Abstract

本发明涉及无纺布制造设备技术领域,具体涉及双模头复合交络双组份纺粘水刺无纺布生产设备及生产工艺。该设备包括铺网机,在铺网机上有管式拉伸机构和长狭缝拉伸机构;管式拉伸机构从上至下依次包括熔融纺丝小组件复合模头,单向侧吹风装置,牵伸头,不锈钢牵伸管,摆丝机,导向装置;长狭缝拉伸结构从上至下依次包括熔融纺丝大组件复合模头,双向侧吹风装置,长狭缝负压拉伸装置,由本发明制得产品的布面均匀度和强力均得到了提升,纤维强力以100g/m2定重,纵向断裂强力380N/50mm,横向断裂强力260N/50mm,纵向伸长60%,横向伸长78%,纵向撕裂强力60N,横向撕裂强力40N,产品均匀度CV值在3‑5%之内。

双模头复合交络双组份纺粘水刺无纺布生产设备及生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布制造设备技术领域,具体涉及双模头复合交络双组份纺粘水刺无纺布生产设备及生产工艺。
背景技术
在化纤长丝生产领域,双组份复合纺丝技术已较为成熟,并已广泛应用。各种不同长丝的纤维截面形态种类较多,经纺丝POY+DTY\FDY工艺路线方式制得的长丝制备的织物已广泛应用在服用领域。在纺丝长纤过程中的纤维拉伸工艺有热轧拉伸,管式HOY拉伸方式,纺卷绕成卷后至织布工序。在纺粘无纺布生产设备工艺方式中,管式拉伸,长狭缝拉伸都分别独立完成至铺网机上,制得初生纤网,经预轧和水刺,制成水刺无纺布。
在双组份纺粘长丝无纺布生产工艺中,经长狭缝拉伸方式制得的无纺布初生纤网均匀度较好,但纤维布的纵横向强力差别较大,纵横向强力比一般在1:0.6~0.7范围内。以管式拉伸方式牵伸风压力0.5MPa时,纤维丝及成布的纵横向强力一般可做到1:1.0~1.2,但均匀度的偏差一般在≥7%以上,影响了产品的市场应用,尤其是双组份薄型50g/m2左右的纺粘水刺布根本无法制备革基布和过滤材料。
发明内容
为了克服上述问题,本发明采用双模头复合交络双组份纺粘水刺无纺布生产设备,在一台铺网机上采用双道预轧辊,本发明还提供了使用该设备的生产工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
双模头复合交络双组份纺粘水刺无纺布生产设备,包括铺网机,在铺网机上有管式拉伸机构和长狭缝拉伸机构;管式拉伸机构从上至下依次包括熔融纺丝小组件复合模头,单向侧吹风装置,牵伸头,不锈钢牵伸管,摆丝机,导向装置;长狭缝拉伸结构从上至下依次包括熔融纺丝大组件复合模头,双向侧吹风装置,长狭缝负压拉伸装置。
上述双模头复合交络双组份纺粘水刺无纺布生产设备,不锈钢牵伸管长2m,内直径为10~12mm,外直径为14~16mm。
上述双模头复合交络双组份纺粘水刺无纺布生产设备,铺网机上还设有热风干扰装置。
上述双模头复合交络双组份纺粘水刺无纺布生产设备,所述铺网机设有双流道吸风机构。
上述双模头复合交络双组份纺粘水刺无纺布生产设备,所述铺网机采用橫动装置。
使用上述双模头复合交络双组份纺粘水刺无纺布生产设备的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:(1)管式拉伸:双组份高聚物切片经熔融纺丝小组件复合模头,侧吹风冷却后,牵伸头、不锈钢牵伸管进行负压拉伸,压力为0.05~0.07MPa,再摆丝成网后,由导向装置转移至长狭缝牵伸中心线距离300~800mm;
(2)长狭缝拉伸:将双组份高聚物切片经熔融纺丝大组件复合模头后,再经过狭缝负压拉伸装置,丝束在脱离了牵伸狭缝拉伸后,经热风干扰装置将丝条均匀地铺设在铺网机上;
(3)熔融纺丝大组件复合模头和熔融纺丝小组件复合模头的纤维束分别在管式拉伸和狭缝拉伸下,复合交络成网,经设有双流道吸风机构的铺网机,再经预压轧辊,去圆网水刺机制备成水刺无纺布。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
1.本发明管式拉伸纤维束经摆丝成网与狭缝拉伸成网的纤维束复合成布既解决了双组份水刺纵横向纤网布强力提升问题,也解决了水刺布面的均匀度问题。
2.经在同一铺网机上实施双组份双模头复合交络成纤网后,双热轧预轧,水刺后,纤维强力以100g/m2定重,纵向断裂强力380N/50mm,横向断裂强力260N/50mm,纵向伸长60%,横向伸长78%,纵向撕裂强力60N,横向撕裂强力40N,产品均匀度CV值在3-5%之内。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步说明。
如图所示,本发明双模头复合交络双组份纺粘水刺无纺布生产设备包括铺网机11,在铺网机上有管式拉伸机构和长狭缝拉伸机构;管式拉伸机构从上至下依次包括熔融纺丝小组件复合模头1,单向侧吹风装置2,牵伸头3,不锈钢牵伸管4,摆丝机5,导向装置6;长狭缝拉伸结构从上至下依次包括熔融纺丝大组件复合模头7,双向侧吹风装置8,长狭缝负压拉伸装置9。铺网机上设有热风干扰装置10和双流道吸风机构12,铺网机采用横动装置13。不锈钢牵伸管长2m,内直径为10~12mm,外直径为14~16mm。
使用上述双模头复合交络双组份纺粘水刺无纺布生产设备的生产工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)管式拉伸:双组份高聚物切片经熔融纺丝小组件复合模头,侧吹风冷却后,牵伸头、不锈钢牵伸管进行负压拉伸,压力为0.05~0.07MPa,再摆丝成网后,由导向装置转移至长狭缝牵伸中心线距离300~800mm;
(2)长狭缝拉伸:将双组份高聚物切片经熔融纺丝大组件复合模头后,再经过狭缝负压拉伸装置,丝束在脱离了牵伸狭缝拉伸后,经热风干扰装置将丝条均匀地铺设在铺网机上;
(3)熔融纺丝大组件复合模头和熔融纺丝小组件复合模头的纤维束分别在管式拉伸和狭缝拉伸下,复合交络成网,经设有双流道吸风机构的铺网机,再经预压轧辊,去圆网水刺机制备成水刺无纺布。

1.双模头复合交络双组份纺粘水刺无纺布生产设备,包括铺网机(11),其特征在于,在铺网机上有管式拉伸机构和长狭缝拉伸机构;管式拉伸机构从上至下依次包括熔融纺丝小组件复合模头(1),单向侧吹风装置(2),牵伸头(3),不锈钢牵伸管(4),摆丝机(5),导向装置(6);长狭缝拉伸结构从上至下依次包括熔融纺丝大组件复合模头(7),双向侧吹风装置(8),长狭缝负压拉伸装置(9)。
2.如权利要求1所述的双模头复合交络双组份纺粘水刺无纺布生产设备,其特征在于,不锈钢牵伸管长2m,内直径为10~12mm,外直径为14~16mm。
3.如权利要求1所述的双模头复合交络双组份纺粘水刺无纺布生产设备,其特征在于,铺网机上还设有热风干扰装置(10)。
4.如权利要求1所述的双模头复合交络双组份纺粘水刺无纺布生产设备,其特征在于,所述铺网机设有双流道吸风机构(12)。
5.如权利要求1所述的双模头复合交络双组份纺粘水刺无纺布生产设备,其特征在于,所述铺网机采用橫动装置(13)。
6.使用如权利要求1所述的双模头复合交络双组份纺粘水刺无纺布生产设备的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)管式拉伸:双组份高聚物切片经熔融纺丝小组件复合模头,侧吹风冷却后,牵伸头、不锈钢牵伸管进行负压拉伸,压力为0.05~0.07MPa,再摆丝成网后,由导向装置转移至长狭缝牵伸中心线距离300~800mm;
(2)长狭缝拉伸:将双组份高聚物切片经熔融纺丝大组件复合模头后,再经过狭缝负压拉伸装置,丝束在脱离了牵伸狭缝拉伸后,经热风干扰装置将丝条均匀地铺设在铺网机上;
(3)熔融纺丝大组件复合模头和熔融纺丝小组件复合模头的纤维束分别在管式拉伸和狭缝拉伸下,复合交络成网,经设有双流道吸风机构的铺网机,再经预压轧辊,去圆网水刺机制备成水刺无纺布。
