Abstract
本发明提供一种包括润滑机构的行星齿轮装置,该润滑机构即使在使用总辊式滚针轴承作为行星轴承的情况下也不会发生润滑不良。行星齿轮装置包括总辊式滚针轴承(31~34)作为行星齿轮(11~14)的行星轴承。在滚针轴承(31~34)上分别具备润滑机构。各润滑机构包括圆环状润滑油保持槽(71~74)。润滑油保持槽(71~74)形成在行星齿轮(11~14)各自的轴孔内周面(11a~14a)(外圈轨道面(51~54))上。

技术领域
本发明涉及行星齿轮装置中的行星轴承的润滑机构的改良。
背景技术
作为行星齿轮装置的行星轴承,从容量、形状等观点考虑,多数情况使用了滚针轴承。最近,为了高载荷容量化,多数情况使用的是总辊式滚针轴承。
专利文献1中,提出有滚针轴承的润滑结构,该滚针轴承用作行星齿轮装置的行星轴承。该文献中记载了:在滚针的外周面上形成螺旋状的润滑剂保持槽。

发明内容
此处,在使用滚针轴承、特别是使用总辊式滚针轴承作为行星轴承的情况下,因为润滑剂保持空间较少,所以,润滑油润滑时存在润滑不良的危险。
本发明的课题在于提供一种包括润滑机构的行星齿轮装置,该润滑机构即使在使用总辊式滚针轴承作为行星轴承的情况下也不会发生润滑不良。
为了解决上述课题,本发明的行星齿轮装置的特征在于,包括:
行星齿轮,
行星轴,该行星轴借助行星轴承对所述行星齿轮以所述行星齿轮能够自由转动的状态进行支撑,以及
润滑机构,该润滑机构对所述行星轴承进行润滑,
其特征在于:
所述行星轴承是滚针轴承,该滚针轴承包括形成在所述行星齿轮的轴孔内周面上的外圈轨道面、形成在所述行星轴的外周面上的内圈轨道面、以及以能够自由滚动的方式配置在所述外圈轨道面和所述内圈轨道面之间的滚针,
所述润滑机构包括形成在所述外圈轨道面上的1个或多个润滑油保持用凹部。
能够使用沿外圈轨道面的圆周方向延伸的1条或多条圆环状的槽作为润滑油保持用凹部。另外,在形成1条润滑油保持槽的情况下,最好形成在外圈轨道面的宽度方向的中央。
本发明中,能够通过在润滑油保持用凹部中填充润滑油,来减轻行星轴承的润滑不良的危险。例如本发明的发明者等人关于相同的行星齿轮装置无论有槽、无槽均进行持续运行,结果确认到:无槽时发生的润滑不良所导致的轴承破损能够通过附带槽来解决。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图说明应用了本发明的行星齿轮装置的实施方式。
如图1、图2所示,行星齿轮装置1由:形成在输入小齿轮轴2的外周上的太阳齿轮3、与太阳齿轮3啮合的4个行星齿轮11~14、形成有与行星齿轮11~14啮合的内齿轮4的装置壳体5、以行星齿轮11~14能够自由转动的方式支撑各行星齿轮11~14的输入侧的承载件6及输出侧的承载件7构成。承载件6、7分别借助输入侧的向心轴承8及输出侧的向心轴承9而以能够自由转动的方式被支撑在装置壳体5侧。
在承载件6上以悬挂状态固定有2根行星轴22、24。在行星轴22、24上借助行星轴承亦即总辊式滚针轴承32、34而以行星齿轮12、14能够自由转动的方式分别安装有行星齿轮12、14。同样地,在另一个承载件7上也以悬挂状态固定有2根行星轴21、23。在行星轴21、23上借助总辊式滚针轴承31、33而以行星齿轮11、13能够自由转动的方式分别安装有行星齿轮11、13。从而,成为:通过使2个承载件6、7绕中心轴线1a相对变位能够消除正转·反转时的齿隙(backlash)的结构。
图3是表示行星齿轮11(12~14)的行星轴承亦即滚针轴承31(32~34)及其润滑机构的说明图。滚针轴承31(32~34)包括形成在行星轴21(22~24)的圆形外周面21a(22a~24a)上的内圈轨道面41(42~44)、形成在行星齿轮11(12~14)的轴孔内周面11a(12a~14a)上的外圈轨道面51(52~54)、以能够自由滚动的状态***于轨道面41(42~44)和轨道面51(52~54)之间的多根滚针61(62~64)。
作为滚针轴承31(32~34)的润滑机构,本例中形成有圆环状的润滑油保持槽71(72~74)。润滑油保持槽71(72~74)中保持有润滑油80。另外,润滑油保持槽71(72~74)位于外圈轨道面51(52~54)的宽度方向上的中央位置并沿圆周方向延伸。
可以使润滑油保持槽71(72~74)的槽截面形状为矩形、三角形、圆弧形状等。可以使润滑油保持槽71(72~74)为圆环状、螺旋状等的槽。可以根据所需要的润滑油量来适当设定润滑油保持槽71(72~74)的槽宽度、槽深度、槽长度。
另外,通过形成润滑油保持槽,使得滚针和外圈轨道面之间的接触长度减少、轴承容量降低。但是,因为总辊式滚针轴承若与带固定器的滚针轴承相比,是高容量的,所以在实用方面不存在问题。
(其它的实施方式)
本发明的润滑机构设有1条圆环状的润滑油保持槽。也可以形成多条润滑油保持槽。另外,也可以使用:非连续地形成在行星齿轮的轴孔内周面(外圈轨道面)上的多个润滑油保持用凹部,作为润滑油保持部。
另外,当然行星齿轮装置的构成并不限定于图示的构成。
Claims (4)
1.一种行星齿轮装置,包括:
行星齿轮,
行星轴,该行星轴借助行星轴承对所述行星齿轮以所述行星齿轮能够自由转动的状态进行支撑,以及
润滑机构,该润滑机构对所述行星轴承进行润滑,
其特征在于:
所述行星轴承是滚针轴承,该滚针轴承包括形成在所述行星齿轮的轴孔内周面上的外圈轨道面、形成在所述行星轴的外周面上的内圈轨道面、以及以能够自由滚动的方式配置在所述外圈轨道面和所述内圈轨道面之间的滚针,
所述润滑机构包括形成在所述外圈轨道面上的润滑油保持用凹部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的行星齿轮装置,其特征在于,
所述润滑油保持用凹部是沿所述外圈轨道面的圆周方向延伸的1条或多条圆环状的润滑油保持槽。
3.根据权利要求2所述的行星齿轮装置,其特征在于,
所述润滑油保持槽是在所述外圈轨道面的宽度方向的中央且沿该外圈轨道面的圆周方向延伸的1条槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的行星齿轮装置,其特征在于,
所述行星轴承是总辊式滚针轴承。
