Abstract

一种磨片装置,包括:支撑座(10)、用于夹持切片样品(1)的夹持装置(20)及用于研磨切片样品的研磨装置(2),其中,夹持装置及研磨装置分别设置在支撑座上,且夹持装置夹持的切片样品朝向研磨装置的研磨盘;还包括驱动装置(40),驱动装置驱动夹持装置及研磨装置中的至少一个装置朝向另一个装置移动,使研磨盘研磨切片样品。该磨片装置通过采用支撑座来支撑夹持装置及研磨装置,在使用时,夹持装置及研磨装置可以实现相对运动,从而保证了在切片样品进行研磨时,能够研磨出平整的面,提高了切片样品的研磨效果,同时也提高了研磨效率。
