Abstract

本发明公开了一种金属杂化氟硅超轻离型剂,由下述重量份成分制成:氟硅嵌段硅油100、交联剂1~20、溶剂1000~10000、Pt催化剂10ppm~600ppm;及其制备方法。本发明为提高氟硅离型剂和基材的结合力,改善耐热性、降低离型力、提高残余附着力,将金属钛原子引入到氟硅离型剂中,明显改善了离型涂层与基材的结合牢度,大幅度改善了耐热性。同时引入可交联的极性基团,使涂层和基材形成牢度的键合作用,提高了残余附着力。

金属杂化氟硅超轻离型剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及胶粘剂涂层技术领域,尤其是一种金属杂化氟硅超轻离型剂,及其制备方法。
背景技术
离型剂,也就是脱模剂,是为防止成型的复合材料制品在模具上粘着,而在制品与模具之间施加一类隔离膜,以便制品很容易从模具中脱出,同时保证制品表面质量和模具完好无损。在压敏胶领域,离型剂起到阻隔胶层和基材背部相互粘接的作用。
目前对于硅酮压敏胶而言,必须采用氟硅离型剂,才会出现有机硅压敏胶和氟硅涂层之间的相分离,从而起到离型效果。然后传统的氟硅离型剂与基材表面的结合力和耐热性较差,离型力和残余粘附力有待改善。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种金属杂化氟硅超轻离型剂,能够提高离型剂和基材的结合力,改善耐热性、降低离型力、提高残余附着力。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:一种金属杂化氟硅超轻离型剂,由下述重量份成分制成:
氟硅嵌段硅油 100
交联剂 1~20
溶剂 1000~10000
Pt催化剂 10ppm~600ppm。
进一步地,所述氟硅嵌段硅油的结构式如下:
其中R1为H或者CH2=CH;R2为2~10个-CF2CF2-、-CF2CF(CF3)-、-CF2CF2O-或-CF2CFO(CF3)-的重复单元;R3为H、CH3或C2H5的一种,R4为-CnF2n+1(n≥5),R5为Cl、F、CH3、C2H5、OCH3或OC2H5中的一种;a/b/c=1~3/2~4/2~4。
进一步地,所述交联剂为含氢硅油、乙烯基MQ树脂、硅烷偶联剂中的一种。
进一步地,所述溶剂为全氟癸酸、1,3-二三氟甲基苯、二氟氯乙酸乙酯、二氟氯乙酸甲酯、三氯三氟乙烷等氟碳溶剂的一种或两种。
进一步地,所述Pt催化剂为铂金催化剂、有机锡催化剂中的一种或者两种。
一种如上所述金属杂化氟硅超轻离型剂的制备方法,包括以下过程:将氟硅嵌段硅油、交联剂溶于溶剂中,加入Pt催化剂后,搅拌均匀。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:为提高氟硅离型剂和基材的结合力,改善耐热性、降低离型力、提高残余附着力,本发明将金属钛原子引入到氟硅离型剂中,明显改善了离型涂层与基材的结合牢度,大幅度改善了耐热性。同时引入可交联的极性基团,使涂层和基材形成牢度的键合作用,提高了残余附着力。

下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细描述,本部分的描述仅是示范性和解释性,不应对本发明的保护范围有任何的限制作用。
实施例1
金属杂化氟硅油结构式如下:
其中a/b/c=1/4/4,重均分子量为9000以上,按照重量配比称取各组分;100份金属杂化氟硅硅油、1份含氢硅油(含氢量1.6%)、6份乙烯基MQ硅树脂溶于2000份1,3-二三氟甲基苯,搅拌均匀后,加入200ppm的铂金催化剂,涂布于未电晕的PET薄膜上,在150oC下烘烤35s后,得到氟素离型膜,测试结果如下:

实施例2
金属杂化氟硅油结构式如下:
其中a/b/c=3/2/4,重均分子量为16000以上,按照重量配比称取各组分;100份金属杂化氟硅硅油、10份乙烯基MQ硅树脂、6份A151乙烯基硅烷偶联剂溶于4000份1,3-二三氟甲基苯,搅拌均匀后,加入100ppm的铂金催化剂和50ppm的有机锡催化剂,涂布于未电晕的聚酰亚胺薄膜上,在150oC下烘烤35s后,得到氟素离型膜,测试结果如下:

1.一种金属杂化氟硅超轻离型剂,其特征在于:由下述重量份成分制成:
氟硅嵌段硅油 100
交联剂 1~20
溶剂 1000~10000
Pt催化剂 10ppm~600ppm。
2.如权利要求1所述金属杂化氟硅超轻离型剂,其特征在于:所述氟硅嵌段硅油的结构式如下:
其中R1为H或者CH2=CH;R2为2~10个-CF2CF2-、-CF2CF(CF3)-、-CF2CF2O-或-CF2CFO(CF3)-的重复单元;R3为H、CH3或C2H5的一种,R4为-CnF2n+1(n≥5),R5为Cl、F、CH3、C2H5、OCH3或OC2H5中的一种;a/b/c=1~3/2~4/2~4。
3.如权利要求1所述金属杂化氟硅超轻离型剂,其特征在于:所述交联剂为含氢硅油、乙烯基MQ树脂、硅烷偶联剂中的一种。
4.如权利要求1所述金属杂化氟硅超轻离型剂,其特征在于:所述溶剂为全氟癸酸、1,3-二三氟甲基苯、二氟氯乙酸乙酯、二氟氯乙酸甲酯、三氯三氟乙烷等氟碳溶剂的一种或两种。
5.如权利要求1所述金属杂化氟硅超轻离型剂,其特征在于:所述Pt催化剂为铂金催化剂、有机锡催化剂中的一种或者两种。
6.一种如权利要求1所述金属杂化氟硅超轻离型剂的制备方法,包括以下过程:将氟硅嵌段硅油、交联剂溶于溶剂中,加入Pt催化剂后,搅拌均匀。
