Abstract
一种卡缘连接器,其包括纵长的绝缘本体、固持于绝缘本体的导电端子及接地条,所述绝缘本体包括相对设置的两个侧壁及位于两个所述侧壁之间的卡收容槽,所述导电端子包括若干接地端子及若干信号端子,所述接地端子包括固持于绝缘本体的固持部、自固持部弯折而延伸入卡收容槽的弹性部及自固持部向下延伸出绝缘本体的接脚,所述弹性部具有弧形的接触部;所述接地端子包括抵接部,所述抵接部自接地端子弯折延伸而搭接所述接地条。如此设置,接地端子通过其抵接部向接地条弯折搭接,避免接地条结构复杂化,保证其固持稳定性,同时,抵接部与接地条接触可靠,从而改善卡缘连接器的高频效果。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种卡缘连接器,尤其涉及一种高频效果获得改善的卡缘连接器。
【背景技术】
与本发明相关的现有技术可参阅中国发明专利公开CN109004400A揭示了一种卡缘连接器,其包括纵长的绝缘本体、固定于绝缘本体的若干导电端子及固持于所述绝缘本体的接地件,所述绝缘本体包括相对设置的第一侧壁与第二侧壁及连接第一侧壁与第二侧壁的底壁,所述第一侧壁与第二侧壁之间形成向上开口的卡槽,所述若干导电端子分别排列于所述第一侧壁与所述第二侧壁,所述若干导电端子包括若干信号端子及若干接地端子,所述接地件安装于所述底壁,所述接地件设有若干弹性接脚,所述弹性接脚一一弹性抵接于对应所述接地端子。然而,该卡缘连接器通过接地件上的弹性接脚抵接至接地端子,因弹性接脚细小且接触区域呈弧形,在沿竖直方向固定时,易因安装不当压弯损坏弹性接脚进而导致接地件与接地端子之间有个别弹性接脚未接触,降低卡缘连接器整体高频效果。
因此,有必要对现有的卡缘连接器进行改造以克服上述缺陷。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种卡缘连接器,其高频效果获得改善。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种卡缘连接器,其包括纵长的绝缘本体、固持于绝缘本体的导电端子及接地条,所述绝缘本体包括相对设置的两个侧壁及位于两个所述侧壁之间的卡收容槽,所述导电端子包括若干接地端子及若干信号端子,所述接地端子包括固持于绝缘本体的固持部、自固持部弯折而延伸入卡收容槽的弹性部及自固持部向下延伸出绝缘本体的接脚,所述弹性部具有弧形的接触部;所述接地端子包括抵接部,所述抵接部自接地端子弯折延伸而搭接所述接地条。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:接地端子通过其抵接部向接地条弯折搭接,避免接地条结构复杂化,保证接地条固持稳定性,同时,抵接部与接地条接触可靠。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1至图9所示,为本发明揭示了一种卡缘连接器100,其包括纵长的绝缘本体1、固持于绝缘本体1的导电端子2及接地条3。绝缘本体1包括相对设置的两个侧壁11及位于两个侧壁11之间的卡收容槽12。导电端子2包括若干接地端子21及若干信号端子22。接地端子21包括固持于绝缘本体1的固持部23、自固持部23弯折而延伸入卡收容槽12的弹性部24及自固持部23向下延伸出绝缘本体1的接脚25。弹性部24具有弧形的接触部241。接地端子21包括抵接部26,抵接部26自接地端子21弯折延伸而搭接接地条3。如此设置,接地端子21通过其抵接部26向接地条3弯折搭接,避免接地条3结构复杂化,保证其固持稳定性。
参图3至图5,接地条3包括纵长的基部31及自基部31竖直延伸地若干竖直部32。若干接地端子21的抵接部26一一搭接於对应的竖直部32。接地条3包括自基部31向上竖直延伸的固定部33,固定部33干涉固定在侧壁11。竖直部32在纵长方向上的宽度小于固定部33在纵长方向上的宽度,但竖直部32在竖直方向上的高度则大于固定部33在竖直方向的高度。
弹性部24的下端由抵接部26连接于固持部23,抵接部26自固持部23上端向接地条3方向弯折而形成,抵接部26与弹性部24分别位于固持部23的内外两侧。因抵接部26与弹性部24上下一体连接,弯折的抵接部26增加了导电端子2的长度,进而提高自身的弹性性能;同时,导电端子2弹性部24在与对接模组对接时会向外张开,对与其一体连接的抵接部23产生一向外的压力,保证抵接部23与竖直部32之间的稳定接触。
在本实施例中,卡缘连接器100包括两个接地条3,导电端子2排列成两排且分别排列两个侧壁111内。接地条3固定在侧壁11且位于导电端子2的外侧,抵接部26向外弯折而搭接于竖直部32的内侧。
参图8及图9,侧壁11底面凹设有长槽111,接地条3自侧壁11底面向上组装至长槽111。从垂直于侧壁11方向看,固定部33位于相邻两个导电端子2之间且未与导电端子2接触,图5清晰可见。侧壁11设有用于收容导电端子2的端子收容腔112,端子收容腔112包括垂直于侧壁11的端壁面113及平行于侧壁11的侧壁面114,图4清晰可见。固持部23与端壁面113干涉固定且与侧壁面114之间具有间隙。
在本实施例中,信号端子22结构与接地端子21结构相同,即信号端子22具有与接地端子21结构相同的固持部23、弹性部24、接脚25及抵接部26。参图5,接地条3在与信号端子22相对的区域处未设有竖直部32,信号端子22的抵接部26未接触接地条3。参图6所示为一对接地端子21和信号端子22,接地端子21与竖直部32接触,而信号端子22的抵接部26与竖直部32错位而未接触接地条3。当然,在信号端子22结构与接地端子21不同的情况下,接地条3也可采用其他结构,如增加其基部31的高度直接与接地端子21的抵接部26接触,使接地条3结构更为简单,从而节省零件成本。
参图2及图4,两个接地条3的端部由垂直于接地条3的连接部34一体连接,连接部34贴靠于绝缘本体1底面,将两排导电端子2中的接地端子21连接起来改善卡缘连接器100的高频效果。当然,两个接地条3也可根据实际高频效果不采用连接部34连接,直接组装至对应侧壁11内。
综上所述,以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,不应以此限制本发明的范围。即凡是依本发明权利要求书及本发明说明书内容所作的简单的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明专利涵盖的范围内。
Claims (9)
1.一种卡缘连接器,其包括纵长的绝缘本体、固持于绝缘本体的导电端子及接地条,所述绝缘本体包括相对设置的两个侧壁及位于两个所述侧壁之间的卡收容槽,所述导电端子包括若干接地端子及若干信号端子,所述接地端子包括固持于绝缘本体的固持部、自固持部向上弯折而延伸入卡收容槽的弹性部及自固持部向下延伸出绝缘本体的接脚,所述弹性部具有弧形的用以与对接模组电性连接的接触部;其特征在于:所述接地端子包括抵接部,所述抵接部自接地端子弯折延伸而搭接所述接地条,所述抵接部位于所述固持部和所述弹性部之间,所述弹性部的下端由所述抵接部连接于固持部,所述抵接部自固持部上端向所述接地条方向弯折而形成。
2.如权利要求1所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述接地条包括纵长的基部及自基部竖直延伸地若干竖直部,若干所述接地端子的抵接部一一搭接于对应的竖直部。
3.如权利要求2所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述接地条包括自所述基部向上竖直延伸的固定部,所述固定部干涉固定在所述侧壁。
4.如权利要求3所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述卡缘连接器包括两个所述接地条,所述导电端子包括两排且分别排列在所述侧壁,所述接地条固定在所述侧壁且位于所述导电端子的外侧,所述抵接部向外弯折而搭接于所述竖直部的内侧。
5.如权利要求4所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述侧壁底面凹设有长槽,所述接地条自底面向上组装至所述长槽。
6.如权利要求5所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:从垂直于所述侧壁方向看,所述固定部位于相邻两个导电端子之间。
7.如权利要求1所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述接地端子的弹性部的下端由所述抵接部连接于固持部,所述抵接部自固持部上端向所述接地条方向弯折而形成;所述信号端子结构与接地端子结构相同,但信号端子的抵接部未接触接地条。
8.如权利要求1所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述侧壁设有用于***述导电端子的端子收容腔,所述端子收容腔包括垂直于所述侧壁的端壁面及平行于所述侧壁的侧壁面,所述固持部与所述端壁面干涉固定且与所述侧壁面之间具有间隙。
9.如权利要求4所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:两个所述接地条的端部由连接部一体连接,所述连接部贴靠于所述绝缘本体底面。
