本发明公开了一种丙酸‑硼酸复合钙基润滑脂及其制备方法,属于专用润滑脂技术领域。本发明的技术方案要点为:一种丙酸‑硼酸复合钙基润滑脂,是由以下重量份的原料制备而成的:高级脂肪酸8.1‑10.1份、氢氧化钙3‑4份、低分子酸2.5‑4.5份、基础油75‑80份和添加剂4‑6份。本发明还公开了该丙酸‑硼酸复合钙基润滑脂的制备方法。本发明制得的丙酸‑硼酸复合钙基润滑脂不仅具有较高的抗极压性和耐高温性能,还具有很好的抗水性和抗氧化性能,是复合锂基润滑脂的替代产品,但是成本比锂基润滑脂低,具有很好的市场应用前景。

一种丙酸-硼酸复合钙基润滑脂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于专用润滑脂技术领域,具体涉及一种丙酸-硼酸复合钙基润滑脂及其制备方法。
背景技术
复合钙基润滑脂是一种传统的润滑脂,它是在无水钙基润滑脂的基础上发展而来的,它比无水钙基润滑脂的耐温性好、抗极压负荷能力强,复合钙基润滑脂是普通钙基润滑脂的升级替代产品。
但是目前市场上生产复合钙基润滑脂的企业并不多,主要是因为复合钙基润滑脂的综合质量指标没有锂基润滑脂好。锂基润滑脂的抗水性能和钙基润滑脂几乎相当,其它指标都优于复合钙基润滑脂,特别是在生产过程中,锂基润滑脂生产工艺更容易控制。所以锂基润滑脂是润滑脂的主流产品。
目前市场上氢氧化锂的价格上涨了5倍左右,锂基润滑脂的成本大幅度提高。市场的原因,锂基润滑脂的市场价格并不能与氢氧化锂的价格同步上涨,挤压了生产企业的利润空间。本公司为找到锂基润滑脂的替代产品,重新对复合钙基润滑脂进行了研发,开发出了丙酸-硼酸复合钙基润滑脂,这种润滑脂的成本大约是复合锂基润滑脂的40%。
复合钙基润滑脂的质量逊与复合锂基润滑脂的原因是该种润滑脂的皂纤维结构没有复合锂的复杂、稳定。传统的复合钙基润滑脂是在有机酸钙皂纤维上面附着醋酸钙分子,这种结构比普通钙基润滑脂的质量性能要好。但是复合锂基润滑脂的皂纤维是一个有机的整体网状结构,皂纤维之间都是相互连接的,所以复合锂基润滑脂的结构更复杂,更稳定。
传统复合钙基润滑脂是醋酸复合钙基润滑脂,醋酸的化学性质比较活泼,能与氢氧化钙很快的反应然后结晶析出。为了控制醋酸钙的结晶速度,操作工必须仔细操作,否则很容易失败。为了方便生产,更为了提高复合钙的质量,本发明使用了丙酸和硼酸生产复合钙基润滑脂,丙酸与氢氧化钙的反应速度和结晶速度相对较慢,这样工人更容易操作,丙酸钙与有机酸钙皂的纤维更容易复合,复合成功率较高,产品质量就会更好。硼酸在一定的工艺条件下可以与氢氧化钙生成四硼结构的硼酸盐,这种硼酸盐可以将有机酸钙皂的纤维分子连接起来形成一个有机的网状结构,从而使皂纤维结构更稳定,产品质量更好。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是提供了一种丙酸-硼酸复合钙基润滑脂及其制备方法,该润滑脂的综合质量性能完全能够达到复合锂基润滑脂的要求,相比于传统的复合钙基润滑脂质量好,并且该丙酸-硼酸复合钙基润滑脂的成本远远低于复合锂基润滑脂。
本发明为解决上述技术问题采用如下技术方案,一种丙酸-硼酸复合钙基润滑脂,其特征在于是由以下重量份的原料制备而成的:高级脂肪酸8.1-10.1份、氢氧化钙3-4份、低分子酸2.5-4.5份、基础油75-80份和添加剂4-6份,其中高级脂肪酸为硬脂酸,低分子酸为丙酸和硼酸,基础油为矿物油、酯类油、合成油或醚类油中的一种或多种,添加剂为T361、T405或二苯胺。
进一步优选,所述的丙酸-硼酸复合钙基润滑脂是由以下重量份的原料制备而成的:硬脂酸9.1份、氢氧化钙3份、丙酸2份、硼酸1.5份、矿物油78份和T361 5份。
本发明所述的丙酸-硼酸复合钙基润滑脂的制备方法,其特征在于具体步骤为:
(1)将26重量份的矿物油加入到皂化釜内,升温并开启搅拌,当温度升至70℃时将9.1重量份的硬脂酸加入到皂化釜内,升温至硬脂酸溶化后启动搅拌;
(2)将3重量份的氢氧化钙配制成10重量份的质量浓度为30%的氢氧化钙溶液,当温度升至80℃时将9.2重量份的质量浓度为30%的氢氧化钙溶液加入到皂化釜内,继续加热,当温度升至100℃时加入1.5重量份的硼酸配制而成的质量浓度为30%的硼酸溶液,于100℃恒温保持5h,然后加入2重量份的丙酸;
(3)升温至135℃恒温1h,继续升温至170℃加入剩余的0.8重量份的质量浓度为30%的氢氧化钙溶液,于170℃恒温保持30min,最高炼制温度为230℃,保持5min,循环剪切并加入52重量份的矿物油,当温度降至95℃时加入5重量份的T361,均脂得到丙酸-硼酸复合钙基润滑脂。
本发明制得的丙酸-硼酸复合钙基润滑脂不仅具有较高的抗极压性和耐高温性能,还具有很好的抗水性和抗氧化性能,是复合锂基润滑脂的替代产品,但是成本比锂基润滑脂低,具有很好的市场应用前景。
具体实施方式
以下通过实施例对本发明的上述内容做进一步详细说明,但不应该将此理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实施例,凡基于本发明上述内容实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。
实施例1
1、将26公斤矿物油加入到皂化釜内,升温并开启搅拌,当温度升至70℃时将9.1公斤硬脂酸加入到皂化釜内,升温至硬脂酸溶化后启动搅拌;
2、将3公斤氢氧化钙配制成10公斤质量浓度为30%的氢氧化钙溶液,当温度升至80℃时将9.2公斤质量浓度为30%的氢氧化钙溶液加入到皂化釜内,继续加热,当温度升至100℃加入1.5公斤硼酸配制而成的质量浓度为30%的硼酸溶液,于100℃恒温保持5h,然后加入2公斤丙酸;
3、升温至135℃恒温1h,继续升温至170℃加入剩余的0.8公斤质量浓度为30%的氢氧化钙溶液,于170℃恒温保持30min,最高炼制温度为230℃,保持5min,循环剪切并加入52公斤矿物油,当温度降至95℃时加入5公斤T361,均脂得到丙酸-硼酸复合钙基润滑脂。
实施例2
1、将25公斤酯类油加入到皂化釜内,升温并开启搅拌,当温度升至70℃时将8.1公斤硬脂酸加入到皂化釜内,升温至硬脂酸溶化后启动搅拌;
2、将3公斤氢氧化钙配制成10公斤质量浓度为30%的氢氧化钙溶液,当温度升至80℃时将9.2公斤质量浓度为30%的氢氧化钙溶液加入到皂化釜内,继续加热,当温度升至100℃加入0.5公斤硼酸配制而成的质量浓度为30%的硼酸溶液,于100℃恒温保持5h,然后加入1公斤丙酸;
3、升温至135℃恒温1h,继续升温至170℃加入剩余的0.8公斤氢氧化钙溶液,于170℃恒温保持30min,最高炼制温度为230℃,保持5min,循环剪切并加入50公斤酯类油,当温度降至95℃时加入4公斤T405,均脂得到丙酸-硼酸复合钙基润滑脂。
实施例3
1、将27公斤合成油加入到皂化釜内,升温并开启搅拌,当温度升至70℃时将10.1公斤硬脂酸加入到皂化釜内,升温至硬脂酸溶化后启动搅拌;
2、将3.9公斤氢氧化钙配制成13公斤质量浓度为30%的氢氧化钙溶液,当温度升至80℃时将11.96公斤质量浓度为30%的氢氧化钙溶液加入到皂化釜内,继续加热,当温度升至100℃加入2公斤硼酸配制而成的质量浓度为30%的硼酸溶液,于100℃恒温保持5h,然后加入2.5公斤丙酸;
3、升温至135℃恒温1h,继续升温至170℃加入剩余的1.04重量份的氢氧化钙溶液,于170℃恒温保持30min,最高炼制温度为230℃,保持5min,循环剪切并加入53公斤合成油,当温度降至95℃时加入6公斤二苯胺,均脂得到丙酸-硼酸复合钙基润滑脂。

Claims (3)

1.一种丙酸-硼酸复合钙基润滑脂,其特征在于是由以下重量份的原料制备而成的:高级脂肪酸8.1-10.1份、氢氧化钙3-4份、低分子酸2.5-4.5份、基础油75-80份和添加剂4-6份,其中高级脂肪酸为硬脂酸,低分子酸为丙酸和硼酸,基础油为矿物油、酯类油、合成油或醚类油中的一种或多种,添加剂为T361、T405或二苯胺。
2.根据权利要求1所述的丙酸-硼酸复合钙基润滑脂,其特征在于是由以下重量份的原料制备而成的:硬脂酸9.1份、氢氧化钙3份、丙酸2份、硼酸1.5份、矿物油78份和T361 5份。
3.一种权利要求2所述的丙酸-硼酸复合钙基润滑脂的制备方法,其特征在于具体步骤为:
(1)将26重量份的矿物油加入到皂化釜内,升温并开启搅拌,当温度升至70℃时将9.1重量份的硬脂酸加入到皂化釜内,升温至硬脂酸溶化后启动搅拌;
(2)将3重量份的氢氧化钙配制成10重量份的质量浓度为30%的氢氧化钙溶液,当温度升至80℃时将9.2重量份的质量浓度为30%的氢氧化钙溶液加入到皂化釜内,继续加热,当温度升至100℃时加入1.5重量份的硼酸配制而成的质量浓度为30%的硼酸溶液,于100℃恒温保持5h,然后加入2重量份的丙酸;
(3)升温至135℃恒温1h,继续升温至170℃加入剩余的0.8重量份的质量浓度为30%的氢氧化钙溶液,于170℃恒温保持30min,最高炼制温度为230℃,保持5min,循环剪切并加入52重量份的矿物油,当温度降至95℃时加入5重量份的T361,均脂得到丙酸-硼酸复合钙基润滑脂。
