“三高症”是指高血压、高血糖(糖尿病)和高脂血症。在中国人的十大死亡原因中,与“三高”相关的死亡人数占总死亡人数的27%。随着生活水平的提高和生活节奏的改变,高血压、高血糖和高血脂成为50岁以上中老年人健康的常见病,全世界每年死于心脑血管疾病的人数高达1500万人,居各种死因首位。心脑血管疾病已成为人类死亡病因最高的头号杀手。心脑血管疾病具有“发病率高、致残率高、死亡率高、复发率高,并发症多”形成“四高一多”的特点,目前,我国心脑血管疾病患者已经超过2.7亿人!高血脂可以引起血管栓塞;高血压可以引起脑出血和脑血管破裂;高血糖可以引起糖尿病。世界卫生组织曾经明确提出,防止心血管病的第一道防线就是减少“三高”和控制“三高”。 目前临床对三高的治疗一般用西药降压降糖降脂药,这些药物副作用大,不能达到标本兼治的目的。
锦灯笼为茄科多年生草本,具有清热利湿,祛痰止咳,软坚散结、排毒、抗癌功效,锦灯笼药用果皮味很苦,民间常用来泡水喝,但是由于其味非常苦,常人难以下咽,因此制约了锦灯笼的保健开发价值。

解决技术问题所采取的技术方案:一种锦灯笼保健饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)先将所述重量份的锦灯笼放入冷冻室冷冻,冷冻的温度为-20度,冷冻时间至少12小时;
2)将冷冻的锦灯笼在室温环境中自然解冻后进行打浆,得到锦灯笼原浆;
3)将所述重量份的枸杞、刺五加、马齿苋、桑椹与锦灯笼原浆混合后榨汁;
4)将所述重量份的蜂蜜、麦冬、桂枝、荆芥、玉米须与纯净水混合搅拌后用武火烧开,再用文火加热10分钟,过滤,将滤出的药液自然冷却;
5)将步骤3)、4)制得的汁液混合均匀,得锦灯笼保健饮料。
有益效果:本发明无毒副作用,经由独特的工艺步骤调和各原料,可充分利用各味中药的综合药效作用,有效预防或干预三高症,具有增强机体活力、调理补气、修复胰岛腺功能、降压、降脂、降糖、消炎等功效。非常适宜于三高症(高血压、高血糖和高血脂症)人群饮用。本发明以传统中医学理论为基础,精心挑选优良的中草药进行配伍组方,其中 :锦灯笼具有清热解毒,利咽,化痰,利尿的功效。长期食用可预防和治疗糖尿病。枸杞具有补肾益精,养肝明目,补血安神,生津止渴,润肺止咳的功效。枸杞富含枸杞多糖,能够增强非特异性免疫功能,提高抗病能力,抑制肿瘤生长和细胞突变。刺五加具有祛风湿、补肝肾、强筋骨、活血脉的功效。马齿苋含有丰富的二羟乙胺、苹果酸、葡萄糖、钙、磷、铁以及维生素E、胡萝卜素、维生素B、维生素C等营养物质。马齿苋的ω—3脂肪酸含量高于人和植物。ω—3脂肪酸能抑制人体对胆固酸的吸收,降低血液胆固醇浓度,改善血管壁弹性,对防治心血管疾病很有利。桑椹味甘酸、性寒,入肺、肝、肾、大肠经具有补肝益肾、生津润肠、乌发明目、止渴解毒、养颜等功效。麦冬味甘、微苦,性微寒,归胃、肺、心经,有养阴润肺、益胃生津、清心除烦的功效。桂枝辛温,可祛风寒,能治疗感冒风寒、发热恶寒等。荆芥味辛;微苦;性微温。具有祛风、解表、透疹、止血的功效。玉米须有利尿消肿;清肝利胆的功效。锦灯笼性味苦寒,长期食用易伤脾胃,用桂枝、荆芥配伍,为辛温解表重剂。其开腠理散寒邪之作用最强。诸药合用,协同作用效果明显,降三高效果显著。100例高血压患者饮用本发明饮料50天后(同期不服用降压药物及其他同类的保健产品),有 85.0% 的患者的血压有不同程度的降低 ;50例糖尿病患者遵嘱饮用本发明产品50 天后(同期不服用降糖药物及其他同类的保健产品),有80.0%的患者的血糖水平有明显的降低。
本发明保健饮料由于是对冷冻的锦灯笼解冻后进行打浆,降低了锦灯笼的苦味,改善了口感,同时由于与蜂蜜配伍,极大的提高了饮料的糖度,适合大众口味。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明锦灯笼保健饮料作进一步详述:
实施例1:
锦灯笼保健饮料是按下述方法制备的:
1)取锦灯笼 40克,将锦灯笼放入冷冻室内进行冷冻,冷冻的温度为-20℃,冷冻的时间至少为12小时;
2)将冷冻的锦灯笼在室温环境中自然解冻后进行打浆,得到锦灯笼原浆;
3)取枸杞15克、刺五加18克、马齿苋16克和桑椹10克,将将所述重量的枸杞、刺五加、马齿苋、桑椹与锦灯笼原浆混合后榨汁;
4)取蜂蜜25克、麦冬10克、桂枝10克、荆芥10克、玉米须10克和纯净水200克,将所述重量的蜂蜜、麦冬、桂枝、荆芥、玉米须与纯净水混合搅拌后用武火烧开,再用文火加热10分钟,过滤,将滤出的药液自然冷却;
5)最后将步骤3)、4)制得的汁液混合均匀,得本发明的锦灯笼保健饮料。
实施例2:
本实施例与实施例1的区别仅仅在于:制备锦灯笼保健饮料的原料配比不同。
本实施例中锦灯笼保健饮料,它是由下述重量配比的原料制成的,锦灯笼 55克、枸杞10克、刺五加12克、马齿苋11克、桑椹5克、蜂蜜10克、麦冬5克、桂枝5克、荆芥5克、玉米须5克、纯净水150克。
本实施例中锦灯笼保健饮料的制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3:
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:制备锦灯笼保健饮料的原料的配比不同。
本实施中锦灯笼保健饮料,它是由下述重量配比的原料制成的,锦灯笼 45份、枸杞13份、刺五加15份、马齿苋14份、桑椹8份、蜂蜜18份、麦冬8份、桂枝8份、荆芥8份、玉米须8份、纯净水180份。
本实施例中锦灯笼保健饮料的制备方法同实施例1。

1.一种锦灯笼保健饮料,其特征是:所述锦灯笼保健饮料由下述重量配比的原料制成的,锦灯笼 40-55份、枸杞10-15份、刺五加12-18份、马齿苋11-16份、桑椹5-10份、蜂蜜10-25份、麦冬5-10份、桂枝5-10份、荆芥5-10份、玉米须5-10份、纯净水150-200份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锦灯笼保健饮料,其特征是:所述锦灯笼保健饮料由下述重量配比的原料制成的,锦灯笼 45份、枸杞13份、刺五加15份、马齿苋14份、桑椹8份、蜂蜜18份、麦冬8份、桂枝8份、荆芥8份、玉米须8份、纯净水180份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的锦灯笼保健饮料的制备方法,其特征是:所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)先将所述重量份的锦灯笼放入冷冻室冷冻,冷冻的温度为-20度,冷冻时间至少12小时;
2)将冷冻的锦灯笼在室温环境中自然解冻后进行打浆,得到锦灯笼原浆;
3)将所述重量份的枸杞、刺五加、马齿苋、桑椹与锦灯笼原浆混合后榨汁;
4)将所述重量份的蜂蜜、麦冬、桂枝、荆芥、玉米须与纯净水混合搅拌后用武火烧开,再用文火加热10分钟,过滤,将滤出的药液自然冷却;
5)将步骤3)、4)制得的汁液混合均匀,得锦灯笼保健饮料。
