后再挑选再生牛皮地板和多层实木夹板材料;清洁再生牛皮地板和多层实木夹板的粘合面,粘合面辊涂粘合剂;把加工好的再生牛皮地板与多层实木夹板粘合面,分别涂上15cc水性环保的粘合剂,将涂好粘合剂的再生牛皮地板和多层实木夹板通过烤箱烘烤,烘箱温度控制在80℃,运行速度2米/分;将再生牛皮地板和多层实木夹板按纹路方向粘合压板;最后将已粘合的皮木结合的地板,置于平板压机上加压,不加温,压力控制在10MPA。本发明具有环保无污染,舒适性好等优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料生产技术领域,更具体是涉及一种复合牛皮地板及其生产工艺。
背景技术
在牛皮制造领域中,会产生大量边角废料,很多是通过燃烧或埋藏处理,不但造成资源浪费,而且边角废料中的一些化学成分也会对环境造成污染,目前牛皮边角废料回收利用数量有限,利用率不高,为了使更多的牛皮边角废料变废为宝,可以由再生牛皮和多层实木夹板复合而成牛皮地板,既实现了牛皮边角废料的减排,也解决了家用地板噪声大、不阻燃、舒适性差的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决现有技术之不足而提供的一种环保、舒适性好,废料循环利用的复合牛皮地板。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种复合牛皮地板的生产方法。
本发明是采用如下技术解决方案来实现上述目的:
一种复合牛皮地板,其特征在于,它由再生牛皮地板和多层实木夹板材料粘接构成。
作为上述方案的进一步说明,所述再生牛皮地板由皮浆地板材料构成,皮浆地板材料制备流程为,(1)挑选优质的皮浆大底材料作为地板基材;(2)在皮浆大底材料上涂饰环保的水性耐磨层,经过9涂2磨,每涂饰3次打磨一次;(3)把涂饰好的皮浆基材滚压需求的花纹,采用人工擦色,水洗和机器套色等工艺做成理想的双色效果;(4)辊涂环保耐磨UV面漆,通过红外线烘箱烘烤去除异味,经过以上工序,制成皮浆地板材料用作再生牛皮地板。
所述皮浆大底材料经过包括:选材,粉碎,精磨,混合搅拌,粘合真空脱水,皮革压制成型,二次脱水,干燥等步骤制成。
所述水性耐磨层重量份配比为,耐磨耐寒聚氨酯:120份、耐磨丙烯酸树脂:100份、综合树脂:150份、填料:30份、蜡剂:30份、有机色浆:15份。

以下结合具体实施例对本技术方案作详细的描述。

本发明与现有技术相比,采用经过加工得到的可再生牛皮地板,与传统的实木夹板结合,得到复合牛皮地板,大大的提高了废料利用效率,且环保无污染,具有良好的社会价值。

1.一种复合牛皮地板,其特征在于,它由再生牛皮地板和多层实木夹板材料粘接构成;所述再生牛皮地板由皮浆地板材料构成,皮浆地板材料制备流程为,(1)挑选优质的皮浆大底材料作为地板基材;(2)在皮浆大底材料上涂饰环保的水性耐磨层,经过9涂2磨,每涂饰3次打磨一次;(3)把涂饰好的皮浆基材滚压需求的花纹,采用人工擦色、水洗和机器套色工艺做成所需的双色效果;(4)辊涂环保耐磨UV面漆,再通过红外线烘箱烘烤去除异味,经过以上工序,即制成再生牛皮地板的皮浆地板材料;所述水性耐磨层重量份配比为,耐磨耐寒聚氨酯:120份、耐磨丙烯酸树脂:100份、综合树脂:150份、填料:30份、蜡剂:30份、有机色浆:15份。
