Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of tar reduction of tobacco, in particular to a composite cigarette filter stick capable of reducing the tar release amount of cigarettes and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In the face of the multiple pressure of WTO and the world health organization's tobacco control framework treaty' and the continuous attention of people on smoking and health, the improvement of the smoking safety gradually becomes the main target of the continuous survival and development of the tobacco industry, and the tar and harm reduction of cigarettes becomes the direction and trend of the current tobacco industry development.
At present, there are many methods for reducing tar in the tobacco industry, and the common methods are as follows: the method comprises the following steps of filter tip ventilation technology, high-air-permeability cigarette paper technology, tobacco sheet blending technology, expanded cut tobacco and expanded cut stem blending technology, development of heating non-combustion cigarette technology and the like. The above techniques all change the original combustion process of the cigarette, and have certain influence on the original taste of the cigarette. The above techniques need to be improved in one or more of the following ways: 1) a tobacco leaf raw material formula; 2) cigarette production equipment; 3) an auxiliary material production process; these improvements add virtually excessive production costs, resulting in increased cigarette prices.

TABLE 1 cigarette Smoke analysis results
Figure BDA0001263738480000051
As can be seen from table 1, the tar release amount and the total particulate matter of the cigarette samples containing the composite cigarette filter rods for reducing the tar release amount of the cigarettes prepared in examples 1 and 2 are lower than those of the conventional cigarettes of the comparative examples. The tar release amount and the total particulate matter are reduced, so that the smoking taste of the cigarette is improved. As can be seen from the data results in Table 1, the tar absorption efficiency of the white carbon black material was 0.22mg (tar)/mg (white carbon black) on average, and the total particulate matter efficiency of the white carbon black material was 0.28mg (total particulate matter)/mg (white carbon black) on average. Therefore, the white carbon black material is used as an adsorbent, is applied to the filter tip of the low-harm cigarette, and has a positive promoting effect on the development of novel low-harm cigarettes. Meanwhile, the influence on the existing cigarette production process is extremely small, and the main advantages are as follows: 1) the formula of the tobacco leaf raw materials does not need to be changed; 2) the cigarette production equipment does not need to be modified; 3) the production process of the auxiliary materials is not required to be changed.
Example 3
The cigarette smoke components of the cigarette samples obtained in the comparative example, the example 1 and the example 2 are analyzed, and the specific detection results are shown in table 2. The detection method of the corresponding components comprises the following steps: GB/T23356-.
TABLE 2 cigarette Smoke analysis results
Figure BDA0001263738480000052
Figure BDA0001263738480000061
As can be seen from table 2, the cigarette samples containing the composite cigarette filter rods for reducing the tar release amount of cigarettes prepared in example 1 and example 2 are significantly better than the conventional cigarettes in the comparative example in the aspect of the harmfulness evaluation index. In particular, the cigarette samples of examples 1 and 2 were remarkably effective in removing some high boiling point substances (such as NNK, phenol, and benzo [ a ] pyrene), and the removal efficiency of ammonia mainly present in the particulate phase components of the smoke was comparable to that of the high boiling point components. The reduction effects of carbon monoxide, hydrogen cyanide and crotonaldehyde, which are mainly present in the gas phase components of the flue gas, are not significant.
Example 4
The cigarette samples prepared in the comparative example, the example 1 and the example 2 are respectively subjected to analysis and evaluation of the whole components of the cigarette smoke. Wherein, the smoke particle phase component adopts a center cutting two-dimensional gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, the instrument is a 7890B/5977A gas mass combination instrument of Agilent company in the United states and is provided with a DB-5MS chromatographic column (30m multiplied by 0.32mm id multiplied by 0.25 mu mdf) and a DB-WAX chromatographic column (60m multiplied by 0.32mm id multiplied by 0.25 mu mdf), the specific detection result is shown in Table 3, the experimental data is normalized by the result of a comparative example, and the numerical values are arranged in an ascending order of example 2.
The gas phase components of the smoke adopt an air bag-thermal desorption-gas/mass combination method, and the instruments are an HP 7890A gas chromatograph (Agilent, USA) and an HP 5975C mass spectrometer (Agilent, USA); LSP02-1B syringe pump (Baoding Lange constant flow Pump, Inc.); TurboMatrix ATD thermal desorption apparatus (Perkin Elmer, usa); carbotrap 300 adsorption sampling tube (Supelco, USA), the specific test results are shown in Table 4, the experimental data is normalized with the results of the comparative example, and the values are arranged in ascending order of example 2.

As can be seen from tables 3 and 4, the efficiency of reducing the smoke components of the cigarette samples containing the composite cigarette filter rods for reducing the tar release amount of cigarettes prepared in examples 1 and 2 is obviously better than that of the conventional cigarettes in the comparative examples, the white carbon black with surface polarity in example 2 has stronger adsorption capacity for the components with stronger polarity in the smoke components, while the white carbon black with surface inert treatment in example 1 has stronger adsorption capacity for the components with weaker polarity in the smoke components, and most of the smoke components have weaker polarity, so that the adsorption capacity of the white carbon black with surface inert treatment for the smoke components is stronger than that of the white carbon black with surface polarity.
According to the comprehensive test result, the white carbon black material is used as an adsorbent, is applied to a filter stick of a low-harm cigarette, and has an active promoting effect on development of a novel low-harm cigarette.
In conclusion, the adsorbent is added into the acetate fibers of the cigarette filter stick, so that the tar release amount of the cigarette can be effectively reduced, and particularly, the adsorption effect on harmful components with high boiling points in smoke components is remarkable, so that the harm is reduced; according to the invention, the white carbon black material is used as the adsorbent, has obvious oil absorption capacity, and can effectively adsorb particulate phase components in cigarette smoke, so that the tar release amount of the cigarette is reduced. Therefore, the present invention effectively overcomes the disadvantages of the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.
The foregoing embodiments are merely illustrative of the principles and utilities of the present invention and are not intended to limit the invention. Any person skilled in the art can modify or change the above-mentioned embodiments without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Accordingly, it is intended that all equivalent modifications or changes which can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and technical spirit of the present invention be covered by the claims of the present invention.
