【技术领域】
本发明有关一种电连接器,尤其涉及一种结构简单且附带光线效果的电连接器。
【背景技术】
目前,业界用以连接扩充卡与电路板的电连接器,通常设有塑料座体及耳扣,塑料座体上设有若干导电端子,其一端设有凸座,凸座中设有收容耳扣的插槽,插槽两侧壁设有枢接孔,耳扣枢接于枢接孔中,该耳扣可将扩充卡稳固的扣持于电连接器内,防止因震动脱离产生信号中断。但是随着电子设备的发展,市场上对于电连接器的外观及光线效果的需求逐渐显现。
因此,确有必要提供一种新的电连接器以解决上述问题。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于:提供一种结构简单且附带光线效果的电连接器。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种电连接器,其包括纵长的绝缘本体、固持于所述绝缘本体内的若干导电端子、安装于所述绝缘本体的导光板、以及包覆所述绝缘本体的金属外壳,所述绝缘本体包括沿纵长方向延伸的两侧壁、位于纵长末端并连接所述两侧壁的两端壁以及由所述两侧壁与所述两端壁围设形成的中央插槽,所述金属外壳包括遮盖所述两侧壁上表面的遮盖部,所述遮盖部在所述导光板的正上方设有透光孔以传输光线。
本发明的目的还可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种电连接器,其包括纵长的绝缘本体、固持于所述绝缘本体的若干导电端子、安装于所述绝缘本体的导光板、以及包覆所述绝缘本体的金属外壳,所述绝缘本体包括沿纵长方向延伸的两侧壁、位于纵长末端并连接所述两侧壁的两端壁以及由所述两侧壁与所述两端壁围设形成的中央插槽,所述绝缘本体的两侧壁设有贯穿其上表面的透光孔,所述透光孔位于所述导光板的正上方以传输光线。
与现有技术相比,本发明电连接器在金属外壳或绝缘本体上设置透光孔以传输光线,结构简单且可变化多种光线效果。

【具体实施方式】
参考图1至图5所示,本发明提供一种用于插接电子卡(未图示)的电连接器100,所述电连接器100包括纵长的绝缘本体1,、固持于所述绝缘本体1的若干导电端子2、设于所述绝缘本体1纵长一端的耳扣部3、固持于所述绝缘本体1内的固持件4、安装于所述绝缘本体1的导光板5、包覆所述绝缘本体1的金属外壳6、以及安装于主板(未图示)上并位于所述绝缘本体1底侧的LED灯7。
所述绝缘本体1包括纵长方向延伸的两侧壁11、位于纵长末端并连接所述两侧壁11的两端壁12以及由所述两侧壁11和两端壁12围设形成的中央插槽13,所述电子卡插设于所述中央插槽13内以与所述导电端子2对接。所述绝缘本体1的两侧壁11在临近所述中央插槽13处设有与所述中央插槽13相连通的端子槽112,所述端子槽112贯穿所述两侧壁11的上表面。所述绝缘本体1的两侧壁11还设有自其上表面向下凹陷的收容槽111,所述导光板5收容于所述收容槽111内且所述导光板5的顶部暴露于所述两侧壁11的上表面。所述绝缘本体1的两侧壁11的上表面还设有若干第一定位部113,所述第一定位部113在横向方向上位于所述端子槽112与所述收容槽111之间。
所述导电端子2收容于所述端子槽112内。所述导电端子2包括与所述绝缘本体1固持的固持部21、自固持部21向上延伸并突伸入所述中央插槽13内的接触部22以及自所述固持部21向下延伸出所述绝缘本体1的焊接部23。当电子卡***所述电连接器100时,所述接触部22电性连接至所述电子卡,且通过焊接至电路板(未图示)的焊接部23实现电子卡与电路板的电连接。
所述耳扣部3可枢转地安装于所述绝缘本体1的一端。所述耳扣部3包括基部31、设于所述基部31下方的枢接轴32、设于所述基部31上方并背向所述中央插槽13延伸的扳动部33、以及同样位于所述基部31上方但面向所述中央插槽13延伸的扣持臂34及扣接部35。所述绝缘本体1在其纵长的一端设有与所述枢接轴32配合的枢接孔(未图示),所述枢接轴32***所述枢接孔以带动所述耳扣部3绕所述枢接轴32转动,从而实现对***所述电连接器100的电子卡的锁固和释放动作。
所述导光板5成对设置并分别收容于所述收容槽111内,所述导光板5包括纵长的主体部51及自所述主体部51向下延伸并暴露于所述两侧壁11下表面的延伸部52。所述延伸部52的纵向长度远小于所述主体部51的纵向长度,从而在安装所述导光板5至所述收容槽111的时候方便***定位。
所述金属外壳6包括包覆于所述绝缘本体1两侧壁11外侧的长壁61、连接所述长壁61的短壁62、自所述长壁61的下端继续向下延伸的若干焊接脚63、以及分别自两长壁61的上端分别朝向所述中央插槽13延伸的两遮盖部64。所述两遮盖部64之间还设有与所述中央插槽13对齐的纵长缺口65。所述绝缘本体1设有防呆部14,所述防呆部14连接所述两侧壁11。所述金属外壳6还包括连接所述两遮盖部64的横梁66,所述横梁66包覆在所述防呆部14的上方。所述遮盖部64包括位于所述收容槽11上方的若干间隔设置的长条形的透光孔641、位于所述透光孔641之间的间隔部642以及在横向方向上位于所述间隔部642与所述纵长缺口65之间的第二定位部643。所述第二定位部643与上述第一定位部113相互干涉以固持所述金属外壳6与绝缘本体1。在此实施方式中,所述第一定位部113为自所述两侧壁11上表面向上突出的凸块,所述第二定位部643为上下贯穿所述遮盖部64的定位孔、所述凸块穿过所述定位孔可以干涉固定;另外,也可将所述第一定位部113设置为定位孔、所述第二定位部643设置为凸块从而互相干涉配合。当然,第一、第二定位部并不仅限于上述凸块和定位孔的方式,其他具有相同效果的配合结构(例如第一定位部为凸包、第二定位部为凸块等结构)也同样包含在本保护范围内。
参考图2所示,所述金属外壳6还设有自所述短壁62的下端延伸的扣持部621,所述扣持部621可通过铆压的方式与所述绝缘本体1相互固持,从而将金属外壳6在上下方向上固持在一起。所述绝缘本体1的两端的底部向下延伸有凸垫15从而弥补绝缘本体1两端和中间的制造误差。所述固持件4包括安装于防呆部14的第一固持部41及位于绝缘本体1靠近耳扣部3一端的第二固持部42。
上述仅为本发明电连接器的实施方案一,以下将结合图5及图6所示介绍本发明的实施方案二。
本发明电连接器101包括纵长的绝缘本体1a、收容于所述绝缘本体1a内的若干导电端子2a、安装于所述绝缘本体1a一端的耳扣部3a、固持于所述绝缘本体1a的导光板5a、以及包覆于所述绝缘本体1a的金属外壳6a。所述导电端子2a、耳扣部3a以及导光板5a均与实施方案一的结构相似,故不再详细介绍。
所述绝缘本体1a包括纵长的两侧壁11a、连接两侧壁11a的两端壁12a、以及由两侧壁11a与两端壁12a围设形成的中央插槽13a。所述两侧壁11a包括***述导电端子2a的端子槽112a以及自两侧壁11a上表面向下凹陷的收容槽111a。所述导光板5a收容于所述收容槽111a内并暴露于所述两侧壁11a的上表面。所述两侧壁11a还包括在横向方向上位于所述收容槽111a与所述端子槽112a之间的安装槽113a,所述安装槽113a与所述端子槽112a相连通。
所述金属外壳6a包括包覆所述两侧壁11a的长壁61a及连接所述长壁61a的短壁62a、自所述长壁61a的下端向下延伸的焊接脚63a、以及自两长壁61a的上端分别朝向所述中央插槽13a延伸的遮盖部64a。所述金属外壳6a还包括自所述遮盖部64a继续延伸的干涉部67a。所述干涉部67a通过铆压***所述安装槽113a内,从而将金属外壳6a与绝缘本体1a固持在一起。所述遮盖部64a包括间隔设置的长条形透光孔641a及位于所述透光孔641a之间的间隔部642a。所述透光孔641a位于所述收容槽111a的正上方。

图9至图12揭示了本发明另一种实施方案,即实施方案五。本实施方案电连接器105包括纵长的绝缘本体1d、收容于所述绝缘本体1d的若干导电端子2d、可枢转地安装于所述绝缘本体1d纵长一端的耳扣部3d、分别安装于所述绝缘本体1d两侧的一对导光板5d、以及包覆在所述绝缘本体1d外侧的金属外壳6d。
所述绝缘本体1d包括沿纵长方向延伸的两侧壁11d、连接所述两侧壁11d的两端壁12d、以及由所述两侧壁11d及两端壁12d围设形成的中央插槽13d。所述两侧壁11d设有自其上表面向下凹陷的收容槽111d及用以***述导电端子2d的端子槽112d。所述收容槽111d为若干间隔设置的长条孔,所述两侧壁11d还包括位于相邻两收容槽111d之间的间隔部113d。所述两侧壁11d还设有自其上表面向下凹陷的安装槽114d,所述收容槽111d在横向方向上位于所述端子槽112与所述安装槽114d之间。所述端子槽112d与所述中央插槽13d相连通。
所述绝缘本体1d还设有自所述两侧壁11d的外侧面朝向所述中央插槽13d凹陷的凹槽115d,所述凹槽115d与所述收容槽111d相连通。所述导光板5d包括主体部51d、自所述主体部51d向上延伸的若干间隔设置的延伸部52d、以及位于相邻的两延伸部52d之间的隔离槽53d。所述延伸部52d与所述主体部51d之间为倾斜的斜面结构以改善直角型结构易折断的缺陷。在安装所述导光板5d时,所述主体部51d收容于所述凹槽115d内,所述间隔部113d与所述隔离槽53d相配合以使所述延伸部52d收容于上述收容槽111d内并露出于所述两侧壁11d的上表面。所述主体部51d的一端设计为倾斜面511d,所述绝缘本体1d对应该倾斜面511d处也设置成相应的倾斜结构116d。所述两侧壁11d对应该倾斜结构116d的上表面为半封闭式结构117d,即不设置安装槽114d或收容槽111d。
所述金属外壳6d包括相对的两长壁61d及一连接所述长壁61d的短壁62d。所述金属外壳6d在临近所述短壁62d的一端的上表面设有相向延伸的包覆部63d。所述包覆部63d包覆在所述半封闭式结构117d上方并在对应所述中央插槽13d处设有对应贯穿口631d。所述长壁61d的上端延伸有干涉部64d,所述干涉部64d通过铆压的方式收容于上述安装槽114d内从而将金属外壳6d与绝缘本体1d固定在一起。
本实施方案中,因LED灯(未图示)设置于绝缘本体1d的一端,为避免灯光向上直射过于强烈,故将绝缘本体1d及金属外壳6d对应该处分别设置成半封闭式结构117d及包覆部63d,且将导光板5的一端设置成倾斜面511d以将LED灯光导引至延伸部52d。该实施方案中,绝缘本体1d的收容槽111d即相当于透光孔,所述导光板5d的延伸部52d收容于所述收容槽111d并暴露于所述两侧壁11d的上表面,从而将灯光传输至绝缘本体1d的外侧。
图13揭示了本发明又一种实施方案,即实施方案六。相较于实施方案五,本实施方案六则改变了LED灯(未图示)的安装位置,从而去除了实施方案五中金属外壳6d的包覆部63d、绝缘本体1d的半封闭式结构117d以及导光板5d的倾斜面511d。本实施方案电连接器106相较于实施方案五,除了上述区别之外,其与均与实施方案五相同或相似,故不再详细阐述。
以下将结合图14至图16详细介绍本发明另一实施方案,即实施方案七。本实施方案七揭示了一种电连接器107,其包括绝缘本体1e、收容于所述绝缘本体1的若干导电端子2e、可枢转地安装于所述绝缘本体1e一端的耳扣部3e、安装于所述绝缘本体1e相对两侧的一对导光板5e、以及包覆在所述绝缘本体1e外侧的金属外壳6e。
所述绝缘本体1e包括沿纵长方向延伸的两侧壁11e、连接所述两侧壁11e的两端壁12e以及由两侧壁11e及两端壁12e共同围设形成的中央插槽13e。所述两侧壁11e包括自其上表面向下凹陷的收容槽111e、与所述收容槽111e相邻并与所述中央插槽13e连通的用以收容导电端子2e的若干端子槽112e、以及位于两侧壁11e中间部位并将所述收容槽111e一分为二的间隔部113e。所述间隔部113e设有自其上表面向下凹陷的安装槽114e,所述安装槽114e的深度小于所述收容槽111e的的深度。所述绝缘本体1e的两侧壁11e还设有自其外侧面向所述中央插槽13e凹陷的凹槽115e。所述绝缘本体1e的两端壁12e设有自其端面朝向所述中央插槽13e凹陷并贯穿绝缘本体1e上表面的凹口121e用以与对接电子卡(未图示)相配合。
所述导光板5e包括收容于所述凹槽115e内的主体部51e、自所述主体部51e向上延伸并收容于所述收容槽111内的延伸部52e、以及位于所述延伸部52e中间部位并将所述延伸部52e一分为二的隔离槽53e。所述主体部51e与所述延伸部52e的连接处为倾斜面设置。所述主体部51e的两端设有凸肋511e,所述两侧壁11e对应所述凸肋511e处设有与之相配合的沟槽。当安装所述导光板5e时,所述凸肋511e与所述沟槽配合,所述间隔部113e与所述隔离槽53e相配合从而将所述导光板5e固定至所述绝缘本体1e。所述导光板5e的两端还设有自所述主体部51e向下延伸的导光脚54e。
所述金属外壳6e包括两相对的长壁61e、连接所述长壁61e的短壁62e、以及自所述长壁61e向下延伸的焊接脚63e。所述长壁61e包括自其外表面向外突伸的长形凸包611e及位于长壁61e两端且向下延伸用以包覆所述导光脚54e的遮盖脚612e。所述短壁62e对应所述凹口121e处设有与之对应的凹口621e。所述金属外壳6e的中间设有自所述长壁61e的顶端朝向所述中央插槽13e延伸的干涉部64e,所述干涉部64e的末端通过铆压的方式***所述安装槽114e内,从而将金属外壳6e与绝缘本体1e扣持在一起。所述绝缘本体1e的两侧壁11e的顶端外侧对应所述焊接脚63e处设有贯穿两侧壁11e上表面及外侧面的倾斜结构116e,当安装所述金属外壳6e时,所述焊接脚63e穿过所述倾斜结构116e从而方便金属外壳6e的安装。
相较于现有技术,本发明电连接器通过在金属外壳6、6a、6b、6c上设置长条形透光孔641、641a或密集圆孔641b、641c,或在绝缘本体1d、1e上设置长条形收容槽111d、111e以代替透光孔传输光线,制造简单且外观多样化。

Claims (8)

1.一种电连接器,其包括纵长的绝缘本体、固持于所述绝缘本体内的若干导电端子、安装于所述绝缘本体的导光板、以及包覆所述绝缘本体的金属外壳,所述绝缘本体包括沿纵长方向延伸的两侧壁、位于纵长末端并连接所述两侧壁的两端壁以及由所述两侧壁与所述两端壁围设形成的中央插槽,其特征在于:所述金属外壳包括遮盖所述两侧壁上表面的遮盖部,所述遮盖部在所述导光板的正上方设有透光孔以传输光线,所述导光板包括纵长的主体部及自所述主体部向下延伸并暴露于所述两侧壁下表面的延伸部。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体的两侧壁设有自其上表面向下凹陷的收容槽,所述导光板收容于所述收容槽且所述导光板的顶部暴露于所述两侧壁的上表面。
3.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述透光孔为若干间隔设置的长条孔或若干间隔设置的圆孔。
4.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述两侧壁设有自其上表面向上突出的第一定位部,所述遮盖部设有所述第一定位部相配合的第二定位部,所述第二定位部在横向方向上位于所述透光孔与所述中央插槽之间。
5.一种电连接器,其包括纵长的绝缘本体、固持于所述绝缘本体的若干导电端子、安装于所述绝缘本体的导光板、以及包覆所述绝缘本体的金属外壳,所述绝缘本体包括沿纵长方向延伸的两侧壁、位于纵长末端并连接所述两侧壁的两端壁以及由所述两侧壁与所述两端壁围设形成的中央插槽,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体的两侧壁设有贯穿其上表面的透光孔,所述透光孔位于所述导光板的正上方以传输光线,所述绝缘本体的两侧壁设有自其外侧面向所述中央插槽凹陷的凹槽,所述凹槽与所述透光孔相连通,所述导光板包括收容于所述凹槽内的主体部及自所述主体部向上延伸且收容于所述透光孔的延伸部,所述延伸部的顶部暴露于所述两侧壁的上表面。
6.如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述透光孔为若干间隔设置的长条孔,所述延伸部对应所述长条孔间隔设置。
7.如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述金属外壳包括包覆在所述两侧壁外侧的长壁及自所述长壁朝向所述中央插槽延伸再弯折***所述两侧壁内的干涉部。
8.如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述导光板主体部的一端为倾斜设置的倾斜面,所述金属外壳对应所述倾斜面的一端设有朝向所述中央插槽延伸的包覆部。
