2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型汽车发动机底护板回收材料应用方法,其特征在于:步骤二所述制备玻纤增强PP材料制成玻纤增强PP纤维过程包括熔融过程,待玻纤增强PP纤维完全熔融后,同时加入氧化钠和氧化钙用以调节玻纤增强PP纤维的碱性,所述氧化钠、氧化钙和玻纤增强PP材料的重量分数比为1:1.2:100。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型汽车发动机底护板回收材料应用方法,其特征在于:步骤二所述回收毡颗粒和玻纤增强PP纤维加入比例1:1。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种新型汽车发动机底护板回收材料应用方法,其特征在于:所述回收毡颗粒平均粒径为0.1-3mm。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种新型汽车发动机底护板回收材料应用方法,其特征在于:所述玻纤增强PP纤维的纤度为8000-10000旦。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型汽车发动机底护板回收材料应用方法,其特征在于:步骤四具体包括:在第一层无纺布上平铺玻纤增强PP纤维做为第二层,在玻纤增强PP纤维上铺设一层回收毡颗粒做为第三层,在做为第三层的回收毡颗粒的上面再铺设一层玻纤增强PP纤维做为第四层,最后覆盖一层无纺布,将复合毡体加热,加热温度190-220℃,加热完成后放入冷模里成型并冲切。
7.根据权利要求7所述的一种新型汽车发动机底护板回收材料应用方法,其特征在于:步骤五中所述冲切压强300kPa。
