Abstract
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,公开了一种生产橡胶制品用的复合助剂,所述复合助剂由以下原料组成:活性剂、防老剂、防吐霜剂、粘合剂、促进剂、分散剂、内脱模剂、隔离剂,将上述组分材料活性剂、防老剂、防吐霜剂、粘合剂、促进剂、分散剂、内脱模剂、隔离剂加入密炼机,密炼20分钟,最后将混合料通过单螺杆挤出造粒,冷却,得到复合助剂,该复合助剂颗粒用于制作轮胎,输送带,胶鞋大底,胶管,胶带,胶辊,胶板,止水带,密封条,减震制品,杂件等橡胶制品,总用量为主胶的12~40%,一次性投放,省时省力省钱,提高效率,减低成本,绿色环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及高分子橡胶材料技术领域,具体涉及一种生产橡胶制品用的复合助剂。
背景技术
橡胶制品包括轮胎,输送带,胶鞋大底,胶管,胶带,胶辊,胶板,止水带,密封条,减震制品,杂件等,而橡胶制品在生产制造过程中存在以下几个缺陷:
1、由于橡胶制品的生产制造过程中,需要加入各种助剂,而这些助剂在橡胶中的溶解度很低,造成橡胶制品容易吐霜,不仅影响橡胶制品的外观,而且影响橡胶制品的品质;
2、另外橡胶在硫化过程中的活性剂,促进剂,橡胶制品的防老剂,橡胶制作过程中的分散剂,内脱模剂,在制造过程依次加入这些助剂,不仅操作繁琐,品种多样,计量不精确,容易产生不良次品;而且不环保,费时费力,不利于提高生产效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术问题,提供一种生产橡胶制品用的复合助剂,将这些助剂复合到一起,一次性投放橡胶制品的工艺中,省时省力省钱,提高效率,减低成本,绿色环保。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种生产橡胶制品用的复合助剂,该复合助剂由以下重量百分比的原料组成:

优选的,本发明所述的活性剂为氧化锌或碳酸锌,与硬酯酸的按配比混合,其中氧化锌与硬酯酸配比为:2~5:1,碳酸锌与硬酯酸配比为:3~7:1。
优选的,本发明所述的防老剂为RD,4010,4010NA,4020,防老剂甲,防老剂丁,防老剂SP,防雾蜡,BLE,MB,BHT,或者是两者以上任意比例组成的混合物。
优选的,本发明所述的防吐霜剂为聚异丁烯。
优选的,本发明所述的粘合剂为天然橡胶或合成橡胶,其中合成橡胶采用丁苯橡胶,三元乙丙橡胶,二元乙丙橡胶,丁腈橡胶或丁基橡胶中的任意一种。
优选的,本发明所述的促进剂为DM,M,CBS,NS,NOBS,TMTM,TMTD,D,PZ,BZ,或者是两者以上任意比例组成的混合物。
优选的,本发明所述的分散剂为有机锌盐,有机钙盐,有机钠盐,单甘脂,脂肪酸,或者是两者以上任意比例组成的混合物。
优选的,本发明所述的内脱模剂为脂肪酸,脂肪酸盐,或者是两者以上任意比例组成的混合物。
优选的,本发明所述的隔离剂为二氧化硅,碳酸钙,陶土,滑石粉或无机填充剂中的任意一种。
上述一种生产橡胶制品用的复合助剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:先依次把活性剂、防老剂、防吐霜剂、粘合剂(天然橡胶或合成橡胶)、促进剂、分散剂、内脱模剂、隔离剂分别加入密炼机密炼20分钟,得到混合料通过单螺杆挤出造粒,冷却,最后得到复合助剂的颗粒。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明复合助剂替代传统橡胶制品的胶硫化助剂,活性剂(如常用的氧化锌,碳酸锌,硬酯酸等),防老剂(如防雾蜡,SP,RD,MB,BHT,4010NA,4020,抗氧剂等),促进剂(如CBS,TMTM,DM,M,D,PZ,BZ等),直接投入制作橡胶制品的工艺中,使生产出来的橡胶制品稳定,环保,无毒,安全。
2、本发明复合助剂为颗粒状,易储存,易分散,防止运输过程中带来的二次污染。
3、本发明代替传统配方的助剂几十种压缩成复合助剂一种,省时省力,提高制品的稳定性。
4、使用本发明复合助剂,减少工厂对技术员的技术配方的依赖,使之成为简单易懂的“傻子配方”,让橡胶制品生产操作工艺简单,减少用量,降低成本,提高工作效率与制品质量。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,本发明的方式包括但不仅限于以下实施例。
实施例1
一种生产橡胶制品用的复合助剂,该复合助剂由以下重量百分比的原料组成:
一种生产橡胶制品用的复合助剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:先依次把30份氧化锌、6份硬酯酸、7份防老剂4010NA、5份防老剂RD、7份石蜡、9份促进剂CBS、3份促进剂DM、10份丁苯橡胶、2份有机锌盐,1份有机钙盐,2份脂肪酸,1份脂肪酸盐,5份轻质碳酸钙分别加入密炼机,密炼20分钟,得到混合料通过单螺杆挤出造粒,冷却,最后得到复合助剂颗粒。
将本发明的复合助剂颗粒用于制造汽车真空胶管的原料组分为(单位:公斤):

实施例2
一种生产橡胶制品用的复合助剂,该复合助剂由以下重量百分比的原料组成:
一种生产橡胶制品用的复合助剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:先依次把40份氧化锌、8份硬酯酸、3份防老剂4010NA、5份防老剂RD、3份防老剂BLE、3份石蜡、15份防吐霜剂聚异丁烯、2份促进剂CZ、2份促进剂DM、1份促进剂D、10份三元乙丙橡胶、2份单甘脂,2份脂肪酸,1份脂肪酸盐,3份二氧化硅分别加入密炼机,密炼20分钟,得到混合料通过单螺杆挤出造粒,冷却,最后得到复合助剂颗粒。
将本发明的复合助剂颗粒用于制造厚减震制品复合材料的原料组分为(单位:公斤):

实施例1及实施例2各项指标的对比结果
由以上图表可知,本发明复合助剂用于制作汽车真空胶管或厚减震制品都起到强大的作用,与现有汽车真空胶管或厚减震制品制备相比,本发明能够达到不吐霜,而且在相同条件下的材料配比,本发明的物性指标均提高10%~15%,具有节省材料与人工,降低成本,简化程序,不吐霜,绿色环保。

Claims (4)
1.一种生产橡胶制品用的复合助剂,其特征在于:该复合助剂由以下重量百分比的原料组成:活性剂30~60份、防老剂25~35份、防吐霜剂15~30份、粘合剂8~15份、促进剂10~25份、分散剂3~8份、内脱模剂3~8份、隔离剂3~5份,其中活性剂为氧化锌或碳酸锌,与硬酯酸按配比混合,氧化锌与硬酯酸配比为:2~5:1,所述的碳酸锌与硬酯酸配比为:3~7:1,所述防吐霜剂是聚异丁烯,所述的粘合剂为天然橡胶或者合成橡胶,其中合成橡胶为丁苯橡胶,三元乙丙橡胶,二元乙丙橡胶,丁腈橡胶或丁基橡胶中的任意一种,所述的隔离剂为二氧化硅,碳酸钙,陶土,滑石粉中的任意一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种生产橡胶制品用的复合助剂,其特征在于:所述的防老剂为RD,4010,4010NA,4020,防老剂甲,防老剂丁,防老剂SP,BLE,MB,BHT中一种或两种以上任意比例组成的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种生产橡胶制品用的复合助剂,其特征在于:所述的促进剂为DM,M,CBS,NS,NOBS,TMTM,TMTD,D,PZ,BZ中一种或两种以上任意比例混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种生产橡胶制品用的复合助剂,其特征在于:所述的内脱模剂为脂肪酸,脂肪酸盐中一种或两种以上任意比例组成的混合物。
