Abstract

本发明公开了一种真丝织物的抗皱整理工艺,将真丝样品于浸轧机中浸入防皱整理液中,进行二浸二轧,之后水洗烘干,完成真丝织物的抗皱整理工艺;其优点在于:通过在整理液中添加柠檬酸,减少了甲醛的排放,既保证抗皱效果又环保、安全;通过合理的控制催化剂、柔软剂和强力保护剂的量,有效的控制焙烘时间和焙烘温度,明显的提高了真丝织物的抗皱效果。

一种真丝织物抗皱整理工艺
技术领域
本发明属于织物后整理技术领域,具体涉及一种真丝织物抗皱整理工艺。
背景技术
真丝织物具有良好的服饰性能,其特点为质地轻薄、吸湿性好、优雅的光泽、柔软的手感、优良的保暖性能。但其致命的弱点,抗皱性能差,在紫外线照射和盐类的侵蚀下,极易泛黄,影响其服饰和使用性能。
2D树脂整理剂是N-羟甲基酰胺类树脂免烫整理剂中最常用的一种,其抗皱整理效果良好,但其对织物强力损伤严重且甲醛释放量大,容易污染环境,安全性差,对人体健康不利。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,现提供一种环保、安全、且能增加抗皱效果的真丝织物的抗皱整理工艺。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种真丝织物的抗皱整理工艺,其创新点在于:经过整理液的配制、浸渍、二浸二轧和水洗烘干步骤,完成真丝织物的抗皱整理工艺;所述步骤具体如下:
(1)整理液的配制:将100-200g/L柠檬酸、20-60g/L催化剂、10-60g/L有机硅柔软剂、2-6g/L渗透剂和5-8g/L强力保护剂混合均匀,完成整理液的配制;
(2)浸渍:将真丝织物浸渍在整理液中,所述浸渍液浴比为1:15-30,所述浸渍时间为15-30min;
(3)二浸二轧:将浸渍之后的真丝织物在轧车进行浸轧;
(4)水洗烘干:将浸轧之后的真丝织物进行预烘,然后焙烘,再依次用热水洗3-5次,冷水洗涤3-5次,最后烘干,完成真丝织物的抗皱整理。
进一步的,所述步骤(1)中催化剂为次亚磷酸钠、硫代硫酸钠或碳酸氢钠中的一种。
进一步的,所述步骤(1)中强力保护剂为三乙胺或乙二醛的一种。
进一步的,所述步骤(1)中渗透剂为渗透剂JFC、平平加O或土耳其红油中的一种。
进一步的,所述步骤(1)中有机硅柔软剂为聚醚型有机硅柔软剂、聚氨脂型有机硅柔软剂或聚硅氧烷类柔软剂中的一种。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)中第一次浸泡时间为3-5min,第二次浸泡时间为3-5 min,轧液率为75-90%。
进一步的,所述步骤(4)中预烘温度为60-80℃,预烘时间为3-5min,焙烘温度为150-170℃,焙烘时间为2-3min,热水温度为40-50℃,冷水温度为20-25℃,烘干温度为60-80℃,烘干时间为5-8min。
本发明的有益效果如下:本发明通过将真丝样品于浸轧机中浸入防皱整理液中,进行二浸二轧,之后水洗烘干,完成真丝织物的抗皱整理工艺;通过在整理液中添加柠檬酸,减少了甲醛的排放,既保证抗皱效果又环保、安全;通过合理的控制催化剂、柔软剂和强力保护剂的量,有效的控制焙烘时间和焙烘温度,明显的提高了真丝织物的抗皱效果。

以下由特定的具体实施例说明本发明的实施方式,熟悉此技术的人士可由本说明书所揭露的内容轻易地了解本发明的其他优点及功效。
实施例1
一种真丝织物的抗皱整理工艺,经过整理液的配制、浸渍、二浸二轧和水洗烘干步骤,完成真丝织物的抗皱整理工艺;步骤具体如下:
(1)整理液的配制:将100g/L柠檬酸、20g/L次亚磷酸钠、10g/L聚醚型有机硅柔软剂、2g/L渗透剂JFC和5g/L三乙胺混合均匀,完成整理液的配制;
(2)浸渍:将真丝织物浸渍在整理液中,浸渍液浴比为1:15,浸渍时间为15min;
(3)二浸二轧:将浸渍之后的真丝织物在轧车进行浸轧,第一次浸泡时间为3min,第二次浸泡时间为3min,轧液率为75%;
(4)水洗烘干:将浸轧之后的真丝织物在60℃下进行预烘,预烘时间为3min,然后150℃下焙烘,焙烘时间为2min,再依次用40℃热水洗3次,20℃冷水洗涤3次,最后60℃烘干,烘干时间为5min,完成真丝织物的抗皱整理。
实施例2
一种真丝织物的抗皱整理工艺,经过整理液的配制、浸渍、二浸二轧和水洗烘干步骤,完成真丝织物的抗皱整理工艺;步骤具体如下:
(1)整理液的配制:将200g/L柠檬酸、60g/L硫代硫酸钠、60g/L聚氨脂型有机硅柔软剂、6g/L平平加O 和8g/L乙二醛混合均匀,完成整理液的配制;
(2)浸渍:将真丝织物浸渍在整理液中,浸渍液浴比为1:30,浸渍时间为30min;
(3)二浸二轧:将浸渍之后的真丝织物在轧车进行浸轧,第一次浸泡时间为5min,第二次浸泡时间为5min,轧液率为90%;
(4)水洗烘干:将浸轧之后的真丝织物在80℃下进行预烘,预烘时间为5min,然后170℃下焙烘,焙烘时间为5min,再依次用50℃热水洗5次,25℃冷水洗涤5次,最后80℃烘干,烘干时间为8min,完成真丝织物的抗皱整理。
实施例3
一种真丝织物的抗皱整理工艺,经过整理液的配制、浸渍、二浸二轧和水洗烘干步骤,完成真丝织物的抗皱整理工艺;步骤具体如下:
(1)整理液的配制:将150g/L柠檬酸、40g/L碳酸氢钠、35g/L聚硅氧烷类柔软剂、4g/L土耳其红油和7g/L乙二醛混合均匀,完成整理液的配制;
(2)浸渍:将真丝织物浸渍在整理液中,浸渍液浴比为1:23,浸渍时间为25min;
(3)二浸二轧:将浸渍之后的真丝织物在轧车进行浸轧,第一次浸泡时间为4min,第二次浸泡时间为4in,轧液率为80%;
(4)水洗烘干:将浸轧之后的真丝织物在70℃下进行预烘,预烘时间为4min,然后160℃下进行焙烘,焙烘时间为4min,再依次用45℃热水洗4次,23℃冷水洗涤4次,最后70℃烘干,烘干时间为6min,完成真丝织物的抗皱整理。
本发明通过将真丝样品于浸轧机中浸入防皱整理液中,经过整理液的配制、浸渍、二浸二轧和水洗烘干步骤;通过在整理液中添加柠檬酸,减少了甲醛的排放,既保证抗皱效果又环保、安全;通过合理的控制催化剂、柔软剂和强力保护剂的量,有效的控制焙烘时间和焙烘温度,明显的提高了真丝织物的抗皱效果。

Claims (7)

1.一种真丝织物抗皱整理工艺,其特征在于:经过整理液的配制、浸渍、二浸二轧和水洗烘干步骤,完成真丝织物的抗皱整理工艺;所述步骤具体如下:
整理液的配制:将100-200g/L柠檬酸、20-60g/L催化剂、10-60g/L有机硅柔软剂、2-6g/L渗透剂和5-8g/L强力保护剂混合均匀,完成整理液的配制;
浸渍:将真丝织物浸渍在整理液中,所述浸渍液浴比为1:15-30,所述浸渍时间为15-30min;
二浸二轧:将浸渍之后的真丝织物在轧车进行浸轧;
水洗烘干:将浸轧之后的真丝织物进行预烘,然后焙烘,再依次用热水洗3-5次,冷水洗涤3-5次,最后烘干,完成真丝织物的抗皱整理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种真丝织物抗皱整理工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中催化剂为次亚磷酸钠、硫代硫酸钠或碳酸氢钠中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种真丝织物抗皱整理工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中强力保护剂为三乙胺或乙二醛的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种真丝织物抗皱整理工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中渗透剂为渗透剂JFC、平平加O或土耳其红油中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种真丝织物抗皱整理工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中有机硅柔软剂为聚醚型有机硅柔软剂、聚氨脂型有机硅柔软剂或聚硅氧烷类柔软剂中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种真丝织物抗皱整理工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中,第一次浸泡时间为3-5min,第二次浸泡时间为3-5 min,轧液率为75-90%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种真丝织物抗皱整理工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中,预烘温度为60-80℃,预烘时间为3-5min,焙烘温度为150-170℃,焙烘时间为2-3min,热水温度为40-50℃,冷水温度为20-25℃,烘干温度为60-80℃,烘干时间为5-8min。
