Abstract
本发明公开一种香气均匀、稳定的烟用香料,它是将天然植物原料首先经酶解反应得到酶解液,然后加入无水乙醇后超声处理,最后经乙醇提取后离心,收集清液经减压蒸馏浓缩制备而成;所述天然植物原料按重量份数计,包括:桔梗5~10份、当归8~15份、红枣2~5份、金银花10~15份、甘草5~10份、银杏10~20份、葡萄籽2~5份、茯苓1~3份、茅草根1~3份、罗汉果6~10份、龙舌兰1~3份、麦冬10~15份与浙贝母1~3份。添加了桔梗,桔梗含有大量的糖苷类物质,而香料的香气大多来自于醇类物质,糖苷是可以实现醇类物质的稳定性和释放的均匀。

技术领域
本发明涉及烟草添加剂技术领域,具体地指一种香气均匀、稳定的烟用香料及其制备方法。
背景技术
调配技术是香精香料技术的核心,它将多种香原料按照一定的比例和配伍进行组合,从而达到特定的香味特征和功能效果,可以显著改善卷烟吸味,并赋予卷烟优美的特定风格。而提高吸烟的安全性,降低焦油量和烟气中的其他有害成分是中式卷烟研究的一个重要方向。然而烟草中的许多香味物质却存在于焦油之中,伴随着焦油量的降低,烟味变淡,香气减少,卷烟产品保持不失去原有的风格,才更能被消费者所接受。因此,在降低卷烟焦油的同时,增香和提高烟气浓度和香味,从而提高中式卷烟产品的内在质量,也只有借助于加香加料技术的科技含量。但是目前大多添加的香精香料在香烟燃烧过程中出现释放的香气不均匀,随着时间的推移,香气不稳定的现象。中国发明专利(授权公告号CN102899167B授权公告日2014.04.16)公开了一种香气均匀、稳定的烟用香料及其制备方法,烟用香料是经由质量比为60%~95%的乙醇提取混合原料所制得的相对密度为1.02~1.20的提取物,所述混合原料包括红枣、当归、麦冬,其中红枣、当归、麦冬之间的重量比为:0.2~30.0:0.5~20.0:0.5~30.0。所提供的烟用香料可降解香烟焦油,烟草本香与天然本草植物自然结合,淡雅而津甜,醇和至极,香气飘逸,透发性好,丰富了卷烟的香味,极大提升了卷烟的品质。本发明还提供了上述烟用香料的制备方法,可制得均匀、稳定、香甜的液体香料添加剂,除掉了杂质,构成其香气特征的关键香气成分相对含量在80%以上。由红枣、当归、麦冬以及辅料组成的混合原料具有一定的增香和药用价值,但对于香气均匀和稳定性的作用并没有提及。对于该发明中采用乙醇提取混合原料中的香料成分的方法,首先要经过乙醇溶液浸泡混合原料15~30天,浸泡时间太长,影响工艺的周期,其次,仅通过乙醇溶液的抽提获得的提取物的得率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述缺陷,提供一种香气均匀、稳定的烟用香料及其制备方法,其制作方法的周期短,得到的烟用香料的得率高。
为实现上述目的,本发明所设计的香气均匀、稳定的烟用香料,它是将天然植物原料首先经酶解反应得到酶解液,然后加入无水乙醇后超声处理,最后经乙醇提取后离心,收集清液经减压蒸馏浓缩制备而成;天然植物原料按重量份数计,包括:桔梗5~10份、当归8~15份、红枣2~5份、金银花10~15份、甘草5~10份、银杏10~20份、葡萄籽2~5份、茯苓1~3份、茅草根1~3份、罗汉果6~10份、龙舌兰1~3份、麦冬10~15份与浙贝母1~3份。
优选地,所述酶解反应是采用果胶酶、蛋白酶与纤维素酶共同酶解天然植物原料,所述果胶酶占总重量的0.1%,所述蛋白酶占总重量的0.05%,所述纤维素酶占总重量的0.2%,所述酶解反应的温度为20~40℃,时间为2~4h;所述加入的无水乙醇的体积为酶解液的4倍;所述乙醇提取是通过索氏提取器循环提取1~2h;所述离心的速度为4000~8000rpm,时间为5~10min;所述减压蒸馏的温度为35~45℃。
优选地,所述离心后的残渣经超零界CO2萃取后与所述清液混合后减压蒸馏处理,超零界CO2萃取的压力为20~30MPa,CO2流量为2~4L/min。
优选地,所述天然植物原料按重量份数计,包括:桔梗10份、当归10份、红枣2份、金银花10份、甘草10份、银杏15份、葡萄籽3份、茯苓2份、茅草根2份、罗汉果6份、龙舌兰2份、麦冬10份与浙贝母2份。
本发明还提供了一种香气均匀、稳定的烟用香料的制备方法,其步骤为:
1)将天然植物原料干燥后碾磨成粉末,加入10倍体积的水,加入果胶酶,蛋白酶,纤维素酶进行酶解反应得到酶解液;所述果胶酶占总重量的0.1%,所述蛋白酶占总重量的0.05%,所述纤维素酶占总重量的0.2%;所述酶解反应的温度为20~40℃,时间为2~4h;
2)向酶解液中加入4倍体积的无水乙醇,置于超声仪中超声处理3~6h;
3)将超声后的酶解液置于索氏提取器,循环提取1~2h后离心处理分离清液与残渣;所述离心的速度为4000~8000rpm,时间为5~10min,
4)将清液减压蒸馏获得相对密度为1.23~1.35的烟用香料,所述减压蒸馏的温度为35~45℃;

本发明天然植物原料中各成分的主要功效如下:
桔梗:宣肺,利咽,祛痰,排脓。用于咳嗽痰多,胸闷不畅,咽痛,音哑,肺痈吐脓,疮疡脓成不溃,且桔梗含有大量的糖苷类物质。
当归:含有大量的挥发油、维生素、有机酸等多种有机成分及微量元素,实验研究表明,当归能扩张外周血管,降低血管阻力,增加循环血液量等。
红枣:含有大量的糖类物质,主要为葡萄糖,也含有果糖、蔗糖,以及由葡萄糖和果糖组成的低聚糖、***聚糖及半乳醛聚糖等;并含有大量的维生素C、核黄素、硫胺素、胡萝卜素、尼克酸等多种维生素,具有较强的补养作用,能提高人体免疫功能,增强抗病能力。
金银花:金银花性寒,味甘,入肺、心、胃经,具有清热解毒、抗炎、补虚疗风的功效,主治胀满下疾、温病发热,热毒痈疡和肿瘤等症。
甘草:甘草甜味属回位型,即入口内不是立即感到甜味而是一段才能慢慢地放出来,甘草能协调烟草燃烧的辛辣感。
银杏:银杏可以抑菌杀菌,祛疾止咳,抗涝抑虫,止带浊和降低血清胆固醇。另外,银杏可以降低脂质过氧化水平,减少雀斑,润泽肌肤,美丽容颜。银杏叶中的黄酮甙与黄酮醇都是自由基的清道夫,能保护真皮层细胞,改善血液循环,防止细胞被氧化产生皱纹。银杏是具有抗活性基因能力的草药之一,银杏在保护脂质(细胞膜的组成部分)免受自由基伤害方面很有效。
葡萄籽:有效成分:原花青素、葡萄多酚原花色素可分为单体、寡聚体和多聚体,我司葡萄籽提取物以寡聚体(OPC)为主,由两类原花色素单体组成,即儿茶素和表儿茶素,原花青素是高效抗氧化剂,是最有效的自由基清除剂,具有非常强的体内活性。
茯苓:具有利水渗湿,健脾,宁心的功效。
茅草根:含多量蔗糖、葡萄糖,少量果糖、木糖及柠檬酸、草酸、苹果酸等,具有凉血,止血,清热,利尿功能,治热病烦渴,吐血,衄血,肺热喘急,胃热哕逆,淋病,小便不利,水肿,黄疸。
罗汉果:味甘性凉,归肺、大肠经,有润肺止咳、生津止渴的功效、适用于肺热或肺燥咳嗽、百日咳及暑热伤津口渴等,此外还有润肠通便的功效。
龙舌兰:清凉提神,含多种甾体皂甙,并且具有润肺,化痰,止咳的功效。
浙贝母:具有清热化痰、镇咳之功效。
麦冬:须根较粗壮,根的顶端或中部常膨大成为纺锤状肉质小块。表面黄白色或淡黄白,有细纵纹。质柔韧,断面黄白色,半透明,中柱细小。气微香,味甘、微苦。甘寒清润,善清心肺之热而养阴除烦,兼可清润胃肠而止渴润燥。
本发明采用的果胶酶,蛋白酶,纤维素酶购于武汉生物制品研究所,混合原料均为市场上能购买得到的。
本发明的有益效果是:
1)所提供的混合原料中添加了桔梗,桔梗含有大量的糖苷类物质,而香料的香气大多来自于醇类物质,糖苷是可以实现醇类物质的稳定性和释放的均匀性。
2)所提供的混合原料中添加当归,金银花,银杏,红枣,甘草,葡萄籽,茯苓,茅草根,罗汉果,龙舌兰,麦冬,浙贝母等天然草本材料,与烟草协调性好,香气清新,柔和不刺喉。
3)香气均匀、稳定的烟用香料的制备方法首先经酶解反应得到酶解液,然后加入无水乙醇后超声处理,最后经乙醇提取后离心,收集清液经减压蒸馏浓缩制备而成。离心后的残渣经超零界CO2萃取后与所述清液混合后减压蒸馏处理。加酶处理可以初步酶解混合原料中的纤维素,蛋白质,果胶类物质,提高植物细胞活性,增强植物有效成分分子的表面活性力,最终促进提高提取回收率。而且通过超零界CO2萃取残渣进一步增加提取物的得率。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细描述。本发明所提供的混合原料中添加桔梗,当归,金银花,银杏,红枣,甘草,葡萄籽,茯苓,茅草根,罗汉果,龙舌兰,麦冬,浙贝母的评吸结果见表1。
实施例1
按重量份数计,取桔梗5份,当归8份,红枣2份,金银花10份,甘草5份,银杏10份,葡萄籽2份,茯苓1份,茅草根1份,罗汉果6份,龙舌兰1份,麦冬10份,浙贝母1份混合配制天然植物原料。
1)将天然植物原料干燥后碾磨成粉末,加入10倍体积的水,加入果胶酶,蛋白酶,纤维素酶进行酶解反应得到酶解液;所述果胶酶占总重量的0.1%,所述蛋白酶占总重量的0.05%,所述纤维素酶占总重量的0.2%;所述酶解反应的温度为20℃,时间为2h;
2)向酶解液中加入4倍体积的无水乙醇,置于超声仪中超声处理3h;
3)将超声后的酶解液置于索氏提取器,循环提取1h后离心处理分离清液与残渣;所述离心的速度为4000rpm,时间为5min,
4)将清液减压蒸馏获得相对密度为1.23的烟用香料,所述减压蒸馏的温度为35℃。
实施例2
按重量份数计,取桔梗10份,当归15份,红枣5份,金银花15份,甘草10份,银杏20份,葡萄籽5份,茯苓3份,茅草根3份,罗汉果10份,龙舌兰3份,麦冬15份,浙贝母3份混合配制天然植物原料。
1)将天然植物原料干燥后碾磨成粉末,加入10倍体积的水,加入果胶酶,蛋白酶,纤维素酶进行酶解反应得到酶解液;所述果胶酶占总重量的0.1%,所述蛋白酶占总重量的0.05%,所述纤维素酶占总重量的0.2%;所述酶解反应的温度为40℃,时间为4h;
2)向酶解液中加入4倍体积的无水乙醇,置于超声仪中超声处理6h;
3)将超声后的酶解液置于索氏提取器,循环提取2h后离心处理分离清液与残渣;所述离心的速度为8000rpm,时间为10min,残渣经超零界CO2萃取后与所述清液混合后减压蒸馏处理;所述超零界CO2萃取的压力为20MPa,CO2流量为2L/min。
4)将清液减压蒸馏获得相对密度为1.35的烟用香料,所述减压蒸馏的温度为45℃。
实施例3
按重量份数计,取桔梗8份,当归10份,红枣3份,金银花12份,甘草8份,银杏15份,葡萄籽3份,茯苓2份,茅草根2份,罗汉果8份,龙舌兰2份,麦冬12份,浙贝母2份混合配制天然植物原料。
1)将天然植物原料干燥后碾磨成粉末,加入10倍体积的水,加入果胶酶,蛋白酶,纤维素酶进行酶解反应得到酶解液;所述果胶酶占总重量的0.1%,所述蛋白酶占总重量的0.05%,所述纤维素酶占总重量的0.2%;所述酶解反应的温度为30℃,时间为3h;
2)向酶解液中加入4倍体积的无水乙醇,置于超声仪中超声处理3~6h;
3)将超声后的酶解液置于索氏提取器,循环提取1.5h后离心处理分离清液与残渣;所述离心的速度为5000rpm,时间为60min,残渣经超零界CO2萃取后与所述清液混合后减压蒸馏处理;所述超零界CO2萃取的压力为25MPa,CO2流量为3L/min。
4)将清液减压蒸馏获得相对密度为1.30的烟用香料,所述减压蒸馏的温度为40℃;
实施例4
按重量份数计,桔梗10份,当归10份,红枣2份,金银花10份,甘草10份,银杏15份,葡萄籽3份,茯苓2份,茅草根2份,罗汉果6份,龙舌兰2份,麦冬10份,浙贝母2份。混合配制天然植物原料。
1)将天然植物原料干燥后碾磨成粉末,加入10倍体积的水,加入果胶酶,蛋白酶,纤维素酶进行酶解反应得到酶解液;所述果胶酶占总重量的0.1%,所述蛋白酶占总重量的0.05%,所述纤维素酶占总重量的0.2%;所述酶解反应的温度为20~40℃,时间为2~4h;
2)向酶解液中加入4倍体积的无水乙醇,置于超声仪中超声处理3~6h;
3)将超声后的酶解液置于索氏提取器,循环提取1.5h后离心处理分离清液与残渣;所述离心的速度为7000rpm,时间为8min,残渣经超零界CO2萃取后与所述清液混合后减压蒸馏处理;所述超零界CO2萃取的压力为30MPa,CO2流量为4L/min。
4)将清液减压蒸馏获得相对密度为1.32的烟用香料,所述减压蒸馏的温度为42℃。

实施例1~4与4对照组的烟用香料的得率见表2:
对照组1中提取的原料与实施例1的原料相同,提取的工艺采用传统工艺:将质量比为75%的乙醇溶液浸泡混合原料15天;然后将浸泡混合原料的乙醇溶液和混合原料中挤出的液体一并抽滤,获得乙醇提取液;最后将乙醇提取液通过蒸馏分离乙醇,获得烟用香料。
对照组2中提取的原料与实施例2的原料相同,提取的工艺与对照组1的工艺相同。
对照组3中提取的原料与实施例3的原料相同,提取的工艺与对照组1的工艺相同。

1.一种香气均匀、稳定的烟用香料,其特征在于:它是将天然植物原料首先经酶解反应得到酶解液,然后加入无水乙醇后超声处理,最后经乙醇提取后离心,收集清液经减压蒸馏浓缩制备而成;所述天然植物原料按重量份数计,包括:桔梗5~10份、当归8~15份、红枣2~5份、金银花10~15份、甘草5~10份、银杏10~20份、葡萄籽2~5份、茯苓1~3份、茅草根1~3份、罗汉果6~10份、龙舌兰1~3份、麦冬10~15份与浙贝母1~3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的香气均匀、稳定的烟用香料,其特征在于:所述酶解反应是采用果胶酶、蛋白酶与纤维素酶共同酶解天然植物原料,所述果胶酶占总重量的0.1%,所述蛋白酶占总重量的0.05%,所述纤维素酶占总重量的0.2%,所述酶解反应的温度为20~40℃,时间为2~4h;所述加入的无水乙醇的体积为酶解液的4倍;所述乙醇提取是通过索氏提取器循环提取1~2h;所述离心的速度为4000~8000rpm,时间为5~10min;所述减压蒸馏的温度为35~45℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的香气均匀、稳定的烟用香料,其特征在于:所述离心后的残渣经超零界CO2萃取后与所述清液混合后减压蒸馏处理,超零界CO2萃取的压力为20~30MPa,CO2流量为2~4L/min。

5.一种香气均匀、稳定的烟用香料的制备方法,它包括以下步骤:
1)将天然植物原料干燥后碾磨成粉末,加入10倍体积的水,加入果胶酶,蛋白酶,纤维素酶进行酶解反应得到酶解液;所述果胶酶占总重量的0.1%,所述蛋白酶占总重量的0.05%,所述纤维素酶占总重量的0.2%;所述酶解反应的温度为20~40℃,时间为2~4h;
2)向酶解液中加入4倍体积的无水乙醇,置于超声仪中超声处理3~6h;
3)将超声后的酶解液置于索氏提取器,循环提取1~2h后离心处理分离清液与残渣;所述离心的速度为4000~8000rpm,时间为5~10min,
4)将清液减压蒸馏获得相对密度为1.23~1.35的烟用香料,所述减压蒸馏的温度为35~45℃;
