本发明公开了一种水性覆膜胶及其制备方法,所述水性覆膜胶的原料包括去离子水、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸酸二异辛酯、双丙酮丙烯酰胺、已二酸二酰肼、叔丁基过氧化氢、引发剂、引发剂。本发明通过预乳化工艺,制备出外观乳白色液体带蓝色泛光的,粘度15‑25秒,固含量为48%‑55%,成膜物为无色透明,pH在7.0‑9.0。本发明的水性覆膜胶具有良好的涂布性能和较强的盖粉能力,覆膜后光泽鲜艳,不起泡、不脱层、尤其对金银卡纸彩印油墨印刷后进行深击凸、深压纹有优异的耐受性。解决很多印刷包装企业在酒盒、月饼盒制成中常见的胶膜离层、泛白的质量问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及覆膜技术领域,尤其是一种水性覆膜胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
在印刷包装行业的印后工序中,覆膜可以提高印刷品的亮度,增强耐水性,提供更好的视觉效果。近年来,纸塑覆胶得到了广泛的应用,主要应用于酒盒包装、首饰盒包装、精装书籍等。纸塑覆膜是利用胶粘剂将聚丙烯(BOPP)、涤纶(PET)等塑料薄膜与纸质印刷品覆合在一起,从而大大改进印刷品外观及防水防污等性能。而其中使用的水性纸塑覆膜胶具有无毒、无味、无污染、易涂布、成本低等特点,得到了快速的应用。印品覆膜后还需要在其表面进行其它工序,如烫金、局部UV丝印、字体和图案的击凹凸、整版深压纹,其中以酒盒、月饼盒和茶叶盒为代表的包装制品大多采用金银卡纸印刷、覆膜,更是对覆膜后的印品进行热击凸、深压纹,要求膜与纸张不离层,不泛白,对附着力和耐机械加工性能要求更高。目前,市场上水性纸塑覆膜胶很难满足要求。
发明内容
针对上述存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种水性覆膜胶及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:

上述水性覆膜胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)反应釜1中加入去离子水,在搅拌速度为1000-1100rmp下加入乳化剂,搅拌5-7min后,依次匀速加入去离子水、交联单体、丙烯酸类聚合单体、苯乙烯,混合均匀后,得到单体乳液A,备用;
(2)引发剂加入到反应釜2中,加去离子水溶解,然后加入调节剂以及部分的经过步骤(1)制备得到单体乳液A,混合均匀,得到单体乳液B,备用;
(3)引发剂加入到反应釜3中,加去离子水溶解,然后加入一半的经过步骤(2)制备得到的单体乳液B,混合均匀,得到单体乳液C,备用;
(4)向反应釜4中加入水,在搅拌速度为900-1000rmp下加入乳化剂后,开始加热;
(5)温度升至70-72℃,加入小苏打和冲洗水,继续升温至78-80℃后,加入剩余的单体乳液A,停止加热,反应2-3min后,加入引发剂反应30-40min;
(6)依次匀速滴加剩余的单体乳液B和单体乳液C,滴加完毕后保温反应1-1.5h;
(7)反应完毕后,降温至75-77℃,加入叔丁基过氧化氢和吊白块,反应40-50min后,降温至65-67℃,加入预先混合好的消泡剂、湿润剂、成膜助剂,搅拌30-40min后,降温至50-55℃,继续搅拌10-15min,加入氨水,使PH≧7.0,搅拌30-40min,然后加入交联剂,搅拌均匀,
(8)用去离子水调节粘度至15-25秒(25℃),固含量为48%-55%,用200目滤袋过滤灌胶。
优选地,所述步骤(6)中单体乳液B和单体乳液C滴加的总时间为4-5小时。
优选地,步骤(2)中加入的单体乳液A与步骤(5)中加入的单体乳液A的重量比为24-25:1。
本发明以丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸酸二异辛酯、双丙酮丙烯酰胺等为单体乳液,以水为分散介质,采用种子预乳化半连续法,乳液成膜时,聚合物中的活性基团羧基和羟基发生交联反应而固化,形成大分子网状结构,增强了其耐受机械加工变形的性能。制备得到的水性覆膜胶外观为乳白色液体带蓝色泛光的,粘度在15-25秒,固含量为48%-55%,成膜物为无色透明,pH在7.0-9.0。本发明水性覆膜胶具有良好的涂布性能和较强的盖粉能力,覆膜后光泽鲜艳,不起泡、不脱层、尤其对金银卡纸彩印油墨印刷后进行深击凸、深压纹有优异的耐受性。解决很多印刷包装企业在酒盒、月饼盒制成中常见的胶膜离层、泛白的质量问题。而且本发明的水性覆膜胶使用方使,对环境、被胶接材料无污染,常温固化或热压均可、粘接强度高,稳定性好,贮存期长。本发明的合成方法具有操作简便,制备效率高的特点。

表1为实施例1-3的水性覆膜胶的原料及重量
上述水性覆膜胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备单体乳液A:反应釜1中加入去离子水1,在搅拌速度为1100rmp下加入乳化剂Cops-1,搅拌5-7min后,依次匀速加入去离子水2、丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸丁酯苯乙烯,然后加入预先混合溶解的双丙酮丙烯酰胺和丙烯酸异辛酯,混合均匀后,用去离子水3进行冲淋,得到单体乳液A,备用;
(2)制备单体乳液B:过硫酸铵加入到反应釜2中,加去离子水溶解,然后加入十二烷基硫醇以及620kg的经过步骤(1)制备得到单体乳液A,混合均匀,得到单体乳液B,备用;
(3)制备单体乳液C:过硫酸铵加入到反应釜3中,加去离子水溶解,然后加入一半的经过步骤(2)制备得到的单体乳液B,混合均匀,得到单体乳液C,备用;
(4)向反应釜4中加入水,在搅拌速度为900rmp下加入乳化剂Cops-1后,开始加热;
(5)温度升至70℃,加入小苏打和冲洗水,继续升温至78℃后,加入剩余的单体乳液A,等温度回到77℃时,停止加热,恒定2-3min后加入过硫酸铵,反应30min;
(6)反应结束后再过20min,依次匀速滴加剩余的单体乳液B和单体乳液C,控制总的滴加时间4小时,滴加完毕后保温反应1h;
(7)保温反应完毕后,降温至75℃,加入叔丁基过氧化氢和吊白块,反应40min后,降温至65℃,加入预先混合好的消泡剂8034A、湿润剂400、成膜助剂醇酯十二,搅拌30min后,降温至50℃,继续搅拌10min,加入氨水,调节PH≧7.0,搅拌30min后,然后加入己二酸二酰肼,搅拌均匀,
(8)用去离子水调节粘度至15-25秒(25℃),用200目滤袋过滤灌胶。
实施例4
将实施例1-3的水性覆膜胶进行性能测试,其结果见表2

GB/T 2794 胶粘剂粘度的测定
GB/T 11175-2002 合成树脂乳液试验方法
GB/T 14518 胶粘剂的pH值测定

Claims (4)
1.一种水性覆膜胶,其特征在于,由以下按重量比计的原料制成:
其中,所述单体乳液A,由以下按重量比计的原料制成:
其中,所述单体乳液B,由以下按重量比计的原料制成:
其中,所述单体乳液C,由以下按重量份计的原料制成:
单体乳液B 95-98%
引发剂 0.3-1%
去离子水 1-4%;
所述水性覆膜胶的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)反应釜1中加入去离子水,在搅拌速度为1000-1100rmp下加入乳化剂,搅拌5-7min后,依次匀速加入去离子水、交联单体、丙烯酸类聚合单体、苯乙烯,混合均匀后,得到单体乳液A,备用;
(2)引发剂加入到反应釜2中,加去离子水溶解,然后加入调节剂以及部分的经过步骤(1)制备得到单体乳液A,混合均匀,得到单体乳液B,备用;
(3)引发剂加入到反应釜3中,加去离子水溶解,然后加入一半的经过步骤(2)制备得到的单体乳液B,混合均匀,得到单体乳液C,备用;
(4)向反应釜4中加入水,在搅拌速度为900-1000rmp下加入乳化剂后,开始加热;
(5)温度升至70-72℃,加入小苏打和冲洗水,继续升温至78-80℃后,加入剩余的单体乳液A,停止加热,反应2-3min后,加入引发剂反应30-40min;
(6)依次匀速滴加剩余的单体乳液B和单体乳液C,滴加的总时间为4-5小时,滴加完毕后保温反应1-1.5h;
(7)保温反应完毕后,降温至75-77℃,加入叔丁基过氧化氢和吊白块,反应40-50min后,降温至65-67℃,加入预先混合好的助剂,搅拌30-40min后,降温至50-55℃,继续搅拌10-15min,加入氨水,使PH≧7.0,搅拌30-40min,然后加入交联剂,搅拌均匀,
(8)用去离子水调节粘度至在25℃测试为15-25秒,固含量为48%-55%,用200目滤袋过滤灌胶;
所述的交联单体为丙烯酸羟乙酯和双丙酮丙烯酰胺;
所述的丙烯酸类聚合单体为甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸丁酯和丙烯酸异辛酯;
所述的调节剂为十二烷基硫醇;所述的助剂为乳化剂、缓冲剂、消泡剂、成膜助剂、湿润剂中的一种或多种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性覆膜胶,其特征在于,所述的交联剂为己二酸二酰肼。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水性覆膜胶,其特征在于,所述的引发剂为过硫酸铵或过硫酸钾。
4.一种权利要求1-3中任一项所述的水性覆膜胶的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)反应釜1中加入去离子水,在搅拌速度为1000-1100rmp下加入乳化剂,搅拌5-7min后,依次匀速加入去离子水、交联单体、丙烯酸类聚合单体、苯乙烯,混合均匀后,得到单体乳液A,备用;
(2)引发剂加入到反应釜2中,加去离子水溶解,然后加入调节剂以及部分的经过步骤(1)制备得到单体乳液A,混合均匀,得到单体乳液B,备用;
(3)引发剂加入到反应釜3中,加去离子水溶解,然后加入一半的经过步骤(2)制备得到的单体乳液B,混合均匀,得到单体乳液C,备用;
(4)向反应釜4中加入水,在搅拌速度为900-1000rmp下加入乳化剂后,开始加热;
(5)温度升至70-72℃,加入小苏打和冲洗水,继续升温至78-80℃后,加入剩余的单体乳液A,停止加热,反应2-3min后,加入引发剂反应30-40min;
(6)依次匀速滴加剩余的单体乳液B和单体乳液C,滴加的总时间为4-5小时,滴加完毕后保温反应1-1.5h;
(7)保温反应完毕后,降温至75-77℃,加入叔丁基过氧化氢和吊白块,反应40-50min后,降温至65-67℃,加入预先混合好的助剂,搅拌30-40min后,降温至50-55℃,继续搅拌10-15min,加入氨水,使PH≧7.0,搅拌30-40min,然后加入交联剂,搅拌均匀,
(8)用去离子水调节粘度至在25℃测试为15-25秒,固含量为48%-55%,用200目滤袋过滤灌胶。
