A cigarette filter rod containing double solid flavor bead particles is characterized in that the circumference of the cigarette filter rod is 16.8mm, and two solid flavor bead particles with the diameters of 2.75 +/-0.15 mm are loaded at the front end (position close to a suction end filter stick 1/4) and the rear end (position close to a suction end filter stick 3/4) of a tow, wherein the flavor adsorbed by the flavor beads at the front end of the tow is moisture-retaining flavor (a crisp pear extract); the essence adsorbed by the tail-end aromatic bead is aroma-enhancing essence (basil extract). The preparation method of the cigarette filter rod containing the double-solid flavor bead particles comprises the following steps:

White carbon black, sodium silicate, PVA, liquid paraffin and distilled water are mixed according to the weight ratio of 150: 20: 20: 1: 700, and adding the mixture into a grinder according to a ball material ratio of 10: 1, grinding for 2h, filtering slurry by using a sieve, adopting a spherical mould with the diameter of 2.75mm for compression moulding, drying for 24h at room temperature, and drying for 4h at 45 ℃ to obtain a dried bead-shaped blank.

Uniformly mixing two groups of dry bead particles and tobacco essence according to a mass ratio of 1:2, slowly stirring for 8 hours to enable the tobacco essence to be uniformly adsorbed in porous channels of the dry beads, and air-drying for 2 hours at 40-50 ℃ to respectively prepare moisture-retaining solid flavor bead particles and flavor-enhancing group solid flavor bead particles, wherein the flavor attaching rate is controlled to be 25-30%.
Step four: and (5) forming the filter tip. The preparation method of the cigarette filter rod containing the double-solid flavor bead particles comprises the following steps:

Compared with a control sample, the cigarette products prepared by the cigarette filter rod containing the double-solid flavor bead particles of the embodiments 1-6 have more obvious sweet taste style, the richness of the flavor is obviously increased, and the smoke permeability is improved. The cigarette prepared by the filter stick in the embodiment 2 has the highest score, on one hand, the fragrance of the crisp pear and the tangerine peel extract is more coordinated with the smoking taste of the cigarette, and on the other hand, the slow release performance of the solid flavor bead is better. Therefore, in the preparation process of the fragrant bead, the white carbon black, the sodium silicate, the PVA, the liquid paraffin and the distilled water are mixed according to the ratio of 100: 20: 10: 1: uniformly mixing 800 parts by mass, adding into a grinder, and grinding the slurry by the slurry grinder according to a ball material ratio of 5: 1 grinding for 4 hours, and calcining the bead-shaped blank at 1200 ℃ for 3 hours with the best effect.
The present invention also performs SEM scanning on the beads of example 4, which is most effective in application, to confirm the composite adsorption effect of the porous structure thereof, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4.

the combination of the circumferential perimeter of the bottom end of the filter tip and the diameter of the loaded solid fragrant bead is respectively one of 24mm, 3.25 +/-0.15 mm, 19.8mm, 3.65 +/-0.15 mm, 16.8mm and 2.75 +/-0.15 mm;
the preparation method of the cigarette filter rod containing the double-solid flavor bead particles comprises the following steps:
1) pulping and forming: white carbon black, sodium silicate, PVA, liquid paraffin and distilled water are mixed according to the weight ratio of 100-200: 10-50: 10-50: 1-2: uniformly mixing 500-1000 parts by mass, adding into a grinding machine, and mixing according to a ball material ratio of 1-15: 1, grinding for 2-4 h, filtering slurry by using a sieve, performing compression molding by using a spherical mold, drying for 24h at room temperature, and drying for 2-4 h at 45 ℃ to obtain a dried bead-shaped blank;
2) calcining and pore-forming: calcining the bead-shaped blank at 1000-1300 ℃ for 2-6 h, washing with water, and drying to obtain porous dry bead particles;
3) adding fragrance: dividing the dry bead particles into a moisture retention group and an aroma enhancement group, respectively adopting moisture retention essence and aroma enhancement essence for aroma enhancement, uniformly mixing the dry bead particles and the tobacco essence according to the mass ratio of 1:2, slowly stirring for 6-12 h to enable the tobacco essence to be uniformly adsorbed in porous channels of the dry beads, and air-drying for 2-4 h at 40-50 ℃ to obtain solid aromatic bead particles;
4) and (3) forming a filter tip: and respectively adding the two groups of solid aromatic bead particles into the middle section of the filter rod tows of the cigarette for forming to obtain the cigarette.

The method of claim 1, wherein the filter tip comprises dual solid flavor bead particles, wherein the method comprises the steps of: in the step 4), the moisture-retaining essence is adsorbed by the aromatic bead at the front end of the filament bundle, and the aroma-enhancing essence is adsorbed at the rear end of the filament bundle.

The method of claim 2, wherein the filter tip comprises dual solid flavor bead particles, wherein the dual solid flavor bead particles comprise: the moisturizing essence is one or more of a liquorice extract and a crisp pear extract, and the aroma-enhancing essence is one or more of a dried orange peel extract and a basil extract.

The method of claim 1, wherein the filter tip comprises dual solid flavor bead particles, wherein the method comprises the steps of: and in the step 3), the fragrance attaching rate of the solid fragrant bead particles is controlled to be 20-30%, wherein the fragrance attaching rate is (weight after fragrance attaching-weight before fragrance attaching)/weight before fragrance attaching.
