Abstract

一种卡缘连接器及其锁卡机构。卡缘连接器包括纵长的绝缘本体、固持于绝缘本体的导电端子及锁卡机构,所述绝缘本体设有卡收容槽,所述锁卡机构包括卡锁定结构及用于解锁的操作部,所述操作部具有操作面;所述操作部为绝缘材料且其操作面贴附有金属板。如此设置,金属板使操作部具有金属光泽提高美观度,同时保护操作面不受外部工具抵压解锁时损坏。

卡缘连接器及其锁卡机构
【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种卡缘连接器,尤其涉及一种锁卡机构具有金属板的卡缘连接器。
【背景技术】
与本实用新型相关的现有技术可参阅中国实用新型专利公告 CN204045777U揭示了一种卡缘连接器,用于插置电子卡,所述卡缘连接器包括纵长的绝缘本体、收容于绝缘本体内的若干导电端子及安装于绝缘本体的端部的锁卡机构,所述锁卡机构包括基部及自基部的两侧向上延伸的扳动部,所述两扳动部之间设置有收容电子卡的容置槽及位于容置槽内的锁扣部。然,该锁卡机构易受外部工具抵压扳动部受损,同时也不能为锁卡机构增加美观度。
因此,有必要对现有的卡缘连接器进行改造以克服上述缺陷。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种卡缘连接器,其锁卡机构具有金属板。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种卡缘连接器,其包括纵长的绝缘本体、固持于绝缘本体的导电端子及锁卡机构,所述绝缘本体设有卡收容槽,所述锁卡机构包括卡锁定结构及用于解锁的操作部,所述操作部具有操作面;所述操作部为绝缘材料且其操作面贴附有金属板。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型还采用如下技术方案:
一种卡缘连接器的锁卡机构,其包括卡锁定结构及用于解锁的操作部,所述操作部具有操作面;所述操作部由绝缘材料制成且其操作面贴附有金属板。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:锁卡机构操作面贴附有金属板,使锁卡机构操作部具有金属光泽,提高整体美观度,同时保护操作面不因外部工具按压锁解锁而损坏操作面。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1至图5所示,为本实用新型第一实施例,揭示了一种卡缘连接器 100,其包括纵长的绝缘本体1、固持于绝缘本体1的导电端子2及锁卡机构3。绝缘本体1设有卡收容槽11。锁卡机构3包括卡锁定结构31及用于解锁的操作部 32。操作部32具有操作面321。操作部32为绝缘材料且其操作面321贴附有金属板4。金属板4的金属光泽可以有效提高卡缘连接器整体的美观度。而且现今的卡缘连接器通常为多个并排设置以节省空间,这样就导致想用手指按压操作部解锁就比较困难,在这种情况下,一般会使用外部工具如螺丝起子、圆珠笔等抵压在操作面321上解锁,导致损坏操作面321。金属板4贴附于操作面321可有效保护其不受外部按压工具损坏。
金属板4是由注塑成型的方法埋设在操作部32,金属板4的边缘嵌入操作部 32,金属板4暴露于操作面321,参图5。同时,金属板4由磁性材料制成,或者也可由能被磁性材料吸附的金属制成。金属板4可吸引螺丝起子之类的外部工具,方便按压解锁。
参图3及图4,锁卡机构3包括将其固定至绝缘本体1一端的安装部33。操作部32包括自卡锁定结构31的两侧横向凸伸的一对翼部320,操作面321位于翼部 320的上表面。
卡锁定结构31包括两个竖直壁311及位于竖直壁311下方的锁扣臂312。两个竖直壁311之间形成有卡接收槽313。锁扣臂312锁扣至绝缘本体1。锁扣臂312 在其自由末端处设有向内凸伸的锁扣块314。安装部33两侧向外突伸形成轴部 331以使卡锁定结构31可旋转地固定于绝缘本体1。轴部331在其上方位置处为一平面缺口。安装部33在竖直方向上的厚度在远离卡收容槽11的方向上逐渐减小。操作部32自竖直壁311向外延伸而形成。位于两个翼部320的金属板4有一连接部41作彼此连接,金属板4的前缘设有向下弯折的勾部42,以增加与操作部32的固持力。
参图1及图2,绝缘本体1包括两纵长侧壁13,导电端子2沿纵长方向排列设置于对应侧壁13。卡缘连接器100还包括贴附于侧壁13的金属外壳5。绝缘本体 1一端设有与锁卡机构3配合的固定部12,固定部12凹设有用于收容安装部33 的固定槽121,轴部331可于固定槽121内旋转。同时,固定部12外表面设有与锁扣臂312的锁扣块314配合的凹陷部122。
参图6及图7所示,为本实用新型第二实施例卡缘连接器的锁卡机构3’,该锁卡机构3’与第一实施例中的锁卡机构3结构大致相同,故不再一一累述,而其不同点则在于金属板的固定方式。在第二实施例中,金属板4’是组装固定至操作部32’并与其干涉配合的。翼部320’边缘向上凸设有肋条322’,肋条322’内侧面与竖直壁311’的外表面共同形成固持面。金属板4’边缘设有突刺与固持面干涉固定。
综上所述,以上仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例而已,不应以此限制本实用新型的范围。即凡是依本实用新型权利要求书及本实用新型说明书内容所作的简单的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本实用新型专利涵盖的范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种卡缘连接器,其包括纵长的绝缘本体、固持于绝缘本体的导电端子及锁卡机构,所述绝缘本体设有卡收容槽,所述锁卡机构包括卡锁定结构及用于解锁的操作部,所述操作部具有操作面;其特征在于:所述操作部为绝缘材料且其操作面贴附有金属板。
2.如权利要求1所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述金属板是由注塑成型的方法埋设在所述操作部,所述金属板暴露于所述操作面。
3.如权利要求1所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述金属板是组装固定至所述操作部并与其干涉配合。
4.如权利要求1所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述锁卡机构包括将其固定至所述绝缘本体一端的安装部,所述操作部包括自卡锁定结构的两侧横向凸伸的一对翼部,所述操作面位于所述翼部的上表面。
5.如权利要求4所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述卡锁定结构包括两个竖直壁及位于竖直壁下方的锁扣臂,两个所述竖直壁之间形成有卡接收槽,所述锁扣臂锁扣至所述绝缘本体;所述安装部两侧向外突伸形成轴部以使卡锁定结构可旋转固定于所述绝缘本体。
6.如权利要求5所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述操作部自所述竖直壁向外延伸而形成。
7.如权利要求5所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述锁扣臂在其自由末端处设有向内凸伸的锁扣块。
8.如权利要求4所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:两个所述翼部的金属板有一连接部作彼此连接,所述金属板的前缘设有向下弯折的勾部,以增加与所述操作部的固持力。
9.如权利要求1所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述金属板由磁性材料制成。
10.一种卡缘连接器的锁卡机构,其包括卡锁定结构及用于解锁的操作部,所述操作部具有操作面;其特征在于:所述操作部由绝缘材料制成且其操作面贴附有金属板。
