Abstract
本发明公开了一种三重减震器,包括底座、橡胶簧、盖板、隔板、上型腔、下型腔和弹簧,所述底座内部设有下型腔,下型腔内设有圆台,圆台上面安装有隔板,隔板上设有若干阻尼孔,隔板上还设有圆环凹槽,所述圆环凹槽上面安装有弹簧;所述底座上安装有橡胶簧;所述橡胶簧上安装有盖板;所述盖板与橡胶簧连接形成上型腔;本发明通过将橡胶簧外侧设有锯齿结构,橡胶簧内侧设有圆弧结构,这样有利于橡胶簧的减振;隔板上阻尼孔的直径为5~8mm,保证减震器有良好的减振效果;结构上设有若干安装孔和连接孔,安装连接方便;采用弹簧、阻尼液体和橡胶簧三级减振,减振可靠、效果好;本发明结构简单,方便实用,减振效果好,可广泛推广应用。

技术领域
本发明涉及减震器的技术领域,特别是一种三重减震器的技术领域。
背景技术
发动机支架减振装置是用于汽车发动机与汽车底盘连接的一种减振装置。通常,发动机支架减振装置包括金属支架和减振橡胶,金属支架大多数设计成园筒状,再与连接板焊接,减振橡胶镶嵌在金属支架内,这种结构的减振效果往往都不是很好,橡胶是成块的,这样不仅压缩量有限,同时也浪费材料,对于需要较大减振的场合就显得不能应用了,为此针减震器这些不合理的设计和结构,有必要设计一种减振效果好的减振器。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种三重减震器,采用液力、橡胶和弹簧减振的方式,能够使减振效果更好,可靠性增强,同时节约橡胶材料。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种三重减震器,包括底座、橡胶簧、盖板、隔板、上型腔、下型腔和弹簧,所述底座内部设有下型腔,下型腔内设有圆台,圆台上面安装有隔板,隔板上设有若干阻尼孔,隔板上还设有圆环凹槽,所述圆环凹槽上面安装有弹簧;所述底座上安装有橡胶簧;所述橡胶簧上安装有盖板;所述盖板与橡胶簧连接形成上型腔。
作为优选,所述隔板上表面与底座上表面相平,隔板上阻尼孔的直径为5~8mm。
作为优选,所述底座与橡胶簧一端用螺杆通过橡胶簧第一安装孔和底座连接孔连接,橡胶簧外侧设有锯齿结构,橡胶簧内侧设有圆弧结构。
作为优选,所述盖板与橡胶簧另一端用螺杆通过橡胶簧第二安装孔和盖板连接孔连接。
作为优选,所述底座设有底座凸耳,底座凸耳上设有底座安装孔;盖板上设有盖板凸耳,盖板凸耳上设有盖板安装孔。
作为优选,所述上型腔和下型腔充满阻尼液体。
作为优选,所述弹簧下端与圆环凹槽底面相连接,弹簧上端与盖板下侧相连接。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过将橡胶簧外侧设有锯齿结构,橡胶簧内侧设有圆弧结构,这样有利于橡胶簧的减振;隔板上阻尼孔的直径为5~8mm,保证减震器有良好的减振效果;结构上设有若干安装孔和连接孔,安装连接方便;采用弹簧、阻尼液体和橡胶簧三级减振,减振可靠,减振效果好;本发明结构简单,方便实用,减振效果好,可以广泛推广应用。

具体实施方式
参阅图1、图2、图3和图4,本发明,包括底座1、橡胶簧2、盖板3、隔板4、上型腔5、下型腔6和弹簧7,所述底座1内部设有下型腔6,下型腔6内设有圆台14,圆台14上面安装有隔板4,隔板4上设有若干阻尼孔41,隔板4上还设有圆环凹槽42,所述圆环凹槽42上面安装有弹簧7;所述底座1上安装有橡胶簧2;所述橡胶簧2上安装有盖板3;所述盖板3与橡胶簧2连接形成上型腔5;隔板4上表面与底座1上表面相平,隔板4上阻尼孔41的直径为5~8mm;底座1与橡胶簧2一端用螺杆通过橡胶簧第一安装孔21和底座连接孔11连接,橡胶簧2外侧设有锯齿结构22,橡胶簧2内侧设有圆弧结构23;盖板3与橡胶簧2另一端用螺杆通过橡胶簧第二安装孔24和盖板连接孔31连接;底座1设有底座凸耳13,底座凸耳13上设有底座安装孔12;盖板3上设有盖板凸耳33,盖板凸耳33上设有盖板安装孔32;上型腔5和下型腔6充满阻尼液体;弹簧7下端与圆环凹槽42底面相连接,弹簧7上端与盖板3下侧相连接。
本发明工作过程:
本发明一种三重减震器在工作过程中,先将底座1、隔板4、弹簧7和橡胶簧2安装好,再将阻尼液体倒入上型腔5内,最后将盖板3安装在橡胶簧2上,盖板安装孔32与发动机安装孔相连接,底座安装孔12与车身相连接,这样当发动机产生振动向下运动时压缩橡胶簧2和弹簧7,使得阻尼液体通过阻尼孔41进入下型腔6,达到缓冲的目的,当发动机产生振动向上运动时橡胶簧2和弹簧7形变恢复,阻尼液体通过阻尼孔41从新回到上型腔5,这样依次循环往复,就可以很好的吸收由于发动机产生的振动。
本发明通过将橡胶簧2外侧设有锯齿结构22,橡胶簧2内侧设有圆弧结构23,这样有利于橡胶簧2的减振;隔板4上阻尼孔41的直径为5~8mm,保证减震器有良好的减振效果;结构上设有若干安装孔和连接孔,安装连接方便;采用弹簧7、阻尼液体和橡胶簧2三级减振,减振可靠,减振效果好;本发明结构简单,方便实用,减振效果好,可以广泛推广应用。

1.一种三重减震器,其特征在于:包括所述底座(1)、橡胶簧(2)、盖板(3)、隔板(4)、上型腔(5)、下型腔(6)和弹簧(7),所述底座(1)内部设有下型腔(6),下型腔(6)内设有圆台(14),圆台(14)上面安装有隔板(4),隔板(4)上设有若干阻尼孔(41),隔板(4)上还设有圆环凹槽(42),所述圆环凹槽(42)上面安装有弹簧(7);所述底座(1)上安装有橡胶簧(2);所述橡胶簧(2)上安装有盖板(3);所述盖板(3)与橡胶簧(2)连接形成上型腔(5);所述隔板(4)上表面与底座(1)上表面相平,隔板(4)上阻尼孔(41)的直径为5~8mm;所述底座(1)与橡胶簧(2)一端用螺杆通过橡胶簧第一安装孔(21)和底座连接孔(11)连接,橡胶簧(2)外侧设有锯齿结构(22),橡胶簧(2)内侧设有圆弧结构(23);所述盖板(3)与橡胶簧(2)另一端用螺杆通过橡胶簧第二安装孔(24)和盖板连接孔(31)连接;所述底座(1)设有底座凸耳(13),底座凸耳(13)上设有底座安装孔(12);盖板(3)上设有盖板凸耳(33),盖板凸耳(33)上设有盖板安装孔(32);所述弹簧(7)下端与圆环凹槽(42)底面相连接,弹簧(7)上端与盖板(3)下侧相连接。
