the friction type automatic stripping mechanism comprises: a stripping flat belt, a large roller and a middle roller; the stripping flat belts are provided with a plurality of groups, and the stripping flat belts of each group are parallel to each other and are equidistantly spaced; the stripping flat belt is connected with the large roller and the middle roller; the friction type automatic film removing mechanism is arranged at the lower part of the bevel edge of the tripod through the matching of bearings respectively arranged in the large roller and the middle roller and corresponding bearing seats;
each group of stripping flat belts of the friction type automatic stripping mechanism is matched with a corresponding row of picking spike-tooth bars and is used for picking up and stripping residual films; the pin tooth type flexible film picking mechanism is arranged at the inner side of the friction type automatic film removing mechanism, and the pin tooth type flexible film picking mechanism and the friction type automatic film removing mechanism share the large roller as a driving roller;
the pin-tooth type flexible film picking mechanism is contacted with the ground through the pin-tooth picking rod to drive the pin-tooth type flexible film picking mechanism to walk; the friction type automatic film removing mechanism synchronously moves along with the movement of the spike-tooth type flexible film picking mechanism; the plurality of groups of stripping flat belts take out residual films when the picking up spike-tooth bars on the rubber belt gradually come out of the rectangular long holes positioned above the plurality of groups of stripping flat belts;
in the rotation process of the spike-tooth type flexible film picking mechanism, a part of the spike-tooth picking rods are used for picking up residual films through rectangular long holes on the stripping flat belt, gathering the residual films on a plurality of groups of stripping flat belts and rotating along with the friction type automatic stripping mechanism, and when the spike-tooth picking rods are gradually separated from the rectangular long holes on the stripping flat belt, residual films are separated from the residual films and are upwards conveyed along with the stripping flat belt through relative movement.

The friction type flexible automatic demolding and pre-sowing residual film recycling machine according to claim 1, wherein: the multiple groups of stripping flat belts of the friction type automatic stripping mechanism are formed by arranging stripping flat belts with L-shaped strip holes according to the interval grid sections among the picking up spike-tooth bars on each group of picking up spike-tooth bars; the stripping flat belt is uniformly distributed with n rectangular long holes according to the number of the corresponding row of picking up spike-tooth bars, and one row of picking up spike-tooth bars is provided with n picking up spike-tooth bars.

The friction type flexible automatic demolding and pre-sowing residual film recycling machine according to claim 2, wherein: the diameter of the large roller is larger than that of the middle roller, the diameter of the middle roller is larger than that of the small roller, and the diameters of the bearings are the same.

A friction-type flexible automatic film-removing and pre-sowing residual film recycling machine according to claim 3, characterized in that: the big roller is arranged at the lowest end of the tripod bevel edge, the middle roller is arranged at the highest end of the tripod bevel edge, and the small roller is arranged between the big roller and the middle roller.
