Abstract

本发明提供一种电机定子,包括磁芯、绕设于磁芯上的绕组、以及与绕组电连接的电路板,所述电路板上形成有穿孔,所述穿孔在电路板的周缘形成有开口,所述绕组的线端由开口滑入至穿孔内,所述线端的末端沿轴向穿过穿孔后弯折并焊接于电路板的表面上。本发明的电机定子的线端的末端从开口滑入至穿孔后弯折,线端的弯折部分挂靠在电路板上,从而能够承担外部应力,保护焊点,从而保证焊接的稳定性与可靠性。本发明还提供一种具有所述定子的电机。

Description

电机及其定子
【技术领域】
本发明涉及电机,具体地,涉及电机定子。
【背景技术】
电机是常用的驱动装置,其包括定子及相对定子转动的转子。其中,定子包括磁芯、绕设于磁芯上的绕组、以及与绕组连接的电路板,电路板上设置有驱动电路、Hall IC等器件,外部电源通过电路板上的电路对线圈供电,形成交变的磁场,与转子的永磁体作用,推动转子持续转动,带动负载。
现有定子结构中,绕组与电路板的连接通常是在电路板上设穿孔,将绕组的线线端29***电路板的穿孔,所述穿孔内填充有焊料,将绕组的线端29焊接于穿孔内使其与驱动电路相连。然而,上述连接方式中,由于漆皮线的应力(绕线力和热胀冷缩的变形力)的作用,以及机械振动等外部作用容易导致脱焊的情况,导致短路或者火花,影响电机寿命和安规。线端29线端29。
【发明内容】
有鉴于此,提供一种电机定子,其绕组与电路板的连接更稳定,且操作更方便。
一方面,本发明提供一种电机定子,包括磁芯、绕设于磁芯上的绕组、以及与绕组电连接的电路板,所述电路板上形成有穿孔,所述穿孔在电路板的周缘形成有开口,所述绕组的线端由开口滑入至穿孔内,所述线端的末端沿轴向穿过穿孔后弯折并焊接于电路板的表面上。
较佳地,所述开口呈渐开的喇叭状。
较佳地,所述穿孔内卡设有保护元件,所述保护元件将绕组的线端与穿孔的孔壁隔离。
较佳地,所述保护元件与所述绕组的线端接触的部分呈光滑的曲面。更佳地,所述曲面为圆弧面。
较佳地,所述保护元件包括C形的本体以及由本体延伸的扣钩,所述本体与电路板的一表面相叠,扣钩穿过穿孔后与电路板的另一表面钩扣以将保护元件固定在电路板上。
较佳地,所述保护元件由塑料制成。
较佳地,所述电路板呈扇形。
较佳地,所述绕组的末端通过锡焊固定于电路板的表面上。
另一方面,本发明还提供一种电机,其包括上述定子以及相对定子转动的转子。较佳地,所述定子为外转子电机,所述转子环绕于所述定子***。更佳地,所述电机为单相电机。
较佳地,所述定子和转子之间形成气隙,所述定子的磁芯包括轭及自轭延伸的若干齿,每一齿的末端形成齿冠,相邻的齿冠之间形成槽口,所述槽口的宽度不大于所述气隙宽度的3倍。
相较于现有技术,本发明电机的定子中,绕组的线端经由开口横向滑入穿孔内,操作方便,线端的弯折部分挂靠在电路板上,能够承担外力的作用,对焊点起到保护作用,焊接后绕组与电路板的连接更稳定。

【具体实施方式】
如图1所示为根据本发明一实施例的电机定子10,包括支撑座12、固定于支撑座12上的电路板14、以及套接于支撑座12上的电枢16。
请同时参阅图2与图3,所述支撑座12包括底座18、以及由底座18的中央沿轴向一体向外延伸的凸柱20。其中,底座18整体呈扁平圆盘状结构,具有较大的径向尺寸。所述底座18在靠近其外边缘的位置上形成有多个固定柱22,螺钉等固定件穿过固定柱22将电机固定连接于其它相配合的物件上。所述凸柱20呈中空圆筒状,内部设有轴承组件24,用于支撑转子的转动。较佳地,所述轴承组件包括一轴承及一轴承套,所述轴承优选的为滚珠轴承,转子的转轴可转动地插接于轴承组件24内。
所述电枢16套接于凸柱20上,两者之间可以是紧配合等。所述电枢16包括磁芯26、绕设于磁芯26上的绕组28、以及包覆于磁芯26上将磁芯26与绕组28隔离的绝缘架30。
请同时参阅图4,所述磁芯26由导磁材料,如矽钢片等堆叠而成。磁芯26包括环形的轭32、以及由轭32的外缘沿径向向外延伸的若干齿34。所述轭32环套于凸柱20上,将电枢16固定。较佳地,所述凸柱20的外壁面上形成有台阶21,与磁芯26的轭32相抵顶在轴向上定位(见图2)。所述齿34沿轭32的周向均匀间隔设置,每一齿34的径向线端29形成一弧形的齿冠36。所述齿冠36具有较大的周向长度,齿冠36的周向线端29伸出至绝缘架30之外,相邻的齿冠36的线端29之间形成窄小的槽口38,以降低齿槽转矩。
所述绕组28缠绕于磁芯26的齿34上并位于齿冠36的径向内侧,绕组28由漆包线绕制而成。绕组28的线端29与电路板14相连(见图2-3)。优选地,所述电路板14上设有相应的驱动电路,对绕组28供以单相交变直流电。本实施例中,所述电路板14呈扇形,相对于传统的圆环形电路板具有更小的尺寸。在生产制造时,也可以有效利用板材,减少废料的产生。本实施例中,所述底座18上设有对应电路板14的形状、尺寸的切口40(见图3),组装时电路板14嵌设于底座18的切口40位置处,并通过螺钉等固定件固定连接于底座18上。如此,电路板14不会额外占据空间,有效减小定子10以及由其构成的电机的轴向尺寸。
请同时参阅图5,对应于绕组28的线端29,所述电路板14在其外边缘处形成有穿孔42。所述穿孔42为C形,在轴向上贯穿所述电路板14,在周向上则在对应电路板14的外边缘处形成开口44。如此,绕组28的线端29无需经由轴向穿过穿孔42,而是由穿孔42的开口44沿横向滑入至穿孔42内,方便了绕组28与电路板14穿孔42的连接,节省时间。较佳地,所述开口44朝电路板14的***呈渐开的喇叭状,从而更利于线端29嵌入。在绕组28的线端29滑入穿孔42之后,伸出穿孔42的部分弯折,并通过焊料15与电路板14的表面焊接固定。较佳地,所述焊料为锡。由于绕组28的线端29是穿过穿孔42后弯折拉至与电路板14的表面相连,线端29弯折部分挂靠到电路板14的开口44边缘,能够承担外力的作用,对焊点起到保护作用,可以保证绕组28与电路板14连接的稳定性与安全性。
另外,为避免线端29与电路板14的尖锐的切口直接接触,在所述穿孔42处卡接有保护元件46。如图6所示,所述保护元件46包括本体48以及由本体48延伸的扣钩50。其中,本体48与电路板14的一表面(图示方向为上表面)相叠,扣钩50穿过穿孔42后钩扣于电路板14相对的另一表面(图示方向为下表面),将穿孔42的边缘覆盖。较佳地,所述本体48呈C形或U形。所述保护元件46为绝缘塑料,具有一定的弹性。在与电路板14相组装时,可以通过弹性变形减小尺寸,方便其扣钩50穿过穿孔42;在扣钩50穿过穿孔42之后恢复形变,与电路板14相钩扣将保护元件46固定。绕组28的线端29由开口44滑入穿孔42,绕组28在保护元件46的作用下与电路板14的穿孔42的孔壁相隔离,保证电气安全。较佳地,所述保护元件46与所述线端29接触的部分为光滑的曲面,比如圆弧面,以避免线端29在应力作用下断裂,从而更好地保护线端29,使线端29能够承载更大的外部应力。
图7所示为本发明一实施例的电机60,所述电机60具有图1所示的定子10及一转子70。较佳地,所述电机60为单相外转子电机。所述转子70环绕于定子10***。定子10和转子70之间形成气隙,所述定子10的齿冠36之间的槽口38的宽度不大于气隙的径向宽度的3倍。
需要说明的是,本发明并不局限于上述实施方式,根据本发明的创造精神,本领域技术人员还可以做出其他变化,这些依据本发明的创造精神所做的变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (13)

1.一种电机定子,包括磁芯、绕设于磁芯上的绕组、以及与绕组电连接的电路板,其特征在于:所述电路板上形成有穿孔,所述穿孔在电路板的周缘形成有开口,所述绕组的线端由开口滑入至穿孔内,所述线端的末端沿轴向穿过穿孔后弯折并焊接于电路板的表面上。
2.如权利要求1所述的定子,其特征在于,所述开口呈渐开的喇叭状。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的定子,其特征在于,所述穿孔内卡设有保护元件,所述保护元件将绕组的线端与穿孔的孔壁隔离。
4.如权利要求3所述的定子,其特征在于,所述保护元件与所述绕组的线端接触的部分呈光滑的曲面。
5.如权利要求4所述的定子,其特征在于,所述曲面为圆弧面。
6.如权利要求3所述的定子,其特征在于,所述保护元件包括C形的本体以及由本体延伸的扣钩,所述本体与电路板的一表面相叠,扣钩穿过穿孔后与电路板的另一表面钩扣以将保护元件固定在电路板上。
7.如权利要求3所述的定子,其特征在于,所述保护元件由塑料制成。
8.如权利要求1所述的定子,其特征在于,所述电路板呈扇形。
9.如权利要求1所述的定子,其特征在于,所述绕组的末端通过锡焊固定于电路板的表面上。
10.一种电机,包括定子以及相对定子转动的转子,其特征在于,所述定子为权利要求1至9任意一项所述的定子。
11.如权利要求10所述的电机,其特征在于,其为外转子电机,所述转子环绕于所述定子***。
12.如权利要求10所述的电机,其特征在于,其为单相电机。
13.如权利要求10所述的电机,其特征在于,所述定子和转子之间形成气隙,所述定子的磁芯包括轭及自轭延伸的若干齿,每一齿的末端形成齿冠,相邻的齿冠之间形成槽口,所述槽口的宽度不大于所述气隙宽度的3倍。
