本发明公开了一种光亮型预氧马赛克磨石***,包括底涂层和荧光环氧磨石层,所述荧光环氧磨石层包括环氧磨石层和荧光环氧粘结料,所述环氧磨石层包括网格布、胶粘剂和玻璃马赛克,将环氧磨石层平整地铺摊在底涂层上,再在环氧磨石层上喷涂荧光环氧粘结料制成。本发明采用科学的配方和便捷的施工工艺,由此制造的环氧马赛克磨石***整体无缝衔接,不易积存尘埃和细菌,机械强度高,耐腐蚀、耐磨损、耐冲击,而且能吸收灯光或阳光的能量在夜间释放亮光,是一种将艺术观赏性和实用性完美结合的经久耐用的光亮型环氧马赛克磨石***。

本发明属于磨石地坪领域,具体涉及一种光亮型环氧马赛克磨石***。
背景技术
目前,许多大型公共建筑(如商场广场、酒店、机场、展览馆等)以及住宅区的地面多采用磨石、大理石等地面。人造大理石板由于其放射性、不耐重物冲击已经逐渐面临淘汰;而环氧磨石地坪由于其优良的机械性能、耐蚀性、耐菌性、不渗漏等优良性能已经得到了广泛的应用。然而,目前大多环氧磨石地坪往往颜色单一,缺乏立体感、艺术性和整体装饰效果,一般都不具有欣赏价值和美学效果。随着人们生活水平的提高,对地坪的要求不单单只是停留在耐磨、耐压、耐腐蚀等基本要求,在很多特殊的场所还要求地坪具有欣赏价值,如在夜间能释放亮光等。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种光亮型环氧马赛克磨石***。本发明采用了科学的配方和便捷的施工工艺,由此制造的环氧马赛克磨石***整体无缝衔接,不易积存尘埃和细菌,机械强度高,耐腐蚀、耐磨损、耐冲击,而且可以吸收灯光或阳光的能量,在夜间可以释放亮光,具有欣赏价值和美学效果,是一种将艺术观赏性和实用性完美结合的经久耐用的光亮型环氧马赛克磨石***。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种光亮型环氧马赛克磨石***,所述磨石***包括底涂层和荧光环氧磨石层,所述荧光环氧磨石层包括环氧磨石层和荧光环氧粘结料,所述环氧磨石层包括网格布、胶粘剂和玻璃马赛克;所述底涂层和荧光环氧粘结料的原料组成相同,按重量份数计为:E-54环氧树脂40-50份、正丁基缩水甘油醚5-7份、新戊二醇二缩水甘油醚2-4份、BYK-430 0.1-0.5份、BYK-354 0.2-0.4份、BYK-054 0.2-0.4份、BYK-220S 0.2-0.4份、Tego Glide B14840.2-0.4份、荧光粉0.4-0.6份和三亚乙基四胺10-15份。
所述胶粘剂的原料组成按重量份数计为:环氧树脂38-41份、甲基乙基酮28-32份、甲基异丁基酮24-37份和间苯二甲胺10-12份。
一种如上所述的光亮型环氧马赛克磨石***的制造方法,其特征在于:具体步骤为:
(1)使用所述胶粘剂将网格布和玻璃马赛克粘结在一起,制成环氧磨石层;
(2)用铺摊仪器把步骤(1)得到的环氧磨石层平整地铺摊在底涂层上,使得底涂慢慢渗透并填充环氧磨石层的缝隙;
(3)用粘结料喷涂机在环氧磨石层上喷涂荧光环氧粘结料,喷涂均匀,不漏涂,即制得光亮型环氧马赛克磨石***。

一种光亮型环氧马赛克磨石***,所述磨石***包括底涂层和荧光环氧磨石层,所述荧光环氧磨石层包括环氧磨石层和荧光环氧粘结料,所述环氧磨石层包括网格布、胶粘剂和玻璃马赛克;所述底涂层和荧光环氧粘结料的原料组成相同,按重量份数计为:E-54环氧树脂40份、正丁基缩水甘油醚5份、新戊二醇二缩水甘油醚2份、BYK-430 0.1份、BYK-354 0.2份、BYK-054 0.2份、BYK-220S 0.2份、Tego Glide B1484 0.2份、荧光粉0.4份和三亚乙基四胺10份。
所述胶粘剂的原料组成按重量份数计为:环氧树脂38份、甲基乙基酮28份、甲基异丁基酮24份和间苯二甲胺10份。
实施例2
一种光亮型环氧马赛克磨石***,所述磨石***包括底涂层和荧光环氧磨石层,所述荧光环氧磨石层包括环氧磨石层和荧光环氧粘结料,所述环氧磨石层包括网格布、胶粘剂和玻璃马赛克;所述底涂层和荧光环氧粘结料的原料组成相同,按重量份数计为:E-54环氧树脂50份、正丁基缩水甘油醚7份、新戊二醇二缩水甘油醚4份、BYK-430 0.5份、BYK-354 0.4份、BYK-054 0.4份、BYK-220S 0.4份、Tego Glide B1484 0.4份、荧光粉0.6份和三亚乙基四胺15份。
所述胶粘剂的原料组成按重量份数计为:环氧树脂41份、甲基乙基酮32份、甲基异丁基酮37份和间苯二甲胺12份。
实施例3
一种光亮型环氧马赛克磨石***,所述磨石***包括底涂层和荧光环氧磨石层,所述荧光环氧磨石层包括环氧磨石层和荧光环氧粘结料,所述环氧磨石层包括网格布、胶粘剂和玻璃马赛克;所述底涂层和荧光环氧粘结料的原料组成相同,按重量份数计为:E-54环氧树脂45份、正丁基缩水甘油醚6份、新戊二醇二缩水甘油醚3份、BYK-430 0.3份、BYK-354 0.3份、BYK-054 0.3份、BYK-220S 0.3份、Tego Glide B1484 0.3份、荧光粉0.5份和三亚乙基四胺12份。
所述胶粘剂的原料组成按重量份数计为:环氧树脂40份、甲基乙基酮30份、甲基异丁基酮30份和间苯二甲胺11份。
实施例1~3所述的光亮型环氧马赛克磨石***的制造方法,具体步骤为:
(1)使用所述胶粘剂将网格布和玻璃马赛克粘结在一起,制成环氧磨石层;
(2)用铺摊仪器把步骤(1)得到的环氧磨石层平整地铺摊在底涂层上,使得底涂慢慢渗透并填充环氧磨石层的缝隙;
(3)用粘结料喷涂机在环氧磨石层上喷涂荧光环氧粘结料,喷涂均匀,不漏涂,即制得光亮型环氧马赛克磨石***。

1.一种光亮型环氧马赛克磨石***,其特征在于:所述磨石***包括底涂层和荧光环氧磨石层,所述荧光环氧磨石层包括环氧磨石层和荧光环氧粘结料,所述环氧磨石层包括网格布、胶粘剂和玻璃马赛克;所述底涂层和荧光环氧粘结料的原料组成相同,按重量份数计为:E-54环氧树脂40-50份、正丁基缩水甘油醚5-7份、新戊二醇二缩水甘油醚2-4份、BYK-430 0.1-0.5份、BYK-354 0.2-0.4份、BYK-054 0.2-0.4份、BYK-220S 0.2-0.4份、TegoGlide B1484 0.2-0.4份、荧光粉0.4-0.6份和三亚乙基四胺10-15份;所述磨石***的制造方法包括以下步骤:
(1)使用所述胶粘剂将网格布和玻璃马赛克粘结在一起,制成环氧磨石层;
(2)用铺摊仪器把步骤(1)得到的环氧磨石层平整地铺摊在底涂层上,使得底涂慢慢渗透并填充环氧磨石层的缝隙;
(3)用粘结料喷涂机在环氧磨石层上喷涂荧光环氧粘结料,喷涂均匀,不漏涂,即制得光亮型环氧马赛克磨石***。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光亮型环氧马赛克磨石***,其特征在于:所述胶粘剂的原料组成按重量份数计为:环氧树脂38-41份、甲基乙基酮28-32份、甲基异丁基酮24-37份和间苯二甲胺10-12份。
